I can and do spend hours in here.I have found some good deals. The help have always been super nice and helpful. I needed to return some items one day but could not find my receipt. Before I even told the clerk my problem she told me that if I used a card to pay for my items I didn't need it. The system could look up the sale with my card. I was over joyed. Normally I would have not been informed of that and found out later that I could have.

Got some good deals but check out is the worst!!!!Last 3 times I was in there waited at least 15 minutes. Today walk in saw the line turned around and left . 2 of my 3 times while waiting to check out phone rings and they answered it talk to whoever for a few minutes while I’m the customer there waiting to pay …So I’ll go somewhere else !

My wife loves to drag me to places like this, Ross, etc. We wander around aimlessly while she asks me "which do you like better?" type questions. To which I normally try to convince her that I couldn't care less, or that I like the one that she likes better while I look for a telltale gleam in her eyes that hint at which one I should point to. Another fun and self entertaining game is to try to put stuff in the cart that she will say, "No!!" to. I've included some pics of a few recent classics. Often enough, I don't even get my hands on the item before we make eye-contact and she says, "No! No! No!". At some point we reach an equilibrium where her nerves, humor, and patience are such that she's had enough "fun" and she's ready to go also. Good luck to you, my fellow captives and sojourners

A very regular Warsaw TJ Maxx customer since the doors opened, I have seen hit and miss experiences. Until my visit last Thursday, I would say that it was consistently going downhill. Wow, what a difference the new management has seemed to bring. While going through the store, he quickly introduced himself as the new manager, Casey and asked if I needed help with anything. I spent quite a few hours there looking through clean and organized shelves and was greeted by other employees that all seemed very happy to be there and interacted with the new manager with a bright and improved attitude from other experiences I had at the store. There was an employee tidying each section of the store and stocking the whole time and all offering to “help” if needed. Great experience and excited to have such an awesome store in our area.

Whenever we are in Warsaw, this is a must stop as they are always getting in new items. Have never left disappointed from here as the prices and selection are phenomenal. Our house is starting to look a little like a mini T.J. Maxx. Will definitely be back more than times than I'd like to admit. Very clean and super friendly staff.

I guess it says more about me than the store but I don't shop here often. Not that I don't find super deals, I just can't help myself when I stop there! I went in for a new purse and walked out with a matching wallet that i dont need and a makeup bag. For it being a smaller store, there some seriously great finds here. This store will not disappoint!!The staff is super friendly and very helpful, almost to the point of being OVERLY helpful. I really haven't had a bad experience with any of the staff. Don't take my advice. Just go in!!

Decent selection for most items. I've been here several times and only had to make a return once (totally didn't notice the crack in the food storage container when I bought it). Only issue I have when I go is people like to hover where I'm shopping. Literally have had to go down the aisle and come back around to continue looking.

I shop here quite often 2-3 times a week! The staff at this store is OUTSTANDING! Cameron and Nancy went out of their way to help me find a shirt I was looking for my daughter-in-law. Oliver is excellent and goes beyond the call of duty. He looked for a comforter that I had seen there a couple of days prior. He even went to the back storage room to make sure it had not been put back there. Kaitlyn Jennings is also a great help and always has a smile on her face! This team is impeccable with their customer service! I hope the people who helped me is compensated and rewarded!! The store is always clean and orderly too!

WARNING: They do not follow corporate website “holiday return policy”. Make purchases at your own risk, and do not expect any customer service. A barb wire fence is friendlier and more helpful than this small town joke of a store. Trust me, you’d be better off shopping at a different TJ Maxx. Worst customer service experience ever. Just another lazy good o’l boys club that doesn’t follow corporate standards or rules with zero accountability. Nothing easy about making a holiday return there that follows website guidelines! Unless they are discriminating by picking and choosing who they will allow to do holiday returns? I made my purchase within all of the following guidelines within the photo below, I had the receipt, and they refused my return. I’m seriously done with this store.

I haven't had a bad shopping experience here yet. I have gone twice now to TJ Maxx since they reopened from the pandemic. Each time I was greeted by store staff that have on face masks and told me they had disinfected carts. Even with a lot of shelves being empty I still found a lot of great deals! I might end up going broke if I continue shopping here.

Sales staff is nice but the store is not at all accommodating regarding obvious pricing errors. Had two pairs of the exact same shoe. One was listed as clearance and the half size larger of the EXACT same shoe wasnt, but they would not correct the half size larger to reflect the smaller size price.

Long lines and not enough help to wait on customers any where in store. Some interesting items not readily found in other local stores. Some good buys esp in pets, beauty and housewares. Not many made in USA products.

Great place to get dog toys for the GrandDoggies for Christmas! 3.99 and up. A lot of name brand that probably didn't sell at the main retailer for a much higher price. T.J.Maxx has a lot of great items from clothing to household to pets. Their prices are really great! A fun store that you can spend a lot of time in. Ir can be a little cluttered, but don't let that stop you. Unique items. I've bought quite a bit of athletic clothes here. Also, household items. They also stock purses and shoes. This really is a cool store that my Daighter turned me on to. I love it!!

What is it about this magical place that makes me what to buy the most unnecessary things 🤔😂 This is my go-to place to find any gift. They have cool kitchen gadgets, toys I can't find elsewhere where, and the best variety of blankets.

Great place to look for gifts, home decor, furnitute, clothes, bags, and shoes. Only issue is the less the mediocre plus size section. Huge kids section complete with clothing, toys, and books. I love their stationary aisle bc they have brands you cant order online and a lot of unique items.

I enjoy going to TJ Maxx in Warsaw. Each time Ive gone in, different ones on the staff have been friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. I've been in other T.J. Maxx stores and throughly enjoyed them, but this one is about as ghetto as they come. The men's "department" is literally two racks of clothes. Good luck! Also, there are currently no changing rooms available to try on your clothes before you purchase, so once again, good luck. Honestly, if you want name brands at great prices AND a good selection to choose from, drive about 40 miles NW of here to the Mishawaka store. The men's department there is about half the size of this entire store.

It's pretty organized for a TJ Maxx. They keep the store nice and clean. My wife loves this place and goes there often. She finds some of the most interesting things here!

On July 15th they have a kayak for $199. I took a picture of it to verify. I go back to buy it on July 16th and raise the price to $299. I showed the manager and he could care less. L
