I came in 3 total times and my wife came in once herself. I had lost my phone over the weekend 3+ hours away and I admittedly was quite frustrated. I wasn't able to figure it out the first couple visits between insurance claim or just buying a new phone. Xavier was beyond patient and extremely kind each and every time I came in. As I said I was quite frustrated (with myself) and was probably very short with him, which was no fault of his own. Throughout every interaction he was absolutely amazing to me. We got the problem resolved and I actually found my phone! It's still 3 hours away but hey 🤷‍♂️ Xavier is an exemplary employee and should be much appreciated by T-Mobile for having such an awesome person on their team! If he may ever see this message I wish him the best and I hope that the next person I come across would be half as such a great person and employee that he is!

Zeke and Blake are Fantastic People! I highly recommend Warsaw T-Mobile! These guys care and you can tell they do! They go above and beyond to help their customers. Customer Service is Everything! Zeke and Blake are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with us to upgrade and get the best value and took care of transferring our data and fixing all issues with broken phone. I felt valued as a customer and I am so thankful I chose T-Mobile Warsaw. It means alot to have nonnpushy sales guys that go the extra mile and show they truly care about their customers. Thank you T-Mobile Warsaw and Thank you Zeke and Blake! You guys Rock!

I came into the Warsaw indiana T-Mobile store today to get my home Wi-Fi figured out and the representative Q had helped me get that problem fixed right away he was very curtious respectful and fixed the problem right now. Thank you Q ! ! !😊

I loved Zander and I can’t remember the other guys name but they were super helpful and super funny too! Yesterday I came in because my phone hadn’t been working and left with a new phone and stories about getting their car stuck in a parking lot in Texas! I loved the employees there they are super helpful and caring! 10/10 experience!

They were super helpful and Q was fast and efficient. He explained everything clearly. We were able to get internet for our permanent campsite in the area for the summer. Good price, no contract and it is working so much better than our hotspot was.

Been a customer of theirs for a year now. Love their service… but (it’s a great one) we switched over to their internet service. We live in a “good” area, not the best… and all I can say is “WOW!!!!!” What a difference between T Mobile and my old carrier… I can not believe the difference.The staff at our Warsaw store are friendly knowledgeable and very helpful… keep up the great work guys!!!

Oh my gosh. I really love these kids. There is nothing in the world that can describe the kindness I received there. Zeke is the manager. I had to go in several times with diffent problems not having to do with T-Mobile itself. They took about a million years trying to help me understand the phone. I am elderly and can not figure out cell phone. Bless them all.

Jared is always great to deal with at this store. He always is easy going and helpful and you can tell he truly cares about the people he helps. I appreciate the fact that T-Mobile doesn't push sales on you and gouge your wallet. They always are a pleasure in the store and the store is clean, just very big for the minimal amount of displays. So far we've been with T-Mobile for a year and it's been so much better than AT&T and Verizon. T-Mobile makes deals easy and the bill is probably the easiest to understand what you are paying for. The value for coverage and deals on phones is probably the best I've seen. The online team you can call is also incredible and you actually get someone in America who is easy to understand and extremely helpful. So far the coverage in Warsaw has been amazing for us, I pull around 300Mbps on 5G UC in town. If you are thinking of switching I highly recommend.

I ended up interacting with just about everybody there in the short period I was there so I don't really remember names, but that's probably a good thing. I got everything I wanted to get done all at once when I haven't been able to get access to the particular item I saw it at several other T-Mobile stores. The crew is pretty chill and easy to work with, and everybody made friends with my service dog, and now I've got unlimited 5G with no data caps to test tonight. Thanks guys.

Excellent customer service!! As soon as I walked in I get greeted instantly. The store is super clean. I went in with a mindset to upgrade my old iPhone 11 Pro to the iPhone 14, to get a iPad & to change my current personal plan into a business plan. All the staff are very nice to me. A special Shoutout to Zander, Quevin, Zeke & Blake, thank you all for your customer service in the whole entire time I was there. Now, I’m out with two new devices without any worries!!

Wanted home internet, went to Logansport and was told no sorry won’t work. Called warsaw and they said come on up we will hook you up. Went there on Friday, Q was very helpful. Set me up with the home internet, came back as the unit had an issue and no problem swapping out the device with a new and making sure it was working before i left. Zander Was also very helpful and he helped couple people why I waited and was very helpful with them and even answered some of my questions. Meet the manager for a few and we was even cool. Highly recommend coming here if you’re tired of the nightmares with current cell providers. These guys rock and customer service was beyond.

The gentleman at this store named Jared was such a great help. He went through and explained the systems thoroughly to me for each model we looked at. He helped me find the best option for what I could spend today and even helped me get things transferred that the phone didn't transfer automatically. He definitely knew his stuff and he explained everything that confused me. I was transferring from Straight Talk and he helped me through the whole process. I'm decently well versed in technology but this man knew all the stuff I would've never tried to learn. Jared is definitely the guy you talk to if you don't know what you want

The people were great. Excellent customer service. Which is way more than I can say about Sprint's call center and how awful they were to me when I had them from 2007 - to 2013. Now I've been with them again since 2016... (they were the better of 2 evils)(choose the devil you know I guess). This store had the best Sprint employees I've ever encountered. Usually the people you meet at a Sprint store suck (just want commission off you). These two angels were super fun and super helpful.... AND got my mom a great deal!!
