This was our 1st time for grooming at PetSmart. What a blessing to find such a great place. The people I talked to were fantastic. They listened to my concerns and were able to calm me down, my dogs were so cute and fluffy, they really were treated our Lucy and Ruby very well. Thank you so much for your care and professionalism. We got a promotional call from Pet smart for a grooming discount for our GS since she was pure bread. Made the appointment and when we picked her up she was still wet and no comb through. They said "oh she didn't like the dryer". She has been to the pet smart groomers in fort wayne since she was a puppy. She'll stand there to be dried. She moves around, but will stand it. After listening to how the techs were with the other dogs in there, I wish we wouldn't have taken her. Seemed like every dog had a problem to them.Once we left and were driving my husband realized we were charged full price....no discount at all. So here we are with a wet dog that still needs to be combed and a higher bill. SMHPlease don't call us again for your worthless "service".

So today was our third visit for our dog to get groomed. The first visit was good, second was okay but this one is hideous. He has short buzz cuts and then random long hair hanging all over. Nothing is even. Looks like a toddler gave him a haircut. He doesn't even smell like he was bathed. He also acted confused and has slept since we picked him up like he was given something. When he was dropped off we were told 3-4 hours before he would be ready, he was done in less than two. We will not be returning to a inexperienced and unprofessional chop shop again not to mention last time our bill was $65 today it was $103...so if you want your pet to look like a goofball go to Pet Smart ask for Tori or Victoria...Ridiculous!!!

Employees are very nice and helpful. All the pets that I see leave the groomers look amazing and they clearly care about the pets they are caring for. Pets for adoption always have tanks being cleaned, fed well (they don't hold back on the treats either, which I love to see). Cat litter is always clean and as sad as it is to see cats in cages they have room, get play time and the workers clearly spend time keeping them social and happy. Wonderful care from what I have seen.

Dogs got a bath and haircut. I dont think they expressed them like I asked. They did a great cut and bath but both dogs came home with a cough. They cleared up quickly though.

It was terrifying to see how one of the employees was treating the adoptable animals. The kitten kept trying to nuzzle them as they fed and watered it and they repeatedly smacked it out of the way. When the kitten moved towards the food dish, the employee looked around and grabbed and picked it up by the throat,- violently shaking it until it went limp.

All of the employees are knowledgeable, and very attentive. It just seems like they never have enough help, so wait times are increased. To the employees that do work there though, keep up the good work. Also, they ALWAYS have cats there looking for a good home for a reasonable price.

I'm in Warsaw for 1 week and my pup needed a nail trim and paw pad trim badly. The staff was so nice and took my dog right back. I find myself being picky about the way my pups nails and pads are done. But I was so impressed! They did a great job and took wonderful care of my sight impaired pup! The groomer (younger gentleman) was fantastic! Thank you so much!

This isn't cheap, but they've got most of the stuff you'll be looking for. And you can earn loyalty points and it's not like ultra expensive. But I can't give a great review because when I had them trim my dog's nails they HURT HIM. Very apologetic but my dog's paw was bleeding. So just buy stuff here if you choose but don't let them touch your pet. Full disclosure this was probably 2 years ago.

Mariah the manager stated we could not come back be a use we had over 15 appts we missed. We have 3 dogs and it was COVID and we apologized. I tried to explain what had happened and get to see our missed appt dates she hung up on us twice and said it affected their groomers money. My job and financial was affected during that time and we had bad times too. Mariah stated,”we could not get the appt printed out bc it’s confidential.” Ours our file and we can’t have a copy of it. I told her we were turning her into BBB. She hung up on he twice within 5 minutes. The stores motto is, “We do all things for pets.” Bc of financial and COVID and my job we sincerely apologized. We have 3 poms who need care and appreciated Petsmart all these years and continue to go there for our pets needs. But the grooming Dept was rude and inconsiderate hanging up on us. Our file is not Confidential. It can be printed off just like a receipt.

The employees are nice, for the most part. I will no longer take my dog to get groomed here. I was called by PetSmart earlier this week about getting a discounted price on grooming if I prepaid. I agreed and was told to just pay at the register before she gets groomed. I take my dog in and I was told oh that offer expired 10 days after your first visit, which was 14 days ago. I was never told I had 10 days from my first appointment. They refused to honor the offer, even though it wasn’t my mistake. If I can’t trust you to honor your offers, I can’t trust you to take good care of my dog. This is not good business practice.

It stinks that they have to be accountable with the groomer staff if you don't like your job get a different one.I however have never taken my dog to groomer there but the reviews of it I never ever would.

It has quite a big selection for almost, if not all, your pet needs! I really liked the Dog collar selection better than any other pet store and any other store that carries them. They have a big section for dog needs and it was great. The only thing I would like to see is more dog "clothes" selection. I love how they had many different themes but I would like to see them have a wider variety of clothes although they do have a lot and their selection is better than all the other stores.
