This is a hidden gem in the area. The ladies are friendly and knowledgeable. Always available to help and special order products. I'm so glad I found them. Will not shop at other pet stores again. This is the place to go for sure. Thank you ladies.

Fantastic pet store! You can tell the owners take pride in their shop. It shows from how well thought out their inventory is (meeting every pet owners need), all the way to how well their fish tanks are maintained.They are also very knowledgeable on what's the best food to provide your pet with healthy alternatives for skin allergies and teeth.If you regularly shop at the big box stores, stop. You need to start coming here instead!

We purchased our Crested Gecko here as a little thing, Paws and Claws staff were helpful and knowledgeable about his care and needs. He is now a full grown adult, thriving well. We have purchased all his habitat upgrades and food from Paws and Claws. They never are short in supplies and knowledge.

The workers and owners here love animals and helping people give their keys the best life they can. Premium foods, treats, bedding, and accessories for just about any pet you can think of.Moreover, unlike box store pet suppliers, these people KNOW their products.We have a senior dog with Cushing's. He'd lost nearly all hair from his neck to shoulders, had scabby patches on his neck and ears... He was in rough shape. I came in and was looking for a high protein, low-allergen kibble (to lower the cortisol response triggered by Cushing's.) One of the workers asked if I needed help, I explained my dog's condition, and she walked me through a number of food options, ultimately to a 6 Fish Orijen food, of which she informed me that the company had recently been bought by a large business and that everyone at the store was ensuring that the quality and list of ingredients wasn't being altered at all. This type of service and care is rare in any industry, but exceptionally so concerning pets.By the way, nearly all of his symptoms have subsided completely!I don't bother going anywhere else for my cats, dogs, or guinea pigs.

If I could give these ladies a higher rating I would! Went in looking for dog food as we just moved here from out of state and have had no luck finding doggie brand. They were quick to help and ordered some in for us! Just a great place that has many high quality brands as well as many treats for all the fur babies 🐶🐶🐶

I love that if you want a fish they don't have they will order one. Their plants are high quality, you can tell by how clean the tanks are. Anyways I have been bringing my dog here for along time. Great service, kindness, knowledgeable, friendly over all a great place to go. They are about to meet the new puppy.

The best place for anything aquarium related! Also super helpful staff that is very knowledgeable and love what they do. Also have a wide variety of other pet/ animal supplies. Definitely recommend stopping by just to check out all of their tanks and animals in store

Have to give a 5 star review to this store. The staff are always extremely kind and helpful. I’ve never walked in without a “hello” or left without a “thank you for coming.” Very inviting and knowledgeable. I’ve bought my crickets and mealworms from here for a very long time. I also like how their prices are better than the franchise pet stores in town. There’s no reason to shop anywhere else.

In short, it is really nice to have a small local store in town for unique situations that the big box stores either can't help with or you may not trust in terms of quality.I called asking for a large tank for an aquatic turtle and one of the employees (who was super friendly) was able to look into what was offered by their suppliers to special order the tank I needed :). Hopefully I can update this post once everything is set up.In the past I have also purchased 4 guinea pigs from Paws & Claws and three of them lived between 7-8 years!

Great local store - it makes me happy to shop here. They carry top healthy, wholesome brands of dog and cat food, but also some more reasonably priced lines. There is always someone available to help you and carry items out to your car. Fun promotions and holiday celebrations without being over-the-top. Highly recommended.

Feel confident in the treats and food i feed my dog, as well as any care products. Highly reccommend the Super Snouts for joint care and mobility issues in your pups. Love going here for food for my parakeets and crickets meal worms roaches super worms and horned worms for my geckos n dragons. Prices are great. They also helped me with ideas for my one dog after she had her puppies. Keiffer milk was the best thing for her.

I LOVE it here. She has so much knowledge about animals. My dog is often in the woods without us and gets into stuff all the time. I always try to call here before before I even call my vet! She has helped me with product that will help with my dog with bites, rashes, etc.... Very thankful for her shop, her knowledge, and helpfulness.

They have the friendliest staff. I usually trim my bulldogs nails myself but we were in there shopping and I asked if they could trim his nails. The lady was very sweet and patient because he was nervous. Did a great job and it only cost $7.00. Will definitely be taking him back.

Very nice small pet shop. Surprisingly diverse selection of fish and the employee said they were waiting for a shipment that was late so I would like to see what it was supposed to be like. The employees were friendly and did their best to answer my weird questions.

Never going here again. I bought some live palnts there I was charged more than what I was told for. So I went to return the I was accused of switching them out for other plants. It's sad I have been shopping here since I was 5.
