They have a nice selection. I don't go to a hardware store often enough to judge the prices. They seemed reasonable?The people working there were helpful, but customer service for the people working the back end could use some work.

If you're going to call a customer about a delivery issue, please leave a message, now I have to wait an additional 4 days for something that could've been handled on the phone if I knew who was calling. Terrible service, not my job to scan and double check orders.

Always a fan of this Menards as they have their items neatly organizedand most of the employees are super nice.The 5 star review is specifically for Baatar - he is amazing. He came to help me when I was struggling with three long PVC pipes on a regular cart. Quickly saran wrapping them so I could get a better handle on my items.Thanks Baatar!

Do not buy into there mail in rebates ever I've done so many I've lost track and never got a dime back. Crooks. Make it the low price to begin with. Without the mail in rebate scam you do! Great store otherwise but it's hard to shop at a place that steals. This also was the first place that forced masks in my community and they continued to do the longest. Just all around honestly not the best place to shop!

Very helpful staff and a nice selection of options for almost any project. The only negative is that they don't have a motorized chair in this location. My elder mother has a very difficult time navigating the store due to its expansive size. Other than that it was a pleasant shopping experience

I have now purchased 4 times off the email special alert sale items. Each time, I have selected store pickup. The first time was great, showed up used the bar code on my phone and the Menards associate went and got the item for me. The last 3 times, the most recent being 6/8/23. It has been a ghost town in that back receiving room. The employee board shows 2 working, one from 2-8 and one 12 - close. Last night took 26 minutes to find one of them and pick up our package. They were both outside cleaning up cardboard and scrap. Please look into changing this schedule of leaving a service desk unattended! Keep at least 1 employee inside for assistance. This is a bad experience for a Menards customer. Scheduling needs some adjustment to customer service and care. Warsaw Store, customer Joe Ousley

Very unhappy customer. I have spent thousands at this Menards. Picked up an entire vanity set, shower and glass doors, flooring for two rooms and more. The wrong size vanity was given to us and discovered when ready to install. I went in to ask if the store would pick up the wrong one and deliver the correct one and the GM refused. Said we should have checked everything to make sure it was correct. Terrible customer service. Too heavy for me so I will need to get someone AGAIN to return to correct their mistake. Not happy at all and will take my business where customers are appreciated not blamed for a mistake the store made. Beyond shocked being treated this way!!

Very clean, well-organized store. Was looking for solar lights to top a yard post. Sadly, there are only two choices, and both are plastic. Hoped to find metal. Will look online.The two older gentlemen who helped us were extremely helpful and courtous! (Warsaw, Indiana, store.)

Terrible!! My 4 year old son grabbed a receipt that someone had left behind and a VERY RUDE dark complected girl RIPPED the receipt out of his hand as she said can i have that and before he could even think to say anything! She should have NEVER approached a FOUR year old! She should have approached the PARENTS and asked for the receipt. She ripped it away from him and ripped it into pieces right in front of us like we were some kind of criminals. VERY unprofessional! We have never had a problem with Menards, it's always our go to compared to the competitors but why would we want to continue to go back if they are treating people especially FOUR YEAR OLDS in that manner? So rude! 5/20/23 around 430

I spoke with John about having an inground pool installed. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about pools. He was upfront about everything. He wasn't pushy at all. I also found out there's a very big demand for pools. The waiting list is into 2023!! But, that also says a lot for his business....people trust this company or they wouldn't be willing to wait. Overall, I felt very comfortable and confident with John and his pool staff.

Service nonexistent. No one around to help locate an item. Find on my own, then no offer to help load a 200 lb item.Update 10/18/21. Foolishly went back, based on website indicating the items I needed are in stock. I searched with 2 employees, who decided 16 items in inventory were not there. Store management had one solution, go to another store. Can’t order it from anywhere, no ability to get it from another store. This was the MANAGER of the store solution. Even if you find someone, still no service or concerns for customers. Guess they are too big to care. Recommend stay away.

Gave them only three stars because we jabe had trouble with one item, a screen door set. Pieces were missing. They had to order a new one and did not do it. All told with many errors on their end. We ordered it in Oct just got it first week of July. Usually I would have rated them higher.

I was not happy that a vinyl siding product I came in to get was not available even though the web site said it was. I was told this particular product was a special order and would take 3 weeks to get. I only needed 10 sheets of this siding. However, the manager took some time to find a location that had 45 plus sheets of the siding returned that I could get. Even though I wasn't happy with them not having what I needed the manager did go above and beyond to help me get what I needed. I do appreciate the manager doing this for me.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ April, 2022.Great experience today! The individual helping us today was an expert We explained what we wanted and showed him what we were looking at. He asked excellent questions and listened to our answers. He helped us place a special order. We received expert service and ordered exactly what we wanted! Awesome! Thank you!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6/30/22 Update.I experienced a very knowledgeable but cranky young man working at the service counter today. After competing my return, he got all huffy when I asked to borrow a pen.

I have always enjoyed getting things from here until I started special ordering things for the house. Every time I pull around back to get my order the people are generally helpful but don't really know where all my stuff is and I have to wait for an hour to 30 minutes for them to find it, and sometimes it's just as easy for me to find it for them because faster. I wish they would do a better job at having things more organized.

Needed to return a gas weed eater. They won't take gas powered stuff back if you put gas in it. How are we supposed to know if it works if you don't put fuel in. Also be careful when returning items they don't give you what you paid. I had to go in twice to get the correct amount,still didn't get it,even if they took off 11%. We'll be finding somewhere else to shop.

Awesome associates the store is clean they are people friendly!! Walmart and Lowe's both turned me and my son away for no reason. Menards has been great to us and as I said very friendly and they are willing to help. I would recommend this store over any other in town honestly they know what they are talking about if you have any questions and are needing help with ANYTHING they know their stuff! If I could give them 10 stars I would! As for all the negative reviews I'm seeing these comments are very false! I'm in here everyday and can see that the associates are great people and willing to help!

I've shopped here since they opened for a majority of my home improvement items over the years. I have had to dramatically lower my expectations to continue to be satisfied with their customer service. I have had countless times their inventory shows an item is in stock and it's not and has to be ordered. Dozens of times I have had to correct the cashier/guard how to properly checkout a special order or pick-list order. Their lumber selection is definitely second-hand. Yes, they have "select" lumber, but you have to search to find it. The staff all seem to take break/lunch at the same time and it's a rarity to find someone who actually knows what they are talking about. I've had my fair-share of teaching "sessions" over the years. This was all pre-"COVID" and post-"COVID" has brought about a whole other set of poor business decisions. I understand the concept of "public safety" and wanting your customer to "feel safe." However, this corporation has gone to the extreme. I have seen first-hand them deny service to a son due to his father not wearing a mask as well as them force a medically exempt person to wear a mask under the claim of being a "private company." After seeing their treatment of customers not "wearing a mask," I cannot support a company with policies that are clearly a "cover your own butt" policy. Very disappointing...

Spent 3 hours trying to sort through materials counts are always wrong unusable products left in with usuable. quality of product has been in decline. Staff in special order are incompetent and don't want to take responsibility. No veteran or contractor discounts. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars In the past. Not another dollar

I have asthma and it states in the mandatory masks health issues exempt and they mad me buy a mask and put it on or they were going to throw me out almost passed out from not being able to breath..... but gave a 2 cuz there were 2 out standing employees that were a great help with my over 2000 $ purchase. But I have never been treated so rude by one of the employee I will not be going back unless he is fired.

In-store customer service was great, but not impressed with the lazy cart associate outside. He literally stood beside me and waited for my cart without offering to help me load my flooring into my vehicle. This has happened twice now in one week😑

Ordered a few things online the night before my project to save time instead of wondering thru the store hunting just 2 items, it would of been faster to do the shopping myself, you would think my stuff would be at the front of the store but no it is supposed to be picked up at the back, no one there when I get back there other people waiting about 15 mins here comes somebody, my order wasn't pulled yet so the kind young lady went and pulled it. Supposedly I was supposed to wait on the email confirming it was pulled, so much for saving time

Found everything I was looking for. I don't like their check out system. Trying to watch the register for accurate prices, bagging your own merchandise, paying and putting the purchases back into a cart by yourself all at the same time causes backups. What happened to the cashier helping the customer?

Worst Menards I have ever been to. Rude staff in the paint department. I had to mention to her that customer could hear her talking about customers and it wasn't professional. Then we needed treated plywood and most of the stuff was warped and had mold on it. Last but not least we watched three guys standing around talking amongst each other while my husband and I loaded our own lumber. Of course I was talking about how they weren't even trying to help, and low and behold one of them came rolling up on a fork lift AFTER we had it done. The only good experience was the nice older gentlemen and the gate was nice. Never ever will we go back there. Awful place!!
