This morning my husband went to get powdered sugar raspberry filled. He was told they don’t get any, then they didn’t come in & finally the girl who bakes is on vacation who was on vacation last week also. I thought they baked the donuts there. Time to find a new donut shop definitely won’t be Martins in Warsaw!

○Shared from a friend○DO NOT GO TO Martins Supermarket in Warsaw, INDIANA!I was sitting at one of the booths at Starbucks inside Martin’s working on my school work, and I noticed a little brown bug crawling on the opposite side. I genuinely thought it was an ant or a spider, didn’t think anything of it because I thought that store was relatively clean. WRONG!Minutes later, I get a hot itching feeling on my neck. Then I notice that I’m itching the back on my neck, now down my back, now my side. It’s going in a line. I get up and run to the bathroom and peel my shirt off, not caring who was in there. I throw my shirt on the ground and shake it off and there’s a BED BUG. I go back to the booth and look around, seeing another bed bug crawling from the next booth over into the booth I was sitting in. I pull the cushion back a little and notice the in-between of the cushion and actual booth is DIGUSTING, rid of bug carcasses, trash, and organic matter. I gather my things and go tell the manager, Sam, as I’m leaving. Sam seems to be annoyed, definitely not surprised, and VERY nonchalant about it, and says that he will have someone “wipe it down,” as if that is a quick end-all solution to BED BEGS. I have several welts on the side and back on my neck by being bitten from the bugs. The pictures down below are TWO different bugs that came off of my clothes after I killed them and removed them from me. My car and my apartment will be bug bombed tomorrow, and I threw away my backpack, my clothes, my shoes, my notebooks (with all my school work in them ), and all the contents inside of my backpack.Facebook, do yourEdit: Since some apparently do not understand how bed bugs work, I would NEVER kill a bug and then intentionally bring it home with me! These two were found on me after I had gotten home, threw my clothes out, took a shower, and they were attached ON MY SKIN.○Couldn't post pictures sorry○

Really good place to study! They have plenty of snack and drink options including a Starbucks. The balcony is always real quiet and a good environment.

Very nice place but coupons they send you never work and it's an inconvenient at self check then you gotta wait forever for someone to override it.

When we come to town we always have to stop here especially for the salad bar! Plus Starbucks right here makes it the perfect store to shop at. Definitely recommend!

Stop scanning ID’s to buy alcohol. Presenting it is one thing, but to put it in some unknown system is an absolutely ridiculous invasion of privacy. I don’t understand how they can justify that. I’m not paranoid. It’s the principle of it and being a freedom loving American. I will not be going back there.

Beautiful, clean and well stocked grocery store. If you are looking for super fresh Deli goods, fruits and veggies, then this is the store! Bakery is excellent as well! A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for at this store.

I've been shopping at Martin's for over ten years now, and it's always been a great experience. All the employees are very pleasant and bend over backwards to help you with all of your needs. It's refreshing to see customer service at its very best, especially being from Chicago and it's surrounding suburbs where that's just a thing of the past. The ladies in the bake shop are awesome and make the best glazed donuts that put Krispy Kreme to shame !!! Did I forget to mention they have a certified Starbucks and a homemade popcorn shop, (buttered, cheddar, & caramel,) right when you walk in ???Yeah, this is a great place.

First time at Martins, Warsaw. It was 4:30 PM on a Monday and you’d expect a large supermarket would have a lot of customers at that hour, but the store appeared kind of abandoned, maybe a dozen customers, fifteen at most. No music being played so that added to the eerie, cool atmosphere. Stood at the deli counter for about a minute even though I was noticed immediately by two employees who were just talking with each other. When an employee finally approached me, I said, “hi”, she said nothing in return. After filling my order, I said “thank you” and again she said nothing.The overall impression I got observing the employees was that they didn’t appear very happy to be at work that day. Then again, in fairness, it was a Monday. At the checkout line, I stood there waiting for the clerk to appear. She eventually showed up, then mysteriously walked away without explanation or eye contact. I verified that her line really was open. I decided to switch checkout lines. On the positive side, the deli dish was very good and my bill overall was quite reasonable. In the future, it would be nice to see a warmer, more welcoming atmosphere. What is it they say about first impressions?

Their Deli is great. I purchased several of their holiday meals. They were delicious! Everyone liked the meal. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They even called the next day to make sure everything was good and went well. I highly recommend Martins!

My mother in law was turning 95 and I needed food, flowers and a cake. Martin's did not disappoint! Many thanks to Tammy in the deli, who fried up our chicken early so it was fresh. Her attention to detail was awesome, and she invested in our experience. The cake was beautiful as well as the coursage. Thanks you all so much!! Excellent service and care, as well as wonderful food.

Excellent store. Great prices. Very clean. Friendly and caring staff. Will load your groceries in your car at curb pull up. I am handicapped and this is very helpful. Wide variety. Very nice deli. Even have a sushi chef daily that makes fresh sushi on site and it is wonderful. Love their meat. It is absolutely my favorite grocery store. Definitely recommend!

The place is infested with pantry moths. I saw 2 moths flying around elsewhere and didn’t think anything of it Bc bugs get in with the door opening and closing all day. Well. I went to buy rice and booked it out of there Bc the rice boxes were swarmed with them. Disgusting. Only giving another star bc the meat selection is great

Clean store and the help seems just fine to me. The salad bar and deli are amazing as well as the roast chix and sushi! The bulk bacon is the best around and the marinated chix breasts are massive! Great meat and seafood counter and the only place around that i know of that has smelt! This grocery also has an extensive frozen area of fish, seafood and entrees.

Trendy and good selection of meat. Prices are high and selection goes downhill after the meat section. I go there for the salad bar and Starbucks. Grocery checkout is best in town. Nice large bags and the unload your cart. However you pay extra on prices for this service.

I like Kroger's Starbucks best. They know how to make "sick tea" without my help. I have always gotten better service at Kroger....not that I had bad service today, just in general.

Staff is always so friendly and attentive. It's close to my work and very convenient to go grab lunch quickly. Their sushi chef is awesome, he remembers my face and even remembered that I'm allergic to shellfish, so he can tell me if it has shellfish if not marked. The salad bar is really good, and they usually have some decent choices for soup.
