They have nice selection and store has adequate sales staff to assist w ur needs. Only thing was the older woman who "says" she didn't work in outdoor plant and flower area stood and talked w another associate in outdoor area and offered no assistance other than she doesn't work in that department. Well get to ur assigned area and stop bothering employees bc I would of bought from Lowe's if I could of gotten assistance. I just went to menards. Thanks Lowe's.

Went there to buy wood and needed some plywood cut. We waited 15 mins and no one came despite them calling for help over the intercom. It was a Sunday and we saw NO one on the floor working. I get that they are short staffed as many stores are however it made me not want to shops there again. We ended up luging what was in our cart then leaving without the wood. The teller we had was lovely 😊 other than that doubtful we will go back.

I ordered it cuz i needed it. it shows up with one working wheel and the other is busted completely off there is no saving it. i suggested sending me a new one and i will hold onto this one but lowes denied my request and pretty much said my pro vip membership doesnt mean anything....imagine if doctors performed surgerys with broken tools......

Would give them no stars if I could. We bought 3 items from the clearance section on Dec 26th. Didn't work for what we needed. So we went back in the 27th to return them. They took 2 of the items back (ornaments) but wouldn't the other, said it was a holiday item and wouldn't take it back. Tell me how it was different then the ornaments. Also there was NO sign saying sales were final or items not returnable. Not even on the receipt. Would not have bought item if we had seen/knew that as we weren't sure it would work for us. Best advice is not to by seasonal items. We know we won't be.I got a response back to contact them. I had already done that and was told they couldn't refund my money.So it looks like that is just a generic response.

I had to go inside to do the "curbside " pickup. Other than having to wait for someone from the garden area to come to the inside pickup area, then, go to the outside pickup area to get my mulch order. It was fine!

Nice store and I'd like to support it. Today I waited while they paged numerous times for someone to cut a blind. I saw probably 8 employees milling around close by, but no one was able to do the job. I left without a blind. Very disappointing.

If I could have given no stars I would. We had them do our floors almost 10,000 they ripped up the flooring and then said it was uneven. Although the guy they sent out for estimate said it was good. Now we sit with nobody to work on it and wood floors or we fork out another 1,500.00. Worst experience ever will NEVER go back

As a kid I hated lowes because we were in there for what seemed like hours, but I am a man with a beard now and its become somewhat of a getaway for me. Somewhere to take a walk. Who needs a community garden when you can walk around in Lowe's. Don't look behind the laminate rolls in the back. I live back there.Great place for grandma and the kids.

I'm done with these guys! Their products are always disappointing, particularly any of the lighting offerings. I have been overcharged on many occasions, have had them over count items in my cart, received ridiculous excuses and had a ton of bad help from their "experts"...waste of space!

The people who work at Lowes are super friendly. The people that they contact through for delivery are the worst I've ever seen. I was supposed to receive a call on Thursday to tell me my delivery time for Friday, no call. I called and found out it was supposed to be delivered from 12-4, so I left work early. Well, they decided to change the time from 9-1 the day of and didn't bother to call and let me know, so no refrigerator Friday. Talked to Nate, the manager at Lowe's, and he did his best to help( this is NOT fault). The delivery company that is contacted out was supposed to call me Friday to tell me when they would deliver it on Saturday. Again, there was no call, so I called Saturday morning and it was supposed to be delivered between 3:30 and 7:30. It's Sunday, and still no refrigerator. I called the delivery man three times on Friday and left one message. He will not return my call. This is the most frustrating delivery that I have ever dealt with.

They have a habit of overcharging for items "on sale" and counting or inputting quantities wrong.UPDATE 11/21/2023: I'm done with this chain, product quality has been plummeting for far too long to be an anomaly, I'd say it's due to their business plan.At this point they are just a Walmart with lumber but without the good prices.

Went in to purchase a craftsman 2 piece tool chest on wheels. They stated it was in stock. 2 hours later they still had not pulled what we were there to purchase. I went to get a manager. They sent a department supervisor and she was as rude as could be. Stated we needed to call ahead and make the purchase and they would have it ready for pick up. We stopped in to see what they had! And we don't live in warsaw!! Customer service sucks!! I wish now we would have went elsewhere. We certainly will not be back.

Love the veterans discount and fast checkout. I bought 2×4s and acrylic sheets to replace rotten windows in my barn. Store bought windows were over $2000. I replaced them myself for less than $300.

Be aware of their color match warranty. They only refund the cans you return not the paint you have to now buy to fix it. #iwantalocalhardware #customerservicesucks

I Would Appreciate If Customer Service Tells You All The Requirements "Up Front" About How You Can Recieve Your Deposit Back After Renting A Carpet Shampooer And Returning It. I Had To Make A $35 Deposit To Rent One. And When I Bought It Back I Was Refused My Deposit Because It Was "Supposingly Dirty And Not Cleaned Out." .....Well...If You Listen To The Customer When They Say They've Never Used A Carpet Cleaner Before This Wouldn't Of Been An Issue. And Leaving Out Small Details About The Return Policy Didn't Help Either Because I Was Never Told To Clean It. I Was Told To Have It Back After 24 Hrs. Luckily, Your Manager Refunded Me The Full Amount Despite Another Woman Refusing To Give Me My Deposit. Next Time Give All Return Details Not Just Some.

Picked up supplies for home project. I found everything I needed. I also asked about a metal hand carry toolbox, I was told they didn't have any! My buddy and I found a Craftsman metal box. It wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but, it was a good start. Maybe a little more training with associates about the areas they are wandering around in. Overall, fairly pleased with my visit.

I purchased a 1000.00 LG ThinQ dryer with home delivery. They attempted to deliver me a scratched and dented dryer that wasn't even new. They took it back, gave me a 50 gift card for the inconvenience, and brought me a second "new one" that was clearly damaged. It was bent around the entire top portion and scratched. Contacted Jeremy at Warsaw and corporate again to have a 3rd dryer delivered that is not damaged. It has now been over an additional 3 weeks and I have not received any communication nor the NEW dryer I paid for 6 weeks ago. JEREMY the Warsaw stoe general manager refused to be of any help and refused to give me contact info for a superior to him. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LOWE'S FOR ANYTHING, DEFINITELY NOT APPLIANCES, OR HOME DELIVERY.

Would gave a zero star if that was an option.Have been trying to get a microwave rescheduled for delivery. Have been told since 11/9 should receive a call within 24 hours to reschedule. Have called every day since after 24 hours and have received no call. Told yesterday took to senior manager and Debra would personally call me today. Still no call. Today told if no call by 8pm I need to call in morning and ask for supervisor. No faith that will help. Microwave is paid for thank goodness used credit card so I can at least say was fraudently billed for a microwave never received. Just asking for call or microwave to be delivered.

Great employees With plenty of knowledge in their department and where to point you if they don't know the answer to your question. The parking lot is also large enough for your suv to be in one space and your trailer to be behind you without it being in the drive.

LEVY FENCE!!! These guys were sent by Lowes to install our fence. ASK FOR THEM!! FANTASTIC and professional job. They worked until 8pm to get the job done. They are professional, prompt and they know what they are doing. They came and ripped out a fence that was originally placed by another company that lowes contracted with and it was a mess! Tore it out and new put up. THANK YOU LEVY FENCE!!

Worst experience. Purchased 4 major appliances in 2 weeks.LG dryer. Purchased the install kit. They didn’t use it. They installed with old coils etc. dryer didn’t work. Had to come back out.Matag stove. Was on sale. Scratch n dent or a return. As it was obviously used and dirty. I was told it was in perfect working order. So I bought it. Rented a uhaul to pick it up along with the refrigerator.Matag stove doesn’t work. I have had 2 people out to take a look. No go! I call the store. And was told I got it for a good price. Sorry.Really. I thought I was buying a stove that worked. So now I have to pay to have it worked on.I will never shop there again!

Not only was the salesperson (Paul) rude but we had to wait for over a month to get our"in stock" dishwasher delivered and installed! We were given many stories as to why it was taking so long. Install finally called 2 weeks ago and gave us a date and time for delivery and install. I took a day off work to be home for this. They were a no call, no show. I called Lowe's AGAIN to see what was going on and was told the dishwasher had not even been picked up yet. Spoke with yet another person in installation. They changed the time for the installation without letting us know. This was not a cheap appliance. Lowe's had payment in full the day of the purchase, so have had our money for over a month. We will never order another appliance from Lowe's! Bad service all the way around!

Prodesk closed. No one could help. Manager refused to come to Prodesk and told me to come back when opened even though I drove from Plymouth for four lights that I needed.Very clear this lLowes manager on duty at 6:30 PM, March 2, did not not care in anyway. If this is how Lowes treat customers, thank you Lord, as I had a pending order for kitchen cabinets. That order will one be confirmed.To all, go to local store, local contractor, and local sources. You may pay a little more, but they go out and beyond to make you happy.To the manager on duty at 6:30PM, March second, go to charm school, quit or you need to be fired.

Warsaw buyer beware!!My Wife and I bought 4 major kitchen appliances on black friday 2022. We were told they would be delivered the Sunday after that coming Sunday. Delivery day came and we recieved no call from Lowe's on the time of said delivery. I called Lowe's and was told the delivery date was changed to that Monday. Monday came and again, no call. Again, I called Lowe's and was told the delivery was held back until Tuesday. Monday night I did get a call/voicemail confirming the delivery would take place between 3:30-7:30 p.m. Tuesday, but Tuesday came and they never showed up. We went in personally to Lowe's, Warsaw and cancelled our order and we are doing our business elsewhere.Attention, "Lowe's Home Improvement (Owner)". Please don't waste your time smoothing it over and asking me to call a number on this review, as I've seen you do on many other reviews on here. I've already filed a complaint with Lowe's Corporate.
