There is no excuse for the deli to be closed from 530 to? On a Friday night before the superbowl. Mgmt should have been back there personally. Food is still behind counter. Ridiculous!

Shopping and selection are great! Pharmacy is great, too. 3 stars for the Starbucks not being sufficiently staffed to handle both online orders and walk-in traffic. Online orders seem to be prioritized, making a stop-in for coffee in the morning no longer feasible.

Update* they now have touch pay available.*For a store that prides itself on "modern convenience" It's quite annoying to bag a bunch of food only to find out they're the only place around in 2023 that doesn't accept Apple pay or Android pay.

Good experience...prices are okay on most items. To realize more savings you must get a Kroger card. With this card and shopping you can get discounts on Kroger gas.

Reminded today why I switched grocery stores. Had a few rare coupons that were beneficial to me. Normal coupons aren't great, and typically only bring the price down to normal price at other stores. I understand they had technical issues for my pickup order, but I got three different time frames from three different attendants when my order wasn't ready on time to begin with. (or the second or third time I was quoted a new time it would be ready) on top of that two of the three produce items were sub par. My tomatoes had a moldy section, and the potatoes were rough looking. My experiences here are often hit or miss...but this was the worst experience I've had here so far :/

We shop here over all the other options in Warsaw. If you use the app and watch their weekly ads for deals, you generally get more for your money than if shopping elsewhere, even Walmart. Much, much cheaper than Martins or Meijiers. And better priced than ALDIs in most instances.Their staff is also exceedingly helpful. My wife lost her phone, thought it was at the store, their associates and manager were extremely helpful when we reached out for help in that regard. Really nothing but good to say about them.Thank you, Kroger!

Starbucks in the store is horrible I sent 15 minutes waiting for the worker to take my order she was taken mobile orders while she had a back up line she had to call for a another employee to help her an she tells me she dont have I ingredients to make my drink always have issues in the store the last worker was have a personal conversation on the phone while people were waiting in line

I just placed my annual Christmas chicken order at the deli with Nadine(Warsaw IN store) and she was great! Very friendly and helpful! I won't have the chicken till the 26th, but it's always been good when I ordered from them before

Always improving the store so don't mind the bit of dust. Employees are super helpful and its really nice to get q cup of coffee from Starbucks while.you're looking for dinner. I never have issues with their produce and I like how they make it a point to buy locally.

No one answers the phone in their pharmacy! It rings and rings and rings, multiple tries over several hours (understanding they may be busy). Upon calling the store, I'm told to just let it ring. Yep, did that already. So much for checking in on my desperately needed medications before driving 30 minutes to get them. Very poor customer service.

Went to get balloons for my daughters birthday..... would think that would be simple! Waited at the floral counter then went and asked someone for help then had someone ask if I needed help once I went back to the floral counter said yes. She paged for someone to come to floral....... well after waiting over 30 min and asking 3 times for help to have balloons to be filled I left!

The isles are too close together. Way too crowded. Too many self checkouts and not enough regular check out. If I have to check myself out I should get a discount on my groceries. I shouldn’t have to be doing someone else’s job.

I wish they had a bigger selection for more organic foods. The store needs to get bigger to accommodate our growing community. Otherwise, staff is always nice. Would like to see more cashiers available to ring you up. The self checkout software is nowhere near top notch.

I love the store but I’m getting tired of no one wanting to follow the “Wear a mask” rule. The store doesn’t enforce it even though it’s announced every ten minutes while your shopping. We’re all headed for another shut down because people don’t want to be inconvenienced. To me it shows a lack of concern for safety.

Based on multiple visits, at self check out counters I observed that if you are brown person they keep staring each product been scanned. Made me feel they are customers. Poor customer relationship management. I will not recommend this store.

In my opinion this is the best grocery store in the area. The staff are all very friendly and are always willing to help you anyway that they can. If I'm looking for something and they don't have it they always offer me a substitute at the same price or cheaper, many times even free. They also have a great pharmacy with well informed pharmacists as well as a great pharmacy staff. So as for this shopper, I will forever be an Owen's customer. A well deserved "Great Job" to all who work there!

Has some organic produce and a few organic dairy items. Not enough people working for number of customers. Not all sales items on shelf, no high quality organic milk. Long wait in checkout. No high quality chocolate. Helpful person in produce. WILD Kids not corrected. Not enough healthy alternatives.
