It’s funny how good we started off being for low income and release and people they didn’t have a lot of money to come in and buy stuff for their needs. Now trying to be like eBay or thinking you’re like a Walmart or even vagally at Kmart charging over inflated prices trying to compare with eBay Poshmark Mercari. It’s sad that said this before and other post you can’t pay your employees, but you can afford to pay the people at the top and I meant, I even see it at Salvation Army you think That live behind the banner of nonprofit it’s gonna get you someplace but one day you’re gonna run out and people are gonna quit coming because Goodwill is supposed to be for the people and hope people not to fill your pockets cause I’ll tell you now the stores they ain’t updated your employees aren’t paid and it said when you have to use people for work release and being locked up because you pay so cheaply it’s sad it really is and I hope anyone that sees this voices your comments because that’s the only way you can take down corporation greed is by standing up and making sure they remember why they stirred their business in the first place. Thank you for your time and I hope you guys come around to seeing you you can’t take money with you.

Don’t love the workers attitudes, everything is incorrectly placed and overpriced. Very poorly organized.

Some of the kids clothing are too high and not checked over very well seems like they put anything and everything out on the line to buy in the clothes

My Mom wanted a pair of hiking shoes. Not boots... A shoe. A high top tennis shoe with a rubber soul with a heavier tread pattern for walking longer distances. Not for climbing a mountain, but not a canvas shoe either. We found a pair. No special price tag or markings. The cashier was bent on charging us for boots. A $2 difference. First of all, you get all your merchandise for free. Second, I can't believe your cashier was so stressed about the extra $2. We just dropped the sale all together. I'll pay extra for a new pair of unused shoes before I pay for a pair of dirty shoes, and a cashier with an attitude. Furthermore, foot wear should be marked for the cashiers sake. She didn't know there was even a difference between a hiking shoe and boot. I gladly encourage anyone to Google It. It was clear that this poor woman didnt know anything about shoes, styles, or brands. Lost sale and future customers.

I've been on the prowl for a good plus sized suit coat for a while now. Im talkin at least XXL. I have not found one that fits yet, but i keep coming back in periodically and i found a trench coat that fits perfectly for $12. Top of the line stuff.Life is like a Goodwill. You never know what you're accidentally going to find that fits. Some matches are just made in heaven. Also, the employees there don't bother you too much which is something I personally prefer. Excellent establishment.

Wonderful place like a 24/7 flea market. The biggest challenge for Goodwill is you can't go in there looking for something specific, but it's a gold mine. I still struggle though with their pricing and staff's ability to group similar items together

I'm not real happy with my experience today? I was under the impression that goodwill stores we're put in place to help families who were in need of clothing period. I just called a local partner and asked a very brief and needed question: Do you(Goodwill ) give vouchers to homeless people and with thru 4 different people to just be cut off. I even asked a second question as to where could those people get that kind of asstance? So.....

We were in line for 15 minutes, got to where it was our turn, and they shut the line down. They had just opened another line that we should have been first in. Instead, we had to wait another 15 minutes. Not customer friendly.

$5.99 for a used toddler size 5 Reebok shirt from Walmart. Very first item I looked at, walked back out nearly instantly. Goodwill is a huge joke.

A relatively clean and very busy Goodwill. A smaller inventory than some stores but still enough for budget minded people to search for clothes. Not much in the cds or vinyl category. A very pleasant employee checked out my purchases and, realizing I was not local, welcomed me to Warsaw. Nice size well maintained parking lot and just off of US-30.

It strange to me that every good will has it's on vibe. In the dunlap area store there is more clothes than housewares art dvds and dishes etc but at this store it seemed to have a ton of things besides clothes , the clothing racks were not overly well stocked. At other stores they are crammed so much you can't browse..Still found a couple of things to flip.

the store itself is fine. the manager is HORRIBLE. the younger cashiers are nice, but the older ones are hateful. I don't even know where to start. First my younger sister attempted to buy a stuffed animal. The animal was like 50 cents & she gave the woman a 5. The lady absolutely refused to take her 5 & demanded a 1 or she wouldn't get the animal. My sister burst into tears & instead of being a civil human being the lady simply put the animal back & yelled "next!!!" It was like 6:40 & they closed at 7:00 . The manager was throwing an absolute fit that people were still in the dressing room, so instead of knocking on the door giving the people a friendly reminder, she marches up to the door & flings it open. When the person inside said "excuse me!" starts yelling that they should of locked the door. When we went to check out our cashier asked if we had any coupons or discounts. I gave her a coupon & since it was from retailmenot I was concerned they might not take it. I asked the cashier & she assured me they did, she just needed a manager override. the hateful manager walks up & before she even looks at it, tells me they don't take those. & that their system doesn't allow it. When our cashier started to question her she said "listen, we're getting ready to close. I don't have time to mess with it." I was literally astonished. I don't even have the energy to go on it was so awful. But with the number of complaints that woman has to receive on a daily basis I have no idea how she still works there but as long as she does I won't be back.

Nice size, well maintained parking lot. Pretty much only good for used clothes. Went in and took a look around and it was a few and I literally mean 4-5 aisles of home goods and then majority of store is clothes.

I love goodwill but one of the cashiers was very rude to me last week. We were in a long line, and I was conversing with my friends so we weren’t really paying attention to anything else. Apparently the cashier from another line told us we could enter her line to be checked out. She raised her voice at us and told us that she “ had better things she could be doing.” My friends and I were very dismayed by this and it ruined our shopping trip.

They price furniture generally a little too high in this store. Found a lot of stained clothes but i thought those are supposed to be sorted out.... Also right now the bathrooms and changing rooms are closed so I had to leave early since I have a 3 year old who had to go. (They said no exceptions) I like shopping here though. I would still recommend it.

I seldom see new items. I know for fact that people have donated great stuff....but never gets on our Warsaw shelves or hung. Goes somewhere else. High prices and empty looking. Junky stuff.... makes the new store look bad.I give it a 2 star because I have found a few things I'm happy with.

This place has removed all of their drop boxes from the locations around town. Now there is only one donation box in all of Warsaw. It is located at the goodwill store.But... it is always packed full because they say they don’t have time to clean it out. Really?!Maybe they should hire an unemployed person to do that job.

Took a big box to donate and the guy came out with a cart and I had to ask him to take it out of the car. He didn't seem very happy about it. Then I went inside for the senior sale. Found a couple items and took them to the register and found out I couldn't have the discount because I didn't have a card. I left without buying anything. Guess I will take my donations elsewhere next time.

Spent some time with Debra interviewing today. She, in my opinion, is excellent at what she does there. Yours has been one of my very favorite places to shop for a long while.

The store is nice, but it feels kind of empty in some areas to me. But it is clean and the staff is pretty good. You can always find some great deals!

The last few times I've been there they've been picked over, understaffed, and overpriced. It also had a really strong odor, beyond typical "thrift store smell" throughout the whole store.

They used to be a viable option for used clothes etc but when you can buy new clothes at Walmart for about the same price it’s easy to decide on new vs used then.

I visit Goodwill in almost every town I travel to. This one's prices are way out of whack. Children's shirts are $1.99 at most others. This one prices them at $4.99 and more if they have a licensed character on them or are name brand.

I love the Goodwill BUT. ... the clothes r DONATED and they charge more than garage sales!!! Goodwill is rich enough off others hard earned money GIVEN to them.... but just like every other place... they take advantage of other people to gain. .....

It’s a good place to shop especially if you don’t really have alot of money to spend. It’s always crowded.
