Today was the 3rd time going to Gabe’s, & will be the last. The clothes are just there & everywhere. Why can’t they be arranged. The way to the registers is so stupid. There was 2 cashiers and a line of people waiting. The one cashier was doing a layaway. We waited a good 15 minutes. Where was a manager & why wasn’t one called up front to either do the layaway or get on a register.

My first time shopping there was 4/09/24, I loved it, with their great variety and very low to reasonable prices for good quality items. I wanted to buy even more then I did, I’ll definitely shop there again!

I used to frequent their location in Mishawaka but it has become grungy. THIS location opened recently and wow! Everything is so clean. They even have layaway!! Everything was organized and I found so many namebrand items. It’s a long drive but I will definitely be back.

It's a close-out store (like Big Lots used to be). Or like the Ollie's chain. But this is larger than either of those.A lot of clothing, luggage, bedding, some food and housewares.Make sure you check the food expiration dates.But great deals on miscellaneous stuff!

First time here and it was horrible. You cannot find anything! You go to the clothes and they are all mixed in with all sizes, shoes are the same. I came to shop and left with a travel pillow and dog toy. Prices were fair. Just couldn’t find anything. Hopefully they get it cleaned up.

I want to like this store but it is so unorganized! The clothing racks are packed, so you can't find anything. Clothes on the floor everywhere! Sizes mixed up. Prices are good, but 90% of items are made in China.

This store was trashed when we went. It looked like a garage sale. It was appalling how messy it was.Worse than that, the check out guy talked to someone he was ringing up for over 15 minutes as we waited to check out. Only after about 6 other people came up behind us did someone come up to open another checkout. The issue really wasn't that there was only 1 checkout person. The issue was that rather than waiting on customers, he felt it more important to socialize.I won't be back.

Comming from an employee perspective, I don't shop here much because people destroy the place and leave not caring whatsoever. That and people throw their trash wherever they want and spill drinks and walk away. The people working here are spread thin as it is so don't add on. Also the reason there are often 1 or 2 cashiers at the front is because there isn't enough hours to go around for more people to be working at once.

Found a few good deals. The store is disorganized and overcrowded with items in disarray. You can find some nice items, just be prepared to search!

The young lady who checked me out was exceptionally nice.It would be a much more enjoyable experience if the store was better organized, it would make it easier to find what you are looking for.

The cashier Miranda was very rude. Seems like she was supposed to be the manager. She definitely needs some training on customer service.

Not to bad as far as clean store and stocked items. Prices are REALLY good for name brand things and even some of the electronics are really cheap compared to other stores, some food as well or snacks, pop etc, great prices.

Over all it’s a great store and the staff is friendly! The only downfall I’d have about it is that it’s not that organized. Sizes are all mixed up especially in the infant/ toddler clothes. So you have to really check the sizes!

Best Gabe's ever!!!!! More organized than the one in Mishawaka. I walked in there for the first time ever and it was like Gabe's Superstore!! I was in heaven!!!!!!!! I love sales! Especially, on clothes!!! One of the girl's there-were super nice, I wish I had gotten her name-so that I can leave her name on here!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I bought some teal vans for myself!!! Cute!.

They have decent prices. The store for even being newly opened the shelves and clothing racks were a mess. There was more than enough employees standing around and talking to tidy up. Not one of those many employees greeted us or asked if we needed assistance while they stood around talking. There is even a few employees with a table at the front door. They did no welcome greetings either. When checking out I was trying to speak to who I thought was a manager but she was clueless in helping me and made it feel she was talking to me like I was stupid. When she was in fact clueless. My issue wasn't helped or resolved. For being a new store opening I was excited to go shopping and maybe get some great deals with how the economy is at the moment. I was left leaving the store very upset and very disappointed. Maybe I shouldn't have been so excited.

Gabe's is a great store to find good deals on clothes. The prices are very reasonable and you can definitely get a lot for your money. However, one downside is that the clothes are not sorted by size, which can make it a bit difficult to find what you're looking for. You may have to dig through the racks a bit to find the right size, but once you do, the prices make it well worth the effort.

Went looking for sweatpants for my nephew clothes were just thrown everywhere had to step around it on the floor and nothing was organized on the racks

They have a 30-day return policy, but they would not return unopened food items. I picked up two bags bite size wafers of each: vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. The chocolate seemed stale.Also, the isles in clothing are only large enough for one cart to fit one cart through.
