It’s pretty much impossible to walk through the store. You can’t even get to half of the store. Hundreds of unpacked boxes scattered throughout the store, nothing stocked, and while the store is always a mess, employees sit behind the counter and talk. I got no welcome when I walked into the store. Would give 0 stars if I could. I do not recommend at all, every time I go into this store it’s like this.

It's not a bad store if you just need a couple things. Prices are about average for a dollar store. Lots of boxes on the floor from orders that haven't been put away. They are on a close early time slot due to lack of workers.

The shelves had missing product, almost empty coolers and freezer area. An was only taking cash at the time I was there.The staff were polite and courteous.

I have never felt more welcomed since the new lead Jon started working there, he is so very polite and sweet he even went out of his way to see if i needed any help finding anything hes very helpful and great customer service always has a smile on his face and actually makes eye contact with you I sure will be back he made me feel welcomed and anymore its hard to find someone like Jon he needs a raise! Dollar General finally found a winner now do what you can on not losing him!

It was a clean store. friendly staff. They were also knowledgeable about where your items would be in on what aisle. The service here what is very good. They were all so friendly and helpful. Nice place.

This store needs to have good people who show up everyday.It’s say Feb 11:15 and they are closed.This happens at least once a month.Hope it can stay open.It’s the only store on that side of town

This is the best Dollar General in Warsaw. My family likes it better because they seem to have more product to offer even with less space than the other stores.

Shelves were pretty much full. Clean. There were uboats full of stock in most aisles. There was a long wait at the register, but someone did have a full cart.

I've never been in any store where I was given the 3rd degree for using a cart to help me walk. I have fibromyalgia and several other issues. I was rudely questioned about why I had a cart with nothing initial while shopping with my mother. I won't be going back to this dollar general ever!!!

When I used to work there as a manager We were always getting beat up by upper management about condition of the store. Apparently that is no longer a priority. Very filthy...carts blocking aisle....couldn't get to what you wanted....very poor experience

Found everything I needed. Remodel is very nice, love the large freezer section and more of a wide variety of foods. Friendly associates as well.

Warsaw store is a little sloppy but their staff is very friendly. It's smaller than Columbia City. This one is conveniently located to get shopping done and close to other stores.

This store needs unpacked. You can't get a cart down the aisle because of all the unpacked carts just setting in the aisle. Most of the time you can't get to products on the shelf because of the unpacked carts. This store is the worst!

Things everywhere on carts in the isles and items on shelves a mess. I could hardly get through an idle. HD to move a cart out of the way. So sad. I hadn't been in that store for a very long time.😲🤯😩😱

Such a hassle to shop there anymore. Today, it of five aisles I tried to go down, four were blocked by stocking carts. It's the same every time I go there.

I strongly suggest the old 30 W DG clean their tile floors. Otherwise, I enjoy shopping there.

Dirty. Couldn't get a cart down most aisles. The only thing that saved this Dollar General was its really nice cashier

We have 2 Dollar Generals in our town and they are both sketchy. Staff is generally pleasant.

This Dollar Store is finally inproving somewhat. I think the cleanliness and keeping the shelves stocked issues are a problem due to lack of help.

They have hours that do not match their posted hours. Sometimes I go in there at 8pm and they are closed and sometimes they are open at 10 PM.Not Cool.Make your hours as they are posted..
