Just stopped in this location as I was in the area and was jaw dropping surprised! This store is phenomenally clean, very well stocked, price tags with the items, items are priced, the customer service is out of this world and I cannot express enough what a fantastic change this is from the stores in the Fort Wayne area. I just may need to make the 45 minute drive to this location when I need my next Big Lots fix! All locations should come take a peek and see how things should be done!!!!

Bryce was an absolute amazing employee, explained every thing is great detail on purchasing a couch, 700 bucks isn't a small investment and by the time I left was very confident in my purchase and all the options they provided to facilitate the purchase. Will definitely buy from them again.

Everything I wanted didn't have a price on it. And there wasn't a price on the shelf. Frustrating!! Paper plates, a leg pillow and cups. I just left.
