This is the best (and kinda only) place in Warren to get grocery goods. It is always clean in terms of dust and dirt. However, there is usually boxes, carts, and other stocking materials clogging up the aisles. The staff is always very friendly though! They recently added a self-checkout!

The whole store was a mess. The employee was kind and attentive. But it was hard to walk down any isle without tripping over stuff.

They had carts to stock the shelves everywhere. You couldn't get down the aisles to hardly get anything. One guy that was stocking shelves didn't move anything when he saw you were trying to get down the aisle. The lady at the checkout was nice. Never saw this store in this bad of shape.

Had a bunch of product going out on the floor, so was a little cluttered, however the staff were nice and pleasant, were very obliging too!The lady at the register was polite and welcoming. So based on how the staff were and it’s less than a week before Christmas I’d go back! Excellent job ladies!!!!

It's a little cluttered.. couldn't find things.. out of stock.. or just hadn't been out away yet. As the store was a navigating nightmare.. couldn't get carts down half the isles.. and the carts of boxes blocked everything in shelves. It was more work than it was worth.. I ended up leaving my cart and going to Walmart. Maybe hire more help just for stocking.. your prices have went up enough.. you should be able to afford an extra person to stock your shelves.

I go here quite a lot ! This store has the Usual Dollar General clutter in the aisles , it would seem that they would dedicate a person for stocking! Most of the Staff at this location are excellent . They have added a section for fresh vegetables and produce. These items go fast at this location

This Store was stocked well. There were some aisles that were crowded with bins with wheels holding merchandise ready to get put on shelves. The person at the front check out was very friendly & helpful.

I actually filled out an app for this dollar general, and I know it has nothing to do with the store itself although I believe they discriminated against me for having a prosthetic leg. It is an ok ran place however half the time you will see the head manger and employees perched outside smoking a cigarette. Sometimes there is inventory on cart in the aisles but they have what you need for being the only retail store in town.

I'm a local and frequent customer. I Gotta complain about cluttered aisles. Always something waiting to be off loaded or stocked. At times blocked for access. Great prices and usually good selection. Lots of parking.easy access off of highway.

Raced out of the house to get something I needed for my children. Got in at 9:52PM. Was not greeted by staff, instead the unfriendly cashier rolled his eyes and said "Sir, we close in less than 6 minutes, so you're going to have to hurry up." I needed 1 item that I knew where it was, but instead of treating me with respect or dignity, he treated me like someone ruining his day. He did not notice me rushing, so I wouldn't be a problem, and he had no clue how my day had been. Really sucks when you are the only store in town and don't even attempt to offer customer service. I now have to drive 20 minutes to somewhere else whenever I visit my parents, because this store won't be getting my business again.

The store is a horrible disgusting mess. Its hard to walk anywhere due to so many boxes and box carts. They just leave them every where and even block aisle ways or certain locations like toilet paper, paper towel, Kleenex etc and that's along the back wall. Also the guy who works in the evening with dirty blonde hair he's awful! He's ALWAYS RUDE and treats EVERY CUSTOMER the SAME HATEFUL WAY!!!! Other than that the employees are good and help you if you need it

Staff is usually pretty friendly but their stocking is terrible. Always rolltainers in the aisles and you can't even get down so of them. Definitely a fire hazard and just a safety hazard. I use it only when I have to and it's always terrible looking.

Great employees...hard to get down the isles, they are stocking shelves and never seem to be done. It would be nice to go down all the isles without having to back out. But all in all a great store.

Once again spent to much time and to much money! And loved every minute of it! Could have spent longer time and money but had tp pick up my boys from groomer. Was alittle tight as they were in the middle of a truck delivery. But did not stop me from shopping😳😂😄

Can't get to the stock on the shelves for all of the boxes of unpacked stock sitting in front of the shelves. This is like this every time I go in this store. IMO a big fire hazard,not to mention lawsuit if someone gets hurt.

Love this store in small town saved me running further away. Has everything I needed and groceries. Checkout was fast and friendly.

The man that waited on us was very cranky. He acted annoyed while dealing with my elderly aunt, like she was taking too long! Also, if a person uses a wheelchair, it would be difficult to get around the store.

Better since the remodel; people are very courteous. Shelves are restocked slowly. Aisles can be difficult to maneuver.

Dollar General in Warren was a mess. Boxes and things in the aisles, stuff on the floor and appeared dirty. I have never seen a store in such disarray.

New store just opened, across street from old location. Bigger, but same small town feel. If you don't find it, ask!
