This location has to be the worst in the area. I just ordered 5 different blizzards/sundaes via the drive thru. We asked for lids, and a cup carrier or two. All items came without lids, carriers and spoons. Had to ask multiple times for each. I’m so disappointed in this place. This happens time and time again. I guess it’s worth the drive to Hebron for actual customer service.

We ordered 2 blizzards, 1 was right...the second one was a disaster. The first one the girl turned over and handed it to us....great. The second blizzard was handed to us with a lid on it and wasnt turned upside down, we didn't think anything about it. My husband took the lid off and it was runny and had to eat with a spoon. The blizzard was ordered with extra Heath and we got that, but it was nothing more than a glorified milkshake. Very disappointed, we have had problems before and continue to come back...this is the last straw, we will go to another one that is a little further, but have not had problems at that location .

I have been to this store at least 6 times this year, and every visit is a nightmare worse that the last. Today i walked into thd store at 1:00 in the afternoon and stood at the counter only to be ignored for a full two minutes. I was turning to walk out when one of the children looked over in my direction and said "we don't have any ice cream" I said excuse me?" He said" all we have is slushys." No " hello, or can I help you. I would be pretty put off by this kind of treatment at a normal store but unfortunately I have comd to expect exactly this from this particular store its always the same. We are out of hot fudge , we dont havd whipped cream, always out of most things on the menu or don't carry it anymore or its broken. I have never seen an adult in this place and rarely anyone over 15 years old. As if this wasn't bad enough that is just the kind of BS you get when you go into the store i dont even have enough time or room to tell you about the drive thru service. Lets just say if you aren't prepared to repeat your order at least 5 times and be told you cant get half of it, then you should just park and go in becsuse you will have to go in anyway to return the messed up order anyway. Apparently this franchise owner has told his child labor force that it is much more important to play games with their friends snd talk on their phones than to actually wait on customers and do their incredibly complicated jobs. If you want to havd a pleasant DQ experience you should go to the one in Valparaiso. The owner is slways there. The servicd is prompt and courteous, and they havd ICE CREAM !!!

This DQ was terrible. Right when they opened the window for the drive through a gust of hot air hit us. Now why is a ice cream place hot? When we recieved our cones ofcourse they were half melted! Overall horrible!

Absolutly worst experience and down right DISGUSTING! There were two male employees with long hair who were NOT wearing a hat or hair mask and were flipping their hair everywhere! Not to mention we stood in line for 30 minutes!! They ignored the fact they had a full line of people they were paying NO mind to! You guys need better employees.

This is my local Dairy Queen and I’ve went here most of my life since I was little to get ice cream. Well recently I haven’t been pleased with the service I have been getting. The manager Lex has been very rude. I was in there one night and stood around for 15 minutes waiting to order while she stood around gossiping with other workers. Another time she was taking my order, she messed up something so she started cussing at the computer and other workers.

It seems like every time we go to this location, the blizzards are runny. They don't even flip them upside down because they know it will slide right out of the cup. Very disappointing. You cannot enjoy your blizzard when it appears as a milk shake. Might as well go Burger King right next door and get a shake, they are thicker than this Dairy Queen's blizzard.

Food was no good......did not receive any ranch with the rotisserie chicken. The chili on the hot dogs was burned. The pop was watered down and warm. Will not eat there again

Dairy Queen has turned to garbage. Just paid $17.00 for two big boxes full of hot air and ONE White Castel Slider...no sides, and SMALL, maybe 6oz shakes that were crushed ice. Seriously just got robed!!!

Sat at the drive thru window for 5 minutes no one ever even came on and said be right with you or anything. Even backed up and pulled forward again to make sure I triggered the sensor. Drove around to see 3 employees standing around talking to each other. 20 minutes before closing, apparently they didn’t want to wait on any more people.

I see the owners are replying frequently to the reviews here but the terrible service persists! Instead of just reading and responding to these reviews, why don't you actually make some changes at your establishment. Let someone else come and run it if you don't want to.

Ok, so the Dairy Queen and Speedway combo isn't fantastic. It's ok... Don't expect a ton. Ice cream was fine, but hey... It was just ok.

It was literally 3 teenagers with no adult supervision and no ppe or visible sanation bad attitude from the one child with blonde hair glasses and acne issues who blatantly ignored my questions like the kid was 2 feet from me looked at me when I spoke rolled his eyes and walked away

Called them out for not flipping a blizzard and the lady told me they don't flip the pumpkin pie blizzards because of the whip cream will fall off. I asked for my free blizzard but was told no. I asked for my money back. Sadly this isn't the first time from this DQ.

Wish I could have put no stars but not possible... First it took 5min waiting for someone to come to the window to place my order when I arrived to the window I payed and the lady says she’ll have my drink in just a moment.. about 3mins pass and a guy shows up and asks for $10 and told him how bad the experience it has been so far... I continued to tell him I had payed and then he brings up two big blizzards that we’re not mine.... when I told him it was not mine he said that the speaker on the inside is going bad and that someone is coming in to get it repaired.... after that ordeal the lady had just grabbed the banana for my strawberry banana drink... about 4mins pass and the guy brings it out about 2/3 full and I just took it... after telling him that it took 13mins for a small drink he says that they were very busy... Nobody was inside and only one person in front of us

It's not a very small sized DQ but it is as good as it can be all things considered. The biggest detractors are the partial menu and are often low-staff.

Bad service. Got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich to take home for my husband. The lettuce was bad and the tomato was moldy. Called corporate but never heard back. Terrible

We went to this restaurant while on a road trip we stopped here to get ice cream their freezer was broken They didn’t have any dilly bars their ice cream is too soft and their mediums are the same size as their large terrible customer service will not be returning here

Wish it could be bigger. Better food choices. People are always sweet and super glad they got a freezer again
