They are on a moral high horse about wearing a mask, and there is a giant sign at the front telling you you have to wear one. Owners can do better. I’d love to have a discussion with them about mask effectiveness.EDIT: They took the sign down and are much more laid-back about everything. I appreciate it and have changed this review to a five star review

Ordered a chainsaw online one evening. By 9am the next morning this store notified me it was assembled and ready for pickup. Got there and they did a great job handling the order and filling out the warranty info. Very Nice. Thanks

Definitely a great selection of products for a small town hardware store. Friendly and helpful staff. I think the big box stores need to be more like this. Only want is a bigger selection of lumber for my woodworking projects.

I am so happy they are here. We understand that the prices are higher then stores in Plymouth or South Bend but I am happy to pay the difference when there is no time to go anywhere else.

I have been patronizing this ace for a few years always good friendly service until today 8/25/19.A while back I received a card for propane purchases it works for each tank refill you purchase they punch your card,when you reach 7 tanks you get the next one free.So my wife goes in today purchase a tank of propane,hands her card to the clerk the clerk keeps her card tells her some b.s. about new policy hands her a newly punched card that now need 6 more tanks filled before you receive a new one,even though we only had one more tank to go for a free tank,wow that’s customer appreciation at its finest (NOT). So as crazy as it sounds I will be filling a small claim in court on mon..thanks Tom conway
