So sick of this dollar store. This is now the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks that they have closed early. I'll get there 10-15 minutes before close while there are customers in the store and they will say they are closed. Tonight I was 10 minutes early and she stops me at the door to tell me they want to leave early.

I love dollar generals that are well stocked and organized! The lady behind the counter was happy and very cordial. She kept asking if we needed anything while she was either ringing out people or restocking the shelves. Thank you for all your help!!

The new management at this store in koontz lake is wonderful, the store has never looked so good and for the most part well stocked! Good job Doug and Terri thou both are making such a big difference here!

Love our new Dollar General! So convenient for my parents who live at Koontz Lake. Since I am always out there, I shop in KL instead of Walkerton. It's always clean, no boxes in the aisles.

Has all the essentials that you may need, i.e. bread, milk, eggs, cheese, coffee, etc. Theres a small freezer section with frozen pizzas and TV dinners which has saved me from the question "What's for dinner?" more than once, lol.There usually arent too many people there, so it isn't crowded. You can easily run in quickly to get what you need, or spend hours there browsing the aisles.

This store is fairly new, it is clean and the employees are friendly. Never have a problem in this store. Makes for a quick stop to pick something up nice.

most people that live in Walkerton or Koontz Lake depend on the dollar store for necessity items. Alot of times the truck doesn't deliver stuff like milk and other dairy products on the planned delivery dates. Last time I had to buy from gas station. it was $3.99 for 1 gal of milk.

The store is clean but the employees are more worried about talking to each other tyan greeting you or checking you out. Deloris is GREAT! Very helpful!

The worst Dollar General in the market. The shelves are empty, trash all over the floor, aisles are blocked for carts. My suggestion would be to go to Walkerton or Hamlet. Koontz Lake is a pit.
