4 of us went, each ordered something different to share. Stromboli was excellent, pork steak was crispy butter seasoning made it even better, ham and cheese, rich and lots of ham, pork tenderloin was huge but very good. Onion rings were a bit cold but batter was delicious. Waitress very nice and accommodating. Fish bowls of beer, ice cold. I give it a 9.5 overall and would go back.

I tried the pork fried steak as recommended by our waitress, Donna not even knowing what to expect. Imagine a very large thinner sliced boneless pork chop marinated in a homemade rub served with flavorful grill marks on it under a glaze. It was worth the 40 minute wait and certainly large enough to share between two grown adults. The baked beans and mac and cheese were a great compliment to it. The atmosphere was great and the staff is friendly.

A group of 5 went there for lunch. We all ordered the lunch special which was open faced roast beef, which included mashed potatoes and choice of vegetable. The food was delicious and the portions were plentiful. We even ordered dessert to go which was also delicious. We are definitely going back on a Friday for the fried chicken. Our waitress was prompt and very friendly.

The food is always delish and the staff are friendly. I don't mind going by myself because the regulars always make it a good time. I'm always greeted when I go in and generally have a good conversation with those aroud me. My biggest struggle is trying to figure out what I want to eat because I have never had anything I didn't like.

We had never been here before and we had high hopes for this place because we had heard good things. We ordered our food and drinks at the same time to hopefully make things go a little bit quicker. It took us almost an hour to get our food and there were only four of us and we ordered fairly straightforward, simple meals. The fish fillet sandwich came with no toppings (no tartar sauce, onions, pickles, etc). Just a fish filet on a bun. The chicken wrap was served cold but was not meant to be cold. The onion rings were just a pile of onion slices and breading. One of our girls ordered the basket of mini corn dogs and Mac and cheese....she received the "Pollywog" portion. And her Mac and cheese was cold and gross. My other daughter ordered a burger and it had zero flavor and was soaked in grease (and not in a good way). Also the staff needs to understand what an IPA is.....Kona Big Wave and a Shandy are NOT examples of IPA beers. Extremely disappointed and will likely never be back.

Just happened to stop in Poseyville for gas while traveling and after asking a young woman for a recommendation of where to eat, she led us to Froggy’s. Yes, it was a bit off the route but amazingly worth it!! My husband ordered their frog legs and the hamburger for myself. Both were succulent! So thankful to that young lady for her suggestion!

Haven't been disappointed; the staff here are great. They are like everyone else, shorthanded, but they get it done. I like the food. They have a full menu plus they have a nice salad bar. Large portions of good tasting food and a large selection of drinks and beer at good prices. Onion straw are a nice change from fat oily O-rings. Sports bar style with a horseshoe shaped bar and tables plus a separate dining room. Worth the drive.

Froggys changed their Pizza recipe. We order pizza. I won't be going back. Crust was too thin, limp full of sauce and couldn't even hold the stuff on the pizza. I ordered extra cheese and there was no extra cheese. They skimped on all their toppings. WorstedWWos

Took over 1 hour to get our food, the rib eye sandwich had about 10 fries, and they were cold. The German potatoe salad was worst i have EVER had. It was potatoes with a mild dressing.

The person with me ordered the steak sandwich. It was good. I ordered the pork steak entrée. It was delicious and very flavorful. I would order this again. It was very juicy. My sides were onion strings and they were good. They reminded me of the onion toppings for greenbean casserole . My second side was white cheddar Mac and cheese. It was good.We sat in the bar area at a table.

Had a cheese burger with bacon and the works. Toppings were crisp and fresh. You could tell the Bacon was fried fresh. Had the macaroni and cheese and a pulled pork wrap. Wrap was longer than the to go box. Everything was delicious and well worth the price. Added an extra side of fries and two drinks. Got our original food and the add on side in about 15 minutes. Under $30 and more food than we bargained for. Would recommend and will be visiting again. Because we decided to order the fries after we recieved our food the waitress was super considerate and made sure there was nothing wrong with our current sides and offered to replace with something else. Lots of side choices. Love this place

Just for that night I rated about 3 1/2 stars only thing I really liked was the salad bar my broccoli was warm and little hard and had lots of water in the bowl and I ordered Blt on the toast and it was very small sandwich and it tasted like was eating fish. For price you spend little pricey for like tavern/ bar. But I did think the waitress was good so that helped out too.
