Fantastic experience! They provide everything needed for the trip downriver. The kayaks, jackets, and paddles are in great condition. There are plenty of places to stop and swim or fish along the way. The river can sometimes be low late in summer, so if you're not willing/able to paddle a lot, call ahead and ask about the river level. We went once when the river was high and hardly paddled at all. Then, 2 weeks later, it was very low, and we had to paddle the whole time. But not the fault of White Rock! We will definitely be back!

Family fun friendly folks. Great price for floating, kayaking down the easy kid friendly Wabash. We saw deer, bald eagle, and a racoon. Kids loved and we enjoyed it. The staff is super good. And at the end of the float you can buy some ice cream there when you return your vest.

We did the 3 mile trip and had a great time. The staff was friendly and answered our questions. Then we got ice cream afterwards and that was delicious.

Aaron and White Rock Recreation brought their portable wood fire pizza oven to my son’s wedding rehearsal dinner tonight. I can not say enough about how good the pizzas were, how efficient the workers were able to get the pizzas done and to the guests, and how pleasant they are to work with. Everything we asked of them was handled without question making the event go as smooth as possible. Thank you!!!

We love coming to White Rock! We recently got to try the Lemon Chicken wood fire pizza. It was VERY good! They offer a secret little league menu that made our son feel super special after his game. Service is always very friendly. We will be enjoying this spot all summer.

First time getting ice cream here. The place is very nice and the benches that overlook the river are awesome. Just a bit bummed they didn’t have bananas to make a banana split.

The young lady at the window was very helpful & friendly. The prices are decent & the vanilla tea with cherry bubbles was fantastic:) We'll most definitely make this a regular stop when we're in Wabash.

Visited this ice cream business today with three small children. We got there shortly after opening & after we read the menu board on the right while the cashier stared at us with the children making the choices once they decided and started telling her our order she said hold on came back and said she couldn't do any soft serve, which mind you all soft serve was on the menu we were staring at. We made other choices with their hard ice cream but then was told once again they were out of strawberry and vanilla. We also found out the reason for no soft serve ice cream was because they were cleaning it. Not sure why they picked the weekend right at opening to clean their ice cream machine??? We paid and the kids went to get a table the first ice cream they made was mine of course so I went to sit mine down on the table while waiting on the children's ice cream. They give me the other 2 ice creams after 10 minutes of waiting. Then my ice water after that I was told they didn't have strawberry so we needed to pick another flavor. After all that 10 more minutes we got her shake & it was partially melted. I went back to mine a melted mess I only ate a few bites & threw it out. What a waste! I contemplated going back up to ask for fresh ice cream but didn't want to wait any longer. They had friends they chit chatted with while waiting on my ice cream so apparently customers orders are not priority. We won't be returning.

Ordered a doggie dish of ice cream for my dog & it was more like a doggie sundae. 2 paws up from my dog. The ice cream for humans was pretty good too.

Good Morning! A day outing to Wabash Indiana..beautiful drive from Indianapolis.Cute town but the one way streets were confusing when trying to get around..but was fun. Visited welcome center and staff was somewhat helpful. Suggested many venues for lunch and dinner….but ice cream was on our menu. White Rock Ice cream was highly recommended! What a huge disappointment White Rock ice cream turned out to be due to the POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…Waited 15 minutes for two single cones…one vanilla and one chocolate! The customer in front of me waited 15 minutes for her order…leaving her SUV running with the ac on..as she had 3 small children. My 93 year mother wanted to leave..But I would’ve had to wait another 15 minutes for a refund! The employee either didn’t know what to do or she just didn’t care. I cannot imagine what happens to their customer service when the shop is busy.The owner needs to know or perhaps doesn’t care!I do not write on social media..but felt this was an opportunity to warn others.Linda

Myself and my husband just stopped by for our first trip this year. We ordered a small Dirty Worms soft serve sundae and a Butterscotch Malt milkshake. Both of them are fantastic. The girls working were friendly and helpful. They had good prices and a clean environment. We'll be going back several times over this year and many more to come!

First time here. Ordered a simple strawberry milkshake. Instead of telling me they didn't have any vanilla to make it, they made it with chocolate. 2nd time back was much better. Lot of choices and ice cream was great!

Had been here previously (about a year ago) and it was worth a second visit. Forward to today when we decided to stop for ice cream on the way home. The service was terrible. I would review the ice cream that we purchased for $5.34 but we got tired of waiting for it and left. We took our $5.34 learning experience and went to The Ice Cream Vault down the road in Andrews, IN. The best thing I can say is that if it wasn't for the terrible service and being out of so many things (like soft serve ice-cream) we would've never tried The Ice Cream Vault. So thank you for being so bad. We found our new ice-cream place in Andrews. We will never return to White Rock for frosty treats.

Good canoeing experience, albeit "lateness" in opening, i enjoyed spending time with my cousins and helping keep my uncle from drowning and got plenty of paddling around! I will come again!

Staff was very friendly and helpful,We showed up with 2 vehicles and kayaks they directed us where to leave one of them and where to put in at we went 6 miles in about 31/2 hrs even seen an Eagle We will definitely go back to the White Rock Recreation on the Walbash bonus was the ice cream cone as soon as we got off the river

Very enjoyable, open mic every other Friday, only open mic in Wabash. Good ice cream, nice employees. I played there some. Its also a great place to stop on bike rides and walks, cause its right by the river trail and has water fountains.

It's the best. Sometimes it'll take a while to get your ice cream but it's because they do their work with care. I have never been disappointed here. They have great service, a good location, and a diverse menu. Again, it's the best.

Just moved to Indiana and we love ice cream. Been looking for a place in Marion and we found this place. Came in and got the most amazing ice cream. Wife got the pineapple upside down cake cannonball and son got the oreo cannonball and me and my daughter got the 8 scoop with vanilla and cookie dough with hot fudge and it was put on a frisbee. It was all so amazing. We will be back.

We had the best time kayaking here! The bus took us to the designated area, carried our kayaks down, and set us all up. Such a great place for kayaking, canoeing, tubing, and amazing ice cream!!

Whoever owns the company has done a great job with the location. I remember it used to just be an old storage shed/small office. Now there's really nice porches and sitting areas both outdoors and indoors as well as a fire pit. I had a fruit smoothie which was very good and raspberry and kiwi bubble tea. The business seemed to be doing very well when I was there and I hope they keep it up, I love seeing small businesses succeed.

We had a lot of fun. The staff were friendly. The equipment was clean. I HIGHLY recommend that they create checkpoints along the way to help injured or exhausted participants. One of our canoes tipped over and two people were injured. One could not row back.
