Asked produce employees for some Natalie's oj because the 5 they had on shelf expired 5 days ago...the 2 people working didn't pull them but said more would be ordered. Came back a week later and the same 5 were still sitting there with no fresh ordered still. A manager said hopefully in 4 days more might be in....thanks Kroger...way to be fresh for everyone

Kroger’s is a good store. But a warning do not write a check there it took over 2 weeks for ours to clear. And no one there seems to know why. Just don’t write a check unless you never look at your statements.

My wife shops here she enjoys Luke the cashier he is helpful positive so Makenzie to I will not be shopping at Krogers Shawn is very disrespectful to me and my wife for being manager so is Brandi in grocery very rude and I asked Joe for help.he just walk away from me please get new management.

I feel bad for the pharmacy technicians. The lack of staffing has made this pharmacy notorious in a very short time. Hiring managers should have addressed this weeks or months ago. There's no way all the stress should exist on both sides of the counter. Not sure I've ever seen anything this out of hand in any department of any major chain.

They keep a surprising amount of specialty items in stock. From dairy-free, gluten-free, organic perishable and non-perishable items, you're likely to find it there. My new favorite discovery is Amy's frozen organic Indian meals. They also have naan in the deli! One issue I have had in the past is unacceptable produce. Apples that were brown deep in the middle and normal all around it. How does this even happen? No sign of bruising, or age, or any kind of defect on the outside. Also, I've come across lettuce bags just infested with gnats. Some dead and some still alive. But, they exchanged it for bug-free lettuce immediately and without any hassle. All in all, our Kroger's store is an excellent place to shop. The selection is great and the staff remember you and just make you feel welcome.

The people were somewhat friendly depends on who is working. The place is clean. Good vegan selection of food. And quite of few sales or reduced priced items. Good signage ample parking and the que moves rather quickly.

I do love the wide varieties available here at the Wabash Kroger. But their prices break me every time. I am a single mom and on a very tight budget. I cannot afford to spend that much on food!The store is always clean. The lines are never terribly long.I will say the customer service window is kind of annoying, and not always the friendliest. Every time I need to use Western Union, they have to find someone out on the floor first. Then that person comes dragging up like I’ve just interrupted them from some very important work. They hand me a pad of paper and demand, “driver’s license, transfer number, name of person, blah, blah, blah.”What happened to the, “Hello! What can I do for you? —-ok. I will need to see your ———.”Bottom line....I use this store cause it is pretty much all we have in Wabash, besides Walmart. But it breaks me every time I shop there and they need better customer service.

I love Kathy Hubbard and Gail Turner. They are both so kind and helpful. The store is clean and well stocked. The ladies at the deli counter are awesome also. Karen Hyden is so friendly.

Went right after they opened and the store was a wreck. Pallets and product everwhere. Could no get my cart down most aisles. This should have been taken care of by people on thirds. This is not a 24 hour store like others was not happy. Then the cashier was rude when I went to self check and bsically forced me to go to regular check.

Kroger in the eastern US bought Fred Meyer in the western us, so I'm familiar with both companies. The prices are reasonable although not the lowest. I particularly like their no sugar added pastries.

I think that some of the employees need to be a little more kinder to the costumes and not treat them like they are benight them and be rude and hateful to them for no reason. That is why I hate krogers in wabash.and i tell everyone about krogers of wabash.
