The pharmacy hours are minimal and only 5 days a week. The workers are lovely and helpful! Self checkout is convenient and easy to use. Bring back the 24hr pharmacy please! I would have thought Covid should have only increased a stores pharmacy hours’.

A text message from my daughter:I’m not sure. But I’m also very emotional because I just went to CVS to get Sudafed which is the only stuff that’s given me relief and the lady at the register said they carried it and I was saying I couldn’t find it and asked if she could show me where it was and she said “it’s right where you got this stuff from” and I said “I couldn’t find it. Could you show me?” And she said “I don’t really have time to right now.” And with tears in my eyes I was like okay, thank you as I ran my card.😂😂 I don’t think she was trying to be mean or anything because I think you have to get it from the pharmacy and she probably didn’t know that but man did it upset me😅😂This is not acceptable customer service. We are sure going to miss Walgreens.

Great store, awesome pharmacy! Gina is the best! If you have a question about a medication or need to get a prescription in a hurry she is great at filling it as soon as possible considering how busy they are. All of the other pharmacy technicians are very friendly and quick to get you on your way!

I know that all pharmacies are getting a bad rap but let me tell you about my amazing experience at CVS here in Wabash. They were so kind and helpful, willing to take the time to check both insurances for my son's many prescriptions to get a lower price. I immediately changed from Walgreens to CVS.

Called Early soon as they opened the pharmacy.I Couldn’t get medicine til almost closing. Ridiculous that this happens. Short staffed!!! That’s what we’ve been told. Well then that’s HOW MISSTATES HAPPEN. Maybe it’s time for offering higher wages. Or bring in some of the higher office bosses

CVS- Was awesome today! The pharmacy staff are very professional, and friendly! They get your meds, and take care of all your in-store needs all in one trip! Very pleasant to deal with the CVS in Wabash, IN if there's anything that they don't stock in the pharmacy they can usually order it, within a day or two! Again the staff here rocks! Truly very helpful! We went through the drive up and had three autos ahead of us, and still in five minutes we were at the window being taken care of.

This is the 2nd time I've been sick & it's taken me 2 days to get my script. This time I had covid. Went to the doctor on my 3rd day. My script wasn't ready for 2 days, putting me at the end of the 5 days. I told them I went to the doctors on my 3rd day & my script wasn't ready until the 5th. The response I got, oh that's unfortunate, I hope it works. Next time I'm walking in there with covid cooties!! Ridiculous!!

Corporate CVS started a new system with the pharmacy where it slows the pharmacy down so much and they cut tech hours. That’s why they are so far behind. My advice is to transfer all meds out of there. There isn’t even enough staff the answer the phones. It’s not the stores fault. It’s corporate fault! Also the new system they are using is very dangerous and can easily course medication errors!

I have decided I am going to avoid this store as much as I possibly can! Prices are outrageous!! I’ve never used the pharmacy there, so can’t review that. But the store itself seems kinda rundown. I have never had good customer service there. I am a VERY good person at customer service. I tried to apply there twice. Thought I could help. They keep hiring over and over. Can’t seem to keep employees. But if they’d hire one good one, that wouldn’t be an issue. Maybe there is a reason employees keep leaving. Maybe I should be grateful...

This is for the pharmacy department. I sit in line for 25 minutes. When I got up to the window, they closed the blinds and everything because it was five minutes after( 1:35. Why should I have to wait 25 minutes to get my medicine, and then they wanted to close the window up.

Drive through window closed again 4 staff members in pharmacy no manager. Aisle to pharmacy blocked had to walk around shelves to get to chairs. What happen to ADA services ?

The pharmacy the past few months has been horrible.. I have ran out of my prescriptions more than once. I'm seriously thinking about changing pharmacies...after 30 years with you what a shame!
