This place was absolutely disgusting. I have no idea how they even have one five star review let alone the amount they have. I never write reviews, but this place was so bad I felt like I had to. All of the tanks and cages looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. It also looked like there were either dead or dying fish in the tanks. Thankfully there weren’t many animals in the cages, but even the empty ones were absolutely disgusting. And the poor Bettas looked like they had been there forever. One even had algae growing on its fins. I absolutely refuse to support such a disgusting business and I hope others will choose not to support them as well.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The fish tanks were FILTHY and I saw MULTIPLE dead fish in the tanks with the live ones. It smells awful, just a really dirty place and I worry for the animals that have to live there.The poor mice are in cages with no wheel, chew toys or anything at all! Just a water bottle. On top of all that, they had hardly any supplies on the shelves! This needs to be shut down! Absolutely unacceptable.

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Do not go here! We went in the summer to get to fish. Half the fish in the tanks were dead. It was dusty and cobwebs everywhere as if it was never cleaned. There was no A/C and the rats were under lamps on top of it. You could tell the poor things were suffering because of how fast they were breathing. It was awful.

Always friendly and attentive. They have been patiently working with me and my 150 gallon fish​ tank. Test water for free and are always very knowledgeable . Able to answer any questions and refer you to someone else if they are unable to help

We went in hoping to find reptile bedding for our ball python and walked in and it smelled awful and was disgusting. I will never walk into that place again. The ceiling was falling in and a bucket with stagnant water in it under it from the roof leaking. A snake cage still had a shed in it that was decaying into the cage flooring and nothing was very clean. We didnt even buy mice for our snake because I honestly felt like a wild mouse would be better for her than one from one of the cages in the store. I dont recommend anyone to go here.

Been coming here over the years. They have pretty good prices for animals and products. Friendly and helpful staff. The hours are decent and they have a good size parking lot right off a main road. I definitely recommend this place.

The place is extremely dirty. Tanks and ceiling tiles have mold, cobwebs everywhere even in tanks. The birdcages are all empty but still filled with bird poop and feather debris. Even if the place was clean and seemed more animal friendly there is little to no variety besides fish and a few mice and rats.

So I took my four year old son in to get stuff for his turtle. He started crying because of all the dead fish in the tanks. So dirty and gross in there. And lastly we went to pay for a $32 turtle dock for .A tank and she was so.rude because she didn't have change for my 100 dollar bill. I will absolutely never go back. Was a horrible experience.

This pet shop made me sad. the animals are kept in dirty cages. dozens upon dozens of dead fish everywhere. my daughter got a pet rat from here an it died one day later. the store is filthy an needs alot of work. truly felt bad for the animals there.

This place is very dirty. It needs a deep clean an probably a whole new remodel. Not sure how they are still in business. Everytime i know of someone getting a animal from here it shortly dies. When you walk in you will be dissapointed for sure. Cages are dirty for the animals...kinda sad.

A small petstore in Vincennes, it has little variety and little in stock. They do not seem to know much about the animals or really care. They pick rats up by their tails, which can cause degloving of the tail. Look degloving up, it's bad. They've sold female rats to customers more than once, claiming they were male. So they don't even know how to tell the gender of a rat properly.

They are WAY too expensive for what they have. I paid $15 for 6 pinkie mice! And they're tiny and disgusting looking. They have very little product with a huge markup. Would 100% not recommend. Do not go here.

Good store, get all my reptiles food and heating supplies hear. It is kind of dirty though, but it is more convenient that going to Evansville or tarrahoat every weekend.

Small pet shop, has rats, hamsters, birds, freshwater fish, and crickets. It's kind of dirty, and there were several tanks with dead fish, multiple dead fish were in the guppy tank. They carry some supplies, I didnt see any fish tanks much bigger than a fish bowl.
