Incompetent worker and disrespectful. Take your money elsewhere. Female employee was rude and when my family proceeded to walk back outside she talked to another employee saying my brother was stupid and didn't know what he was talking about, not knowing I was with him. When in fact she didn't know what she was talking about, took our money went to Rural King and got the correct item needed and received great customer service there.

I walked in and two employees were socializing at the front desk. One was someone named Lisa, and my mere existence in her presence seemed to annoy her. I kindly asked where the trailer hubs were, and she pointed me in the right direction. They didn’t have what we needed, so I asked for specifically what we needed. I was too much of a burden for her to check her computer, and she said they didn’t carry what I was looking for. I checked my phone on my way to the car and, sure enough, they did have it available to order. I called her out on it and she indignantly went to her computer to help me make the order.If you wonder why people are buying online, consider the laziness of store employees when you actually go to the physical location. The world is crumbling because people like Lisa don’t want to work. Theyd rather socialize at the front desk than do what they’re paid to do.Worst TSC experience ever.

This place is great. Solid little hardware and farm supply store. However they sell case knives. They also have great deals on pet supplies. They will help you load up anything you need. They have good sales sometimes, and they often apply to big ticket items. This store isn't that big, but it's great.

Found everything we were looking for. We came to purchase a mower. Only down side was, that the gentleman that my husband spoke to over the phone, just pointed out where the mower was and did not even offer to help to load it into our truck. So on that note, we felt the customer service was a tad lacking. My husband nor I are supposed to lift heavy items. Offering to help would have been a nice touch.But other than that, all was great. Found a few other things as well! 😁

Nice place, had exactly what I needed. Fast service, since I was paying with a card I didn't have to wait in line due to employee doing my checkout on the handheld.

I have been shopping Tractor Supply for years. This store just seemed a bit run down. Also some stock seemed low or lacked variety of items. The staff were amazing. I just think the company needs to give the store a facelift.

I shop here at least once a week. I guess they got a new manager or something because I was being helped by a lady and she was super to work with. He called her over the intercom but she could not answer her because he wasn't wearing his head set. He then comes back where she was helping me and got snotty with her because she didn't drop what she was doing helping me to jump at what he wanted her to do. Then when we checked out I told him of my tax exempt status and he said I didn't have one. I said i just used it last week. He wanted to argue the point when he could have at least offered me the paperwork to resubmit it. As long as he is at this store i WILL NOT be back.

Love TSC! This is where I buy all of our chicken and duck feed. Also buy our dogs and rabbits food and supplies here as well. Employees are very friendly and helpful. They even help me get the feed in my truck when I don't have help with me.

Has a lot of cool stuff to add to my farm decor. Great pet section, great place to go for gardening needs. They seem a little pricey at first, but they have some great sales.

Daughter broke down in the parking lot and an employee "Ron" came out and helped with her tire in 90+ heat and was very professional wouldn't even take a cold drink for his troubles. That is so hard to find these days. Will continue my business there with pride.

They offer good customer service here. Things are a bit pricey, but if you need something for your farm , Garden, or yard that you can't find elsewhere , there's a good chance that they will have it here.

I love this place, has great selection of cat food and litter, clothes, boots, tools, home and garden items and supplies for about every animal you can think of. Usually reasonable prices and sales all the time.

Nobody in this city has lawn mower blades,but if they did it was $45.00 a pair. Went home and ordered from Amazon at 18.50 a pair, got in 5 days.
