Horrible. Waited 45 minutes to get rolls after asking for them 3 times, finally got the rolls...one basket, never offered anymore. We just had gotten the 2 chilis and our drinks...got up to use the bathroom and our entire table was cleared! Server brought us new drinks and chilis, the chili was COLD. Oh well by this time we were starving, so we ate the cold chili... we had already waited an hour to be seated then another 45 min. Waiting for drinks and chili. Steak and fries comes out... was supposed to be well done... it was barely medium, pink all the way through...and the fries were actually comical! Literally about10 1/2 fries and they were tiny little fry bits. 😂 Let the server, Liz know the steak was raw and the fries were ridiculous!...first she offered a "discount". I let her know I did not want another steak and she could take my meal off the bill completely. At this point all I had was my salad, the server hurriedly removed it 😂! We have been to this location 3 times. It has sucked every time. Haven't been since last year... will never return. HorribleDietary restrictions: Horrible do not recommend

Great experience almost every time we go there.. I highly recommend the country fried chicken, it is Really good..Parking: Plenty of parking for everyoneKid-friendliness: Great atmosphere, took our 6 year old daughter there for her birthday and they all sang to her.. great place

My husband ordered medium rare steak with onions and mushrooms on top and I ordered medium steak. I'm pretty sure they got them switched. Mine was red and his looked medium. I ordered a sweet potato and it was room temperature and the butter would not even melt on it. I could not finish the steak. The manager checked on us before we were even served our steaks and then disappeared. Our waitress wasn't at the table long enough to tell her anything.She asked if everything was okay and didn't stay long enough to listen.The last time we were there ( It has been a few months). It was good!New employees maybe? If so, they need more training.This was at the Vincennes location.The Evansville location is always great!!

Brought my mother who uses a wheelchair to celebrate my brothers birthday. Upon arriving there was no one to help get my mother through 2 sets of doors and there was staff on the other side watching and never offered to help. Pretty sad!The food was delicious and Tara our server was amazing, she did a wonderful job with everything!Told one of the managers that we were celebrating brother’s birthday and he said he would get something. Don’t know what he was going to get maybe singers, never found out. He never returned on exiting I saw him and he looked like he knew he forgot. This disappointed my brother and he told someone else before I arrived and they forgot too. Wasn’t looking for any freebies and maybe Texas Roadhouse is just that way on birthdays.Anyway still a great place to eat. Burger, ribs and roadkill were delicious. Fries I wouldn’t bother getting them.Thanks and we will return, Tony

We were able to enjoy our Valentines dinner in a restaurant we love going to. We chose to drive 45 minutes to Vincennes because we love the atmosphere. Tonight we had a great time, the food was great as always. I am so impressed with the manager Felipe very polite and checked on our table multiple times to make sure our experience was fantastic.

We ordered an appetizer that I was supposed to get for free for my birthday and they never brought it, but we were charged for it. She did take it off the bill, but it expires in 3 days so I wont get to use it. My husbands steak was supposed to be med and it was rare, my steak was so salty you couldn’t eat it, and she never asked if we wanted refills or apologized for any of this.

We have eaten at and ordered takeout from Texas Roadhouse in other locations, but this is our first experience with the Vincennes restaurant. We ordered online for takeout. Would have preferred to do delivery via GrubHub or DoorDash, but not a big deal. Order went smoothly and pick up was ready when promised. Got home and have three complaints: 1) Steaks were not prepared as ordered. My wife ordered a Dallas Filet Medium and it was every bit of Medium Rare (warm red center). Meanwhile, I ordered a filet salad, Medium Rare and my slices were easily Medium well (no pink). We were able to exchange some of our steaks, but it was a disappointment. 2) I am on a restrictive diet, so I ordered my salad with vinegar and oil. I didn't see an option to request it on the side, but expected that it would come as a small container of oil and a small container of vinegar on the side. Instead, the salad already had the dressing applied. It was much more than I would have liked and it appeared to be an Italian vinaigrette rather than plain vinegar and oil. Not a big deal, except for my dietary restrictions. 3) because the dressing had already been applied and the way my bag was packed, the dressing leaked all over the bag, causing a mess when I opened it and placed it on our counter. The food, overall, was tasty, but it seems the preparation and presentation were sloppy.

Oh my...I had the Chicken Fried Chicken (like chicken fried steak) and the chicken was so tender you can cut it with a fork.The gravy was very good, it had flavor but wasn't overwhelming.The cinnamon butter is soooo tasty!The service was wonderful as was the food.It was very clean (yes, even the bathrooms).I will be eating there again, before I head home to Las Vegas!
