I urge you to stay literally anywhere else.I had high hopes upon entering the lobby.Stepping into my room for the first time killed those completely. Everything was dirty, it smelled, and just gave me such an overall ick that I requested to change rooms, something I've NEVER done.The second room was marginally better, but still horribly run down. Lampshades were dusty, dirty and beaten up. Curtains had holes and didn't fit the window, leaving a 3 inch gap wide open to the parking lot. Stains on the walls. The TV shuts off at random, which I discovered is due to a motion sensor in the room. The bathroom light is the same, and shut off in the middle of my shower. The hairdryer mount fell completely off the wall when I attempted to use it. The bathtub is old and obviously painted over. The bed is partially collapsed on one side, and the whole thing creaks like it's going to break apart. The door to the room is less than secure, one good shove and it's open. There's a hole in the ceiling above the closet. The couch in the room looks like a science experiment gone wrong. The property is messy & unkempt, the halls stink like cigarette smoke, and the whole place just feels creepy & unsafe. The pool area is vacant & dark, so if you get a pool facing room, the view outside your window is...unsettling.The only positive mark I can give this place is that the front desk person was friendly and accommodating, and I surprisingly did not see any bugs.

Horrible place. Got there no towels, phone didn't work, heat frame was just leaned against it , then paid for a second day the next morning and went to work done laundry and got back around 9pm just to be told to get out without my boyfriend's 50 dollar deposit and my 66.67 room fee BECAUSE I was accused of stealing 2 towels of which never existed.Safety: Bad location and lots of loitering and drugs.

Horrible place, I had no choice I checked in around 12 am.Never ever book from this place, it is not clean at all, the first room I got the towels were so dirty, and the bed sheets had stains, and the bathroom had cracks. So I complained they gave me another room, same story. This place has crochet roaches as well. Never again.

Omg why can't I choose negative stars!!! This place was nasty nasty nasty !!!! Didn't even stay 15 min ... Went to the Hampton Inn and TOOK A SHOWER!!!!! Don't stay here!!!!Rooms: NASTY !!!!!Safety: The pool had a hose running in it there was a film on top ... NO JUST NO!!!!

This was a last minute decision and a regrettable one. Checked in at 1:30am and we were met with an incredibly rude front desk employee. We get to our room and the bathroom was disgusting, the TV would not turn on and when we called to ask about we were asked if we checked the cable going to the tv to make sure it was connected.. didn’t know I had do that.. tv was never fixed. The carpet was soaking wet and our shoes literally stuck to the floor. The only thing the gentleman at the front desk had to say when we checked out was did we request a different room. I imagine all the rooms look the same so why bother.. had it not been so late we definitely wouldn’t have stayed!

As far as service goes, this hotel was really great! The young man at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of and answered any questions we had. For instance the pool that was advertised online and was the reason we chose this hotel, was not available for use. We were unclear as to why but got the feeling it hasn't been in use since covid yet there was water in it later on we learned that the heater does not work and the pool water is very cold. Since we were on vacation, a pool was important to us having three young children expecting to go swimming, we were going to switch hotels. He offered to fully refund our money since we chose that hotel for our kids to be able to have a pool. But there were no other hotels available until Sunday evening. we opted to go ahead and stay two nights until another hotel was available. He kindly gave us a room with more space and sofa bed and told us about a community pool/ water park just down the road. When an outlet in the room was not working, he provided us with an extension cord by my request (I didn't feel it was necessary to switch rooms after we were settled in.) He was super helpful in telling us where things were in the community including directions. The room itself we didn't feel like it had been cleaned very well . At first glance, There were some chips on the floor, the paint was missing on the tub, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, the bathroom fan was dirty and smelled funny. The GFI outlet did not work which is why we needed an extension cord. And the sofa bed was dusty. If there been another hotel in the area that we could afford, we probably would have switched, but we decided to keep a positive attitude and overlook things. The desk had dried milk on the sides of it. We opted to just take care of it ourselves and clean it off because we know how hard it is to find good help since covid. We feel everybody's just trying to do the best they can with what they have. And again, since the gentleman at the service desk was so kind, great with the kids, and helpful to me and my mom, we just overlooked the things that weren't what we hoped they would be. If it had been pre-covid, we likely would not have stayed at this hotel.

Our family stayed at Quality Inn just for one night for the Vincennes Rendezvous festival in May 2022. We came close to midnight with two sleepy and pretty cranky little kids, and the front desk manager was very friendly and helpful. After we checked in and came to our room we found out that we had forgotten our toothbrushes, so I had to come down again to try my luck - and here they were! The manager gave us two adult toothbrushes (exactly what we asked for)! I’m surprised they even had those at hand, but they did, in the middle of the night, voila! Couldn’t be happier with the service. The corridors look on the older side, than the rooms are inside, due to old-fashioned couches. But the rooms are pretty close to what you expect from the hotel. My only wish as a mom of two would be a little cleaner floors, but you know how it is in the hotels. And the hot breakfast included in the price was a huge bonus, especially with the kids! The price was very competitive with another hotel across the street, this was the main reason why we chose Quality Inn, and we were not disappointed! If we happen to go to Vincennes again, we’ll come back here.

We had bugs in the room, bed sheets were dirty with nasty stains, towels were dirty, toilet was running all the time, and the tank was running and making a loud noise, had to closed the bathroom door and noise was still loud so I shut the main water line off. Shower was filty, and the bath tab was extremely dirty. Floors were dirty and the walls and ceiling had a lot of dust on them. Everything was bad.We asked to change rooms five minutes after checking in in the hotel but they didn't have any rooms available for a family of four, they only had a one bed room available but they couldn't put us in that room for law requirements.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I am a travel nurse and had an assignment in the area. The front desk clerk would not get off his personal cell phone while checking me in. Room was ok but not great. Bathtub drain was clogged and the tub/shower were dirty. The water pressure was great and very hot water but it was over my ankles by the time I finished showering. My sheets had large brown stains on them. I went to the desk and requested new sheets. He insisted on coming in to change them. I assume this was for good customer service but I am female and was traveling alone. I was very uncomfortable having a strange male in my room late at night. I would have preferred to just change them myself. Thankfully I only needed to stay one night and it was functional enough for me to shower and sleep which is all I really needed it for. I will stay elsewhere when I return to the area.

The grounds of the hotel and the common areas were filthy, with beer cans strewn about the outside and plenty of dirt and dust inside. The pool area was full of fathers and bird droppings as if pigeons had taken over. Exterior doors didn't lock, and breakfast was pathetic, with five pieces of white bread, fruit punch, and coffee all that was left by 7:45. The room was better, though the toilet constantly ran, and paint peeled from most bathroom surfaces. The TV and shower worked fine, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars. Avoid unless you are seeking an experience bordering on scary.

The workers here are super nice and helpful. The rooms are needing a handy mans attention. We had to be switch to a new room due to the shower not working. Thanks covid we couldn't swim in the pool. The prices however are very reasonable.

The hotel was old and needed a LOT of work. The staff was quite wonderful though! ☺️I had a good, uninterrupted rest with a super helpful and accommodating staffThe city of Vincennes is quite historical and worth a quick visit. Except for this hotel and one church in town (and one lady at the public library), it's not a friendly town.

I am writing this review while still staying at Quality Inn in Vincennes, Indiana (over 2 months while taking care of personal business). I really like staying here, priced right. Kris, the gentleman who works the front desk and who pretty much is the everything handyman is a great guy to have a conversation with, very friendly. Tabitha at the front desk is a sweetheart. She helped me when I needed the help. Great staff here as well. Room always clean. I will stay again if need be.

Have a large family and needed 2 rooms. When we checked in and went to the rooms, it looked like they were still under renovation. Toilets were loose, towels looked used, phones were not connected, no toilet paper, no smoke detectors. We didn't think much of it due to the price until I was checking bills after the weekend and found $500+ added to my card. GM said it was because of smoking in one room, but added charges to both rooms. Problem is no one in my family smokes.Definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone.

Flithy dirty. Not kept up all. Only had 1pers[ working. My daughter got locked in bathroom. Had to call 911. Desk clerk got handle off and left it off. Shortage o f towels. 2 towels 2 washcloths for 4 ppl. Tub was still soap caked where it hadn't been cleaned. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Oh and nice pool but not heated!!??

It was a place to stay that was clean. I stayed here for 2 weeks while I worked near by and the first week was fine. The second week my room had a weird mildew smell. The main reason my review is so low is because I had to leave a day early my first week and I asked the receptionist if I could get a refund. She said no problem and told me I would be refunded. It's going on a month now and my card was never refunded for the night I didn't stay. Dishonest and bad business on the companies behalf.

My stay was excellent. We were on business there for a few weeks. The hotel was convenient to the highway and local restaurants as well as other towns. They have a full size indoor pool and pool side rooms. My favorite perk is there is a washer dryer on every floor. The washers were inexpensive and the dryers were free! The cost of our stay was very reasonable and worth the money. Lots of free parking for big trucks. The staff also deserves an A+ rating for keeping their guests satisfied. They were very friendly and accomodating.
