Had vinyl planks installed in 3 rooms. Great communication. Ginger was great to work with. The installer Ben( and his crew)was knowledgeable and professional. This was not an easy job. There was a lot of prep before the floor was laid. I highly recommend them!

Orderd kitchen cabinets and countertops through Niehaus, the lady that was helping us got fired about the same time as the cabinets were being installed. Couldn't get much help from other cabinet specialists. Have many extra trim pieces I didn't want or know I ordered. Would not take them back, said they was special order.. these are white crown molding and kick plates and ect. Never been a fan of Lowe's but will be know!!

So rented the blow insulation machine😤😤😤😤, had issues Niehaus would not give partial credit for problems with their machine. WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
