Craftsman warranty issues not addressed by Lowes.First time told to contact Craftsman for warranty. 45 minutes on the phone before resolved.Second time had a broken end wrench was told they didn't have it in the system and simply wasn't going to be replaced. After 30 minutes on hold Craftsman is shipping a new one.Definitely would not expect warranty help from Lowes.

I only go here out of necessity, usually have what I need after searching for a bit.Employees are usually hard to find for help.It is helpful that the website has locations for items, since you can't usually find an employee, but it seems like it is a gamble on whether or your item will be in the place it says it will be.I actually don't mind self check out, since I only have had to purchase a few small items, however I can see with bigger purchases where it would be frustrating.

I hadn’t been to Lowe’s for quite awhile. Very disappointing. I went to purchase gift cards and possibly an electric grinder.The grinders were all covered in dust and the area looked neglected. There were no registers open, just self checkout. One associate helped me with the gift card purchase, but left before we were done to help someone else.No wonder they are struggling financially.

Went there, spoke to 3 employees trying to get help to match the screws that I had for a crib I'm trying to put together for my sister, nobody could be bothered to actually help us. Waste of time and energy.

Nice store (Vincennes Indiana). We were there in hopes of finding trees for landscaping. Unfortunately there were very few and no ornamental trees that fit our needs. We did find other landscaping plants and items for our lawn/garden. They had many nice annuals and perennials, some were even marked down to clearance prices. The lawn and garden department is one of my favorite areas of the store to shop.

Went in and got 2 2x12's 8' went to the checkout where 1 person was working. 2 people ahead of me and I hear the first say "He needs an override"! Fifteen or more people walking around most doing nothing and 1 checkout person. Finally after 10-15 minutes a woman sauntered over casually for the override. DO BETTER LOWES!!!

NICK !! From receiving. MANAGEMENT MUST READ. What a great, hard working guy.I come to this Lowe’s to deliver DC product and drywall usually about once a month or so. I came today, only to be met with Nick taking care of unloading the truck, not only did he do it quickly, but safely. Very hard worker indeed. Of course we talked and had some great conversation. So I was already glad Nick was the one unloading the truck, especially because most places that I deliver, not everyone is so friendly. After he was done, I had moved my truck to park for the evening. I was doing some paperwork, when I got a knock on my truck door. IT WAS NICK. He was holding up a plate of food, “leftovers, that will for sure not go to waste in my hands,” and a drink for me, after working in the sun and getting things squared away. I couldn’t have been more blessed and grateful. As I had been waiting my whole 6 hours drive, to get stopped and eat. I didn’t have to leave my truck and walk anywhere either. As I cannot take my truck just anywhere. NICK, is the person, personality, work ethic, generosity, and thoughtfulness we should all as humans strive to be and be like. It’s not often you run into people like Nick, and how lucky you have to be to run into someone like him. I hope this review doesn’t go unnoticed. What a one of a kind guy. I hope everyone values Nick as I do now !! What a good leader and role model for all !!!

This location has been sliding for a bit now. Don't expect anything other than basic services if you go later in the day. No management level employees seem to be available for even the simplest tasks.

Daniel is AWESOME!!! What an amazing part of the Vincennes Lowe’s Team! He helped my dad and I with porch blinds, and helped me months ago find wood dowels. Other employees were so accommodating and polite also. I highly recommend this location.

Only thing open was self check out the cashier that was running it was very rude to others that needed help with it. Every other lowes associate that I had contact with was super friendly and helpful. I am glad I did not need help at self checkout

Manager on duty 3/29/23 12:45 was very rude, their receipt machine broke after our card was approved and took half our stuff outside because we already waited 5 minutes we had 2 people inside and 1 person outside and The manager on duty she was girl with black curly hair like shoulder length and walked up after 5 minutes after about 7 minutes later and got mad at us and the cashier for letting us take half the stuff outside because she said “we didn’t pay for it” but it said approved on our side and told us we were in the wrong and tried to accuse us of stealing and then after the very sweet cashier tried to explain to her she still convinced we were in the wrong and in the process one of the People bought a separate order and tried to say she didn’t pay for It and another associate defended her and said she used self checkout , all around she was rude the whole 10 minutes interaction and to her surprise as soon as they got the receipt printer working our receipt printed without having the swipe the card again just proving it did go through on outside and we were just waiting for a receipt.

I ordered a refrigerator a month ago. Now they don't know where it is. We've been without a fridge for a month. After talking to 4 people in 2 states I fi finally tell the lady in Vincennes to cancel it. All she would say was "it's one of those things" they didn't try to help me in any way shape or format. I've taken 2 days off screwing with his fridge. Now another day off to find another one.

This place is a really great place to be. You could build literally an entire house just visiting this place in the prices are very good for market value. The employees are always very personable and helpful they definitely know their way around their store and they're only looking to help you out while they try and get the rest of their jobs done. You always feel like you are the reason for their work and not interruption to it. There are a lot of different places that you can go but if you're in this area and you need something obscure or just for house maybe you're helping a friend fix something, don't be afraid to drop into Lowe's. You will feel welcome and appreciated here

Ordered a piece of double walled Sell Kerk furnace pipe in a 6" × 5' . Thought that I would open the box before I left the store, and the pipe was flat on one side! So I showed it to the manager, and explained to her that it should be perfectly round for it to fit the existing pipe. So she reordered the pipe that I need, and it's been over a week, and still haven't heard back from them!

Hard to find someone to help. They were friendly and helpful when you found someone, but spent more time looking for someone. I needed vinyl flooring cut and a variety of other things. Wound up getting the flooring, but skipped the other items.

ZERO stars!!! Do not go to this store for appliances or flooring. They “forget” to order, say it’s ordered when it’s not. Do not know what flooring can go where. Will have you work with 15 different people, pass you around while no one takes accountability, there’s no way to reach the actual store manager. Steve is never in the store according to his employees. We live 45 minutes away and have had to repeatedly drive over there to get them to do their job. Please if you value your time and sanity, don’t go to them.

Trying to buy a washer and dryer and it was ordered through the new computer system. Then they called me back and said it was out of stock to come and redo it. So we made it over on Saturday and redid the whole thing with the old computer that hadn't switched out yet and they said it was in stock so that changed our delivery date and we're hoping it's done and we'll get it soon(or not)!😤

I tried 2 separate times, a few months apart, to get Lowe's to propose siding replacement for my home. Never did get a quote. A salesman showed up and then promised an installer would schedule a site visit. The installer never scheduled the visit. My home is small so not a big project.

Always have what I need. A nice employee opened a check out lane for us so we didn't have to stand in line. Love this store because of their generosity toward veterans. Thank you Lowes for your 10% discount for military veterans! I have heard rumors that Lowe's has now stopped their 10% discount for veterans for lumber. I sincerely hope that's not true.
