My biggest complaint as a 1st timer there was the customer service. We had questions about the acai bowls. The person at the register lowered his head behind the screen and was saying something to the lady standing next to him. She rolled her eyes. This immediately made me want to go elsewhere. The acai was just ok. It does not have fresh strawberries but a sundae type of syrup with mushy strawberry pieces. It was very sweet. Not what I look for when paying almost 10.00 for an acai bowl. The other food that was bought was only half eaten and thrown away.

Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing good ice cream! Highly recommend. Be careful and ask questions and you can even get gluten free options! Will be back the next time I'm in the area.

My family and I went there tonightJune 22nd and had the worst experience. We ordered a chocolate shake and when we got it the shake looked like just milk. When we asked to make a new one or just refund the young guy asked the young girl and she said no in the most rude manor. This use to be a good place for ice cream What happened??

1st off, they have doggie ice cream!!! If you have a dog, ya have to swing in and get them a dog cup!!I have never purchased food there. Then only items I order is their Ice cream. So far my favorites are, the Chocolate covered Elvis and mint chip.Super good hard ice cream!!Stop in for a dip or two!!

Went today June 19 at about 9:30pm. We ordered 2 sundae and they were both made wrong, 1m&m milk shake and got a Reese cup shake instead. 1 kids chocolate one cream in a cup and they put in a cone. The only thing right was our 2 lg Pepsi’s! We are from FL and have always loved going. Very disappointed

We went to the Lic's Deli in Vincennes, Indiana on evening of May 3rd and we had the worst customer service. The staff working was young adults who had no idea what we ordered. We love Lic's Deli sandwiches and ice cream but at this location the staff had horrible service.

My husband and I went through Thursday May 25th in the late evening. I asked for a banana split, first they made it wrong, then while they were making it, the guy proceeded to scratch his head(no hairnet, no gloves) multiple times over the ice cream as he was making it. When my husband brought it to the woman’s attention she proceeded to say “Oh my god he wasn’t. I swear to God I was watching him”…We replied “We saw him do it” She huffed and said “Are you going to make us remake it then?”. We asked if they could. Granted, after it was remade, it was delicious. Yet we almost paid $8 for a dandruff-split.

I bought a blt. It had 2 pieces of bacon on it. I asked for mayonnaise after discovering it wasn't on the sandwich. They charged me dollar. I would not recommend eating here but maybe the ice cream is good

Would have given 5 stars if they had stayed open until closing time on the door and website. We had been there the week before and drove hard to get back there before 10:00. Got there at 9:30 and was locked up and sweeping floor. We were wanting the best ice cream we had EVER eaten in our 76 years! Was so disappointed. SO the moral of this is make sure you get the WAY before closing things or they could be closed.

Their Rueben sandwich was great and so was the black cherry sundae. With whipped cream and nuts and a chocolate covered ice cream ball on top. To die for!!! The service and employees were great also!!!

This place has great ice cream and sandwiches. They always have good service. And once upon a Time my motorcycle broke and I left it in the parking lot overnight until I put a new clutch cable on it. So I think that they're great customer service. And my son's favorite place to get ice cream.

I'm sorry I didn't leave a written review, but I haven't been to Lic's in several years and I didn't want to mislead anyone.When I did go to Lic's with the family we entirely enjoyed the selections and the taste of each and every one of the your flavors.I would hope everyone would try your selections and enjoy them as much as we did.Thank you for your service and you're store, it is well needed in this area. The drive thru lane is always 3 to 5 cars deep this time of year so be prepared to sit and waste gas for awhile if you want the best ice cream in town. Turtle Sundaes, and chocolate malts along with a grilled cheese is what I always crave from Lics

I wish there was a way to give them half a star. There were 3 vehicles in front of me in the drive through and ended up waiting over half an hour. I ordered one scoop of ice cream just for a cheap snack. I then got the bill and the one scoop of vanilla ice cream cost almost 4 dollars. And to add insult to injury the ice cream wasn’t ever remotely close to being good.

Hit and a miss. But they should go by the times they say they're open . Several times went there and they were closed when they say they are open . Hate driving across town and they close early. They have some good items but is over priced for what u get. $6 for a milkshake that is almost all milk .. u have to ask for extra thick to get a normal shake .plus pay extra .

They have really good ice cream. I got banana and peach. They both tasted really good. I was impressed and the kids loved it! They had a grilled cheese and it was a really big portion. They got ice cream cones with birthday cake ice cream and cookies and cream. Thank you!

The place was clean, the service was fast and friendly, the prices were good, and the ice cream was OK. The only issue I had was that the ice cream didn't have very much flavor. I don't know if it's because it's low fat or something but it just doesn't have that sweet kick to it that you expect from a hand scoop place. Maybe it was frozen yoghurt or something I don't know.

The ice cream and milk shakes are really good, and staff is really friendly. The only things I dislike so far is that you can't split orders at the drive through and that as soon as you walk in you get bombarded with an overpowering sweet smell.

The service here is disappointing. The lobby was closed early for some silly reason so we had to wait in the drive thru lane of about 15 cars in line for just two ice cream cones. When i brought it to the managers attention he didn't seem to care. This was our first time here. We will not be going back. Good customer service is what i value and why i return to businesses.

We went in the evening just before closing to get some ice cream and choco-creme balls to go. The ice cream was good and the balls very good. Then we decided to go back the next day for lunch and try their sandwiches. I got a Reuben which is served in a hoagie style rye bun which was different but very good. It was served with mustard and not thousand island. We also ordered a chicken salad croissant that I thought was good but others thought it was great. The price was very reasonable. It's worth trying if you are in the area. It beats going to the same old chain stores.
