I've gone in twice. And both times the alarm goes off and the first time I got accused of stealing which I can understand because I didn't see something that had fallen in my bag from setting stuff in the cart. But I did apologize and came back to pay for. Then today I bought dog treats toilet paper and a cup and went to leave the alarm goes off again they check my daughter's diaper bag her basket on her stroller my purse and it still was going off they had me my husband and daughter go through the thing at least five times after the second or third it quit going off and as she was checking my purse she turned away from me towards the cash register and was whispering with the other sales associate who was the one who accused me the first time. Will not go back unless I absolutely have too. Will be warning others as well. I can't believe I worked for this company

Pulled up and parked right in front of the door, The time was 9:50 pm. This was 15th & willow by the way. As I shut my truck off & exited my vehicle i watched them lock the door. The sign said they closed at 10:00 pm & all I wanted was aspirin for my headache. I wasn't even going to say anything but 2 nights ago my fiance pulled up at 9:42 pm & she just wanted a bag of charcoal. She knocked on the window & they said "we're closed". She ran to 8th & college & got it there with 4 mins to spare. If they close before 10:00 pm they need to let the public know because this is misleading

Always has things laying in islesnever stocked most days carts are pushed in the already small aisles and loaded with things from the truck. Never stocked dog or cat food. If you can get to where your going without falling just to see they havent stocked it cause what you need is still sitting on a cart with 200 other things on top of it.

The place is always a wreck. Stuff just piled on shelves. If u have time to search u might find something. DG nneds to pay their staff more money, mabey then the store could stay in a semi decent order. Also, never the same staff.

No stock aisles with stock ready to be put up no workers no one that's nice and helped helpful and as you can tell from my pictures they had nothing on the shelves and it's like this all the time.

They never open on time. You can never find anyone to help you they are always outside smoking and will let you sit in line at the register until they finish smoking. It is dirty in there and you really need toheck the dates on what you buy. They also just leave the inventory sitting in the aisles they do not put it up. I'll just go across the street to save a lot.

This store had no organization and was very dirty. I was in Vincennes taking a friend to the doctor and she needed some items. We decided to stop there because we are familiar with Dollar General but we didn't even purchase anything because it was so nasty. Very disappointing for DG.

Great staff sadly there management (above the store manager) won't give them the proper hours to let the product get stocked and shelved along with a half hour or longer wait in line

They smoke pot outside when customers are inside and no one there cares about how it looks and would rather do nothing than to put up inventory and clean up the aisles which is badly needed

Never have both registers open and there is always a long line. The shelves are never stocked. I've went in there multiple times for the same thing and they never have an answer as to when they are going to have it. I've called asking if they've had something and been told no just to find out they did have it after wastimg my time driving further.

It's a great store and there people are great but the amount of restock in the aisles makes it hard to get around there store

The STAFF WORKING WAS SO VERY PLEASANT & PATIENT TO HELP ME FIND SOME PENGUINS FOR MY GRANDSON'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION CAUSE HE LOVES THEM....THEY WERE TWO TERRIFIC GIRLS ....VERY HELPFUL & I AM VERY GRATEFUL. ..THIS WAS THE STORE ON WILLOW ST. IN ViNCENNES, INDIANA WORKING THE LAST SHIFT ON 12/2/19...THEY DESERVE TO HEAR FROM THEIR SUPERIORS & SUPERVISOR FOR A WONDERFUL JOB ....WELL DONE & A "BIG CHRISTMAS BONUS...HOORAY & MERRY MERRY CHRISTMAS TO U ALL.....HO..HO...HO....THANKS AGAIN GIRLS.....GOD BLESS YOU BOTH!!!!!

Unfortunately this is a rather cluttered store. Still had the basic grocery items. But beware of cooking utensils with one price on the hook vs. a higher price on the item.

The management at the Willow St store is rude and disrespectful and the assistant manager lady needs to get some people skills and the general manager is just as rude they tried to tell me that they didn't sell the cord that I bought there and wouldn't return it even though there was a slot for it just plain rude I will never recommend anybody go there
