Haley B. needs to learn better customer service and interaction skills. She didn't bother to greet us so we just had to awkwardly start ordering. I asked if the fries were fresh and she said "they should be". They weren't, and never are. Didn't say thank you or tell us our food would be out shortly, just walked away. Brought our ice cream without a word, so i said thank you have a good day and was ignored. On the way out I said have a good day once more, and her and a female manager just looked at me. You work customer service, these interactions are the bare minimum you can do to make a customer feel appreciated. What a snobby attitude for someone in that position.

This place must be going bankrupt or something, I order the sauce I want with my food, then it’s not anywhere in the bag. I ask for it at the window, then both lady’s including the manager want to have an attitude and charge me $75c, only for finally the manager to come and tell me all of the sauces are inside of my chicken strip basket container? Are you running out of bags or something? And why do I want all of the sauces directly on top of my food? This place is full of it for real I wouldn’t go here again if you payed me.

I have been in town for 30 days and they somehow have not been able to complete my order a single time, I was given a $15 card to use and when I tried to use it 2 weeks ago the ice cream machine was down. I tried again earlier this week and today and I was told they no longer do chocolate ice cream. The building was very dirty when I went in to order at the counter and the two times I did the drive through it took them quite some time to respond to me and a staff member repeatedly walk in front of my moving car. I’m using up the $15 if I can but if not oh well cause this place is awful

Stopped in to let my friend go in. He asked for a Misty Slush and she gave him a freeze (which was more) He told her he wanted the slush and she copped an attitude and said , "They are the same thing." He didn't want to cause a scene, so he just took it. She charged him 4.99 when what he wanted was 2.99. You guys need new staff. Not the first time the staff has been rude to customers.

Be cautious about ordering cakes here. Ordered online two days ago for a birthday. Got my confirmation email. Showed up for it today. They didn't have it. Claimed something to do with their manager was the reason. They had one pre made cake they offered. Wasn't the same kind I ordered but I agreed and asked for a discount. Ultimately I decided not to get the premade cake because they offered to take $2 off the cake. If you order online your confirmation means nothing. You could end up with no cake for your party or not the cake you want but still have to pay ful price for it. My name, phone number, and email were all on my order. I never received any call or email saying they couldn't fulfill it. They were apologetic but unhelpful. Also told me I was the second person today who showed up for an order with a confirmation and didn't have their order.

Well the place looked absolutely beautiful. I love the layout and the decor. The lettuce was kinda wilty on my sandwich and didn't taste the best. I wanted mayonnaise in a cup and they insisted I take a packet of Heinz mayo. I wanted the kind of mayo they use on sandwiches. It is different. The staff were mostly teens. They seems liked they couldn't care less about customer service. They take the order and if asked a question usually they don't know. And lastly there are two wifi signals. One is DQ manager and the other is DQ Public. I asked about the public signal and they said I couldn't connect to the public signal. They could at least rename it DQ Employees. I needed a wifi signal. Paid ten dollars for a burger fries and drink. Yet they can't afford to let me get on their public wifi. Lame is all. But the owners are excellent. I know they weren't there tonight. The kid show on Sunday. Fries were super delicious on the other hand.Dietary restrictions: They don't know what's what sometimes. Like the workers wouldn't be able to tell me the ingredients. Maybe a manager could if lucky. There isn't many options for dietary restrictions.Parking: We came by right before the lunch rush so the parking lot hadn't filled up yet. So we got in and ordered and the dining room was clean.Wheelchair accessibility: They have it!! It works.

Ordered 1/4 lb cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onion pickles ketchup and mustard...And, crispy chicken combo with tomato lettuce mayo... But, she said no fries came with combo??? So, I ordered no combo just small french fry with my 2 sandwiches..I got fish sandwich with tartar sauce and lettuce and a regular cheese burger with pickle ketchup and mustard... Who's running this place, Where's Jon and Lani???

We came in to celebrate our sons birthday (he chose DQ) and we ordered two number nines and a kids meal. There is no ice in the building. We were unaware and when we asked they rudely told us we don’t need ice bc their drinks are already cold. Wow. Next we sat down to a dark dining area due to bulbs blown throughout. Flies were swarming the entire dining area as well as the register area. We swatted flies along with three other families who quickly left. There was a young girl with a headset on paced the dining area taking pics out the window and trying to take window orders (from the dining area where families were trying to eat/fight flies). As we asked where the fries and drinks were that goes with our two number nine combos the girl pacing with headphones jumps into the conversation and begins calling out for a manager accusing me and my husband of being rude. Neither of us were anything other than calm and respectful. When the manager came to help the boy at the register she apologized for what the headset girl ranted over. From this bring our first experience here we’ll never be back to this location. I sure hope the local health dept cleans this place up

Since the new ownership, this place has gone WAY DOWNHILL! When I got to Dairy Queen drive thru, I waited 5 minutes before anyone took my order. I ordered a flamethrower and they pulled me up to the trashcan to wait on my food. 15 minutes go by and I called and asked them about it, they said someone would bring it out. 15 more minutes go by and I went inside and asked for a refund. I got no apology or anything, she just asked me to put my card in the machine so I did. I asked if my food was even being made, and she said it was sitting in the window. I told her I'm not usually one to complain but I wanted to talk to a manager. She said "She's the one in the back with the bun." and walked away. Manager did not answer me or say one word to me while this interaction was happening. So I walked out. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Seems like every time I go there they are slow! DO BETTER.

One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had....went to the drive through, sat in it for fifteen minutes and got no communication through the speakers. Not sure if it was broken, but if it was there was no sign. Went inside to order, and not a single one of the employees was older than 17, aside from the manager of the store, who was spending time "chatting" with these young girls about his love life. It seems he spends more time being a creep instead of training his employees, because most of these kids did not know what they were doing. (Not their fault ofc, that's the responsibility of management.) I had to repeat my order no less than 5 times while I was there, my ice cream, which was handed to me before the food was even begun, was half melted by the time I got the rest of my order, and there were items missing when I finally got it. It was very chaotic inside and absolutely no communication between areas.If you want ice cream, I'd go to Lics. Honestly you'd probably be better off getting a McFlurry than going to DQ 🤦

I was in dairy queen sat the 21st. It was about 2:30 PM there were no customers in there. I walked in and it was total chaos! I walked up to the counter all the teenagers were behind the counter 1 girl was sitting on the steel work table with her feet proped up. The girl and guy was carrying on with each other while I stood there. Finally the guy walks over to the cash register and just stairs down at it not saying a word to me. So I just stand there and stair at him Finally he looks up I'm still just staring at him Finally he says can I help u. I said yes now that u ex knowledge I was standing here yes u can. So I ordered went and sat down the whole time just total chaos and foul language coming front all the team members working Finally got me food. The cheeseburger was cold so I took it back and told them. They I guess put it in a microwave because when I got it was steaming which I don't have a problem with them heating it up, but I ordered mayo and onion so u can imagine what the mayo looked like after they heated it up. So I just thew it away. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! I have never seen such a poorly ran business. I can tell before this new management took over you we have never seen that kind of mess in there!

My first ice cream was not correct, gave me the wrong topping. My blizzard had barely any mint in it! I ordered the mint brownie and the mint was only on top, was hardly even mixed. Then my chicken tenders didn’t even feel cooked, they were soggy and cold! Fry were cold also. First time ever getting food from Dairy Queen and it was VERY disappointing!

I ordered BBQ tenders and I have had them before at this location. They are not cheap 6 PC with vanilla shake $15.18. They were the worst ever. Barely any sauce and they looked chewed on. I emailed corporate office, they acknowledged my email and said they would forward my information to the owner. That was 4 days ago and not a word. I have bought 2 ice cream cakes in the last month for different parties but going forward I will not give them my business. I didn't know my food was like that till I got home. I am on oxygen and it's a huge effort to go back, this is why I emailed hoping for a resolution.

I’ve been coming to this DQ for years and ever since the new ownership has taken place its has really gone downhill. I ordered a Carmel cheesecake blizzard, extra cheesecake. The cheesecake in their blizzards have always been chunky, ALWAYS! When I got my blizzard it was the consistency of a milkshake and there were no cheesecake chunks in it at all. I went in to tell the manager and was told that they have never made their blizzards like that and he had been doing this job for 14 years and has always made it like that. The manager had a very displeased and annoyed look on his face and treated me like I was stupid. Definitely not returning until new management is put into place!

Food was descent. When we got ready to leave , I went to get my granddaughter's ice cream cone, that came with her meal. It took the guy behind the counter forever to just make the ice cream. His next customer was " more important ".

The employees were very polite. My order was delivered to me hot, frezh, and very delicious. Plus the $4.00- $5.00 lunch buckets are very filling and have a wonderful little ice cream included. My daughter loved it and we will defiantly be back soon.

DQ has been ordered by the Knox County Health Department to cease operations until their violations are corrected. Eek! 9 critical and 21 non-critical. Let's hope they can get back on their feet soon.

I’ve been going there for years getting blizzards and they have been wonderful. It is now under new ownership and I’m lucky if I get a 3/4 of a cup. For the price it’s ridiculous!.
