Honestly I don't like the power trips the pharmacist of not just this place but.of them in town have , over pain pills or towards group members, they won't even fill a day early, your not the dea your not the police or homeland security your pharmacist, an people do hurt an do have pain , plus why judge when the pharmacist of America help start the pill problems anyway? That's a fact , so stop being so damn nacy nelly .

Thanks to the hard work from Vincennes CVS staff, I was able to get my asthma medicine at a reasonable rate. I found a manufacturer savings card in hopes I could afford my asthma medication. The card did not go through per the manufacturer instructions but thankfully the pharmacists took the time to get it worked out. This pharmacy has friendly hardworking staff & I appreciate them.

Debby who works inside the pharmacy, feels that it is appropriate to make fun of 4 year old little girls playing T-ball. Calling them "Mentally slow" and saying, "There is just something wrong with her" and "how terrible that must be". This was all done in uniform and wearing her CVS uniform. I wonder if management finds this behavior appropriate. I would hate to now how she speaks about people behind closed doors.

1sy who the fark locks their bathrooms.. I almost had an accident bc I had to go all the way from the back of the store back to the front and wait till the only cashier was done helping people to unlock it for me. Unsatisfactory. Will not shop here ever.

I went to the CVS Pharmacy in Vincennes, IN on the corner of Hart and N 15th. The customer service is Horrible. First off, it took 3 days for them to fill my son's prescription. After going into the pharmacy and speaking with an associate she told me they would get around to it either later on that night or early morning the next day. I called in the morning the next day, the representative told me it would be ready in an hour. A few hours later, ding notification. I go to pick it up and they don't have my insurance information in the system. Then the person taking the insurance is asking me a million questions as if I've never been to that CVS before. After questioning me for 20 minutes she then tells me I have to come back... Because they're going to lunch. When I come back I ask to speak to a manager and the manager was very nasty and told me I had to come back in a 1/2 an hour when their lunch was over. Every time I come to this pharmacy there was an issue.

The employee's here seem very friendly and eager to help, if needed. I ranked this location a 3, however because the medication I required for my step-daughter's pink eye was one they did not have in stock. I was told a truck should be in the next day and when I came in that evening I was told it may be in one of the boxes that had just came in but I would need to wait and come back again the following day. On the third day, I was told they still did not have the medication in stock and were not sure if it would be on the next truck coming in on the following day, so I had them transfer the prescription. If nothing else, they could have been more kind and professional about the situation, whatever it may have been.

Love the comments, it's life sometimes you just have to wait. Sometimes we are not number 1 like we think, and sometimes prescriptions take longer, and sometimes people are the reason it takes so long. Every single worker in front besides pharmacy is helpful. Pharmacy is another animal, dealing with insurance and people are enough to give them 5 stars

Their prices are close to twice as much as other places. The pharmacy is slow. I've been out of my daily medications for days before because they didn't have them in stock. I got someone else's prescription one time. They do have an excellent selection of the makeup.

I was guaranteed my prescription to be filled today Monday 8/8/22 by a tech on Saturday 8/6/22. She promised it would be on the truck today, and be filled by later in the day. On top of this the robot that answers the phone for the store said my prescription would be ready by 5:55. However, I just called the store to make sure this was the case. Now, this tech told me they can never guarantee what will be on their trucks? Now I am being told it could be tomorrow or the next day before I receive it! I am not surprised by this as I have never received a good experience from this location, but extremely disappointed. What if this was something such as insulin, something that keeps me alive? I would be having to go without and risk death after being promised the medication. Thankfully it is only birth control, which is still a huge inconvenience as now my hormones will be messed with for the next couple of months, as the medication has been on time everytime for the last 2 years.

Its hit or miss on how they will talk to you when you call in. Specifically talking about the pharmacy staff. They are very condescending and rude most of the time when making a simple phone call to check to see if a prescription is ready for pickup. If you assume your perscription is filled because of a text from their automated system, dont count on it to actually be filled. When you pull up assuming it's filled because of text confirmation, and its not. They tell you that you should of called first. Not sure if they hate their jobs, but they do seem to completely lack customer service skills. The only reason its not 1 star is because the male techs and pharmacist seem to have patience, and show more respect.

I have to give you guys credit on how well you do your jobs.I came through drive-thru last night around 1 am.i felt horrible and had just had meds called in by Teledoc.Through the years with sick kids I've called or came in over night.Mark is just the best in pharmacy.He is just the kindest person.I so appreciate you!

Worst pharmacy I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I've lived all across this country. The people skills of a pet rock, techs that have no idea what their doing. Lady misentered my prescription coverage info, then tried to charge full price cause she lacked the skills to edit her mistake, what a joke.

Some of the worst customer service. It's nearly impossible to get anyone in the pharmacy to pick up the phone, the drive thru takes forever, and if you go in, all of the pharmacists stand around for at least 10 minutes before even considering to help you. I'm switching pharmacies and never using this store again. I'm incredibly disappointed, as I've been using them for years. The service keeps getting worse and worse. At least I can actually get my prescriptions at Walmart in a timely manner.

People in the pharmacy are so rude! Told me to come back in 45 minutes to pick up my daughter's medicine and then after i waited an hour and came back then decided to tell my husband they dont have it! Why didnt they say that in the first place! Then the blonde behind the counter decided it was a good idea to get an attitude with my husband!! Choosing a different pharmacy from now on just ridiculous! Only gave one star because i had to no stars for this poor service.

Went in today to pick up my sons medicine lindsey was in the phone with a customer and as soon as she hung up with said customer she started to bad mouth the customer. Very unprofessional and makes me wonder what they say about the the rest of the people who come in. Someone should tell her it's her job to deal with the public and to treat people with respect. This isn't the first time I have had this experience. I have had to tell a few techs when they have gotten an attitude with my 72 year old mother because she gets confused. If you don't like working with people in the public maybe you should find another job.

This CVS store in Vincennes is terrible. The pharmacist was extremely rude to me and it took me 50 min to get 25 antibiotics. The guy in front of me must have been getting some kind of narcotics. She was extremely rude to him. She made him wait until I got my order filled. Then I could hear her telling him he had to wait 24 hrs to fill it because he had not been there before. And he asked something and all I could hear was her yelling "Because I said so, that's why." No one deserves to be treated like that. It doesn't matter what they are taking or why. This happened on the evening of June 29th 2019.I will never go to that store again probably not even a CVS if I have a choice.

Wish I could give zero stars cause their pharmacy’s services isn’t even worth one. The lady’s name was Sarah. She was very very rude for no apparent reason. She denied filling my fiancé’s medicine when we fill our children’s medicine there all the time. I do not suggest going there. It’s sad how one person can make the whole pharmacy look bad. Funny thing is, she’s just a pharm tech 😂😂😂😂

No way to give a negative? Really? Hmmmm. You people are RUDE, & unprofessional.. No one died, & made you God (Owner)! To deny GoodRx to people who struggle as it is.. You're worthless! When Corporate sides with the customer, that's saying something, AND Corporate HIGHLY recommends using it! You do not own this CVS Ma'am, nor do you have the right to reject the GoodRx discount just because you have personal issues you need dealt with ASAP, something I can't help you with! Go to the Samaritan Center and talk your issues out! Customers don't need your attiTUDE!

Sara Stevens has to get let go or be talked to ASAP. She is rude, mean and so awfully outspoken and doesn’t hold back any of her words that are rude. She has done this to me, my fiancé, mom , sister whole family damn near and friends. If something isn’t done, cooperate will be hearing from me.
