Bad customer service, discrimination.I visited Cricket wireless store in Vincennes on 09/15/2023. I wanted to switch. There were 2 ladies, one was really nice and started to help me but the other lady quickly took over and cancelled everything telling that I have to find a Metro by T-Mobile store, which there is none in the area, and show my ID in order for Metro to confirm to her that I am their real customer. I have switched several times and this is the very first time I've ever encountered this.She was very hostile and did nothing to serve us. She just kept saying well sorry but you have to be verified you'll have to go to Evansville or Terre-Haute I don't know, find a Metro by T-Mobile store and show them your ID then maybe I will help you.

Crickett Wireless did not work well with the transaction they created. . They caused disruption in my service for no reason on my providing the information that was needed.They were confusing on their info to me. The Banking service was excellent.

Andrea was amazing! She helped us get set up. Answered all of our questions and made sure our phones were up and running. She also made sure we understood what we were getting. If you are tired of getting screwed over by contract phones, go see her and she will set you up. And, they have free phones and cool accessories.Good job guys!

Excellent service, but could use at least one more sales person. My person waited on me and others at the same time. I am not that savey with phones would have been nice to have more one on one service. She was excellent. . but could have been better with additional sales person!

Took 114.00 from us told to come back cause no manager is there when the sim wasn't compatible thats my fault and trying to sell us another 5g phone worthless company worthless employees. BTW we live 45 min away do not trust these people

Worst service ever if I could give a less than one star I would. After placing an order on line then havivg it cancelled. The online customer service said to visit the store. However the store prices are more than double. And staff had no way to make it right.Reply-Yes Susan, we did try to place the order online first. But you cancelled the order and your custoner service told us to see our local store. But your store was unable to give the same offer. You have us chasing our tail all the way back to Verizon!

Called about availability of a new phone. Lady says inventory can't be discussed over the phone. Yet you can go online (with my phone) and you can check availability. What nonsense. Please take this into consideration. Either make sure nobody can check inventory online or let customers know what's available to them so their time isn't wasted as well. Common grounds have to be met.

Very poor customer service. Woman who was suppose to help us looked as dumb as a rock when asked questions. Never mind about doing any business with these workers in Vincennes, IN. I even heard the worker talking about personal family problems when she should be courteous & focused on her job! Horrible!

I don't ever leave reviews but I was highly disappointed in your store policy. I called to see if they had a certain phone in stock and they refused to give me that information. I am not driving 30 mins to see if you have what I want. Sorry you lost my business.

They charge 90 dollars for a plan and shut it down the next day.Then can't or WON'T call cricket to fix it. Tried to tell me a 4 month old phone needed replaced.Note the wording.retail store .

Try to get them to answer the phone. Go ahead.... They answered and said they were extremely busy could I call back in 10 minutes? Called back 8 or 9 times in the last couple hours. No answers. Rediculous.
