David did a terrific job explaining how the system works & what makes DogWatch different. He & his helper did a good installation job & took time to demonstrate how to train our dog (& me).We have had the system for about a month. It is working very well. We never had an invisible fence with our other dogs. My wife & I are older & decided to get a 9 month old Bernedoodle. After about a mom of walking him on a leash it was getting too much for us.We have a large yard & had DogWatch install their system to cover 1 1/2 acres. It is so nice to watch our dog run around, especially while I am outside working in the yard.

Few years down the road needed help with finding our line for utilities, David was at our house within the week to help us. Any products are shipped promptly and arrive within 2 days. Struggled for years with a diy underground self installed fence, regret not having DogWatch come out sooner!

We were having problems with the fence from another company working with our third dogs collar so we couldn’t train him properly. I called David and explained my situation and he assured me he could get me a system that worked and he could support if we needed anything. He came to the house several days later and put the dog watch system in and it has worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend David and his crew. We keep our German Shepard and lab secured with dogwatch's underground electric fence. We have had the fences for several years. The customer support is phenomenal. Almost always when I call, Dave answers the phone. Service request are honored within a couple of days. Everyone is very professional. An app keeps us updated with the fence and collar status. If the dog challenges a boundary we are immediately notified. If there is a power outage or break in line we are immediately notified. The battery in the collar last for more than a year, no recharging necessary. I highly recommend dogwatch.

Installation was very professional. Looks very nice mounted on a large plate with room for the manual and battery and even a leash. Fence works great and our dog Alex seems very happy to have the run of the yard! Very pleased.

Best purchase we have ever made! It allows us to enjoy our land with peace of mind that our dogs will not bother anyone including cyclist and mail carriers that are often on rural roads. The installation was quick and David is very informative. We even had the fence rerouted a few months later for the dogs to be able to be in the barn during the winter. Contacted Dog watch about a break in my fence. Company was amazing to deal with. Had my dog fence up in going quick the same day. He located the break quick in the process of testing it, it was working, but he wasn’t comfortable with the connection he could have left with what he did originally, but he didn’t. He ended up finding another break that was barely connected. This guy is good. If he didn’t stay like he did I would have been calling him back here in a few weeks. Thanks again. I don’t leave reviews. If that tells you anything . Great staff.
