The cashier Deborah was incredibly rude and snappy towards a family with a baby trying to buy diapers. She just seemed all together put out that she had to do her job instead of just standing around. Definitely felt uncomfortable and unwelcome here even though I wasn't even the person being yelled at.

I'm in here at least 3 times a week and today because I spent too much time wandering around looking at different things, I was followed to the self check out by an associate to very intently watch me check out my 2 red bulls that I selected. I really felt profiled. She claimed she was told to assist all customers at the self checkout. What's the point of self check out then? 🤣 I was unaware I'm not allowed to pick up and look at different things without someone thinking I'm stealing. I came in to look for a certain foundation and they didn't have it so I wandered around looking at hair care products and reading the backs of them for ingredients. I could have walked out without buying anything.

My mother just called to request her medications. Bryan the guy who answered the phone was very very rude. When we asked a question about a certain med he couldn’t answer the question but he had the time to be very rude towards us. I’m currently in college to become an RN and we would never treat someone with that kind of disrespect. Between CVS and George’s pharmacy I don’t know which one is worse.

Deborah behind the counter was miserable and rude, she threw a temper tantrum and was slamming things around when she had to do her job and check my family out. She was insisting on us using the self-checkout despite our coupons stating that they could only be used at a regular register, then tried to argue that the items we were trying to purchase were not on sale. Terrible experience, Deborah should be ashamed of herself.

Not a very good experience. The people are rude, when you call and check on your meds. I have now started to go to George's. CVS you can do better.

I was in the drive-through line at 6:50 PM and there was a car in front of me. The person working the window kept apologizing for the inconvenience but it took them at least 10 minutes to correct their mistake and get the lady in front of me taken care of. As she was pulling out, and I was pulling up to the window, the person closed the curtain and wouldn’t help me even though I was in line the entire time. How rude.

The Versailles Indiana CVS is getting to look like your local dollar store. There is stuff all over the place, all mixed up, and it is very hard to find what your looking for. I go there quite often, but I may have to start going elsewhere.

CVS is CVS to me they have a little bit of everything for whatever else you to maybe a little bit of Grandpa sipping medicine always have a good sale on Candy after the holidays they do a decent job on pictures as well the people there always seem to be friendly Pharmacy so that's a plus get your meds filled they have a drive-thru nice big parking lot come on down and see them

Really friendly service !! Also very helpful service too !! Great place to get pictures made off of your phone ! Good quality pictures at a very reasonable price ! Also really great sales prices and plenty of products to pick from ! They also have a lot of holiday items and toys to pick from to for Christmas at very reasonable prices ! I am a very satisfied customer !
