It was a nice visit. The staff was knowledgeable about the air filter I was picking up and everyone was very friendly and I was able to get in and out quickly and it didn't cost very much. I'm coming in from out of town for an appointment so I didn't know the area very well and I was able to get to it pretty easily and get in and out as quickly as I needed to so that I could get back on the road.

Good days and bad days here. I will not use self checkout, i already have a job. Some people say this is a copout. We the people are why your still in business. With all the associates standing around , at least one could open a register. Customer service on the floor is a joke. Moving product around to keep me in the store longer is why i shop elsewhere most days.

Just went to the gardening section today. I was interested in flowers and potting soil. I got what I wanted and a couple more things, weed killer and weedeater string. I usually buy from the "scratch and dent" selection of flowers but there weren't many out yet. Fine trip

It's smaller than the other Wal-Mart stores in the area, however, I often find them to be in stock on items the larger stores are out of. I was passing through Columbus and stopped at the Wal-Mart there to grab just a couple of items, and that store was out of every single item I stopped for - drove to this store, and every item was in stock. They are pretty good at rotating the produce and meat here as well, I've lost count of the number of times I've been at other stores and found molded produce and green meat on their shelves, but never had that happen here. Workers are usually friendly and helpful, although sometimes the kids working the checkouts in the evening are too busy gossiping amongst themselves to pay much attention to their customers.

This is like going to a typical Wal-Mart. Customer service isn't what it used to be, that's for sure. Sometimes, you feel like the employees are just irritated by your presence.. but that's not every employee. I asked for help to find an item in electronics, but the employee didn't want to get up and just pointed to an area, so I left. I will say I think the pharmacy employees at this Walmart are the cream of the crop. Very caring and helpful.

This Walmart is ok. Not a great selection of a lot of things. Could be cleaner and I did not see an employee one until I got to the self checkout and saw 3 standing around watching people check themselves out.

I went to the pharmacy today to get my pain medication filled. They turned me away saying that they didn't have enough pain pills for their current customers.. um.i shop there alot and if I filled my prescription there today I think that would make me a current customer. also.i know the Walmart rules for employees because I was one in another town and employees are to make eye contact with any customer they see and smile. not look up from your phone and give the customers dirty looks. . The girl in the self checkout was not friendly at all.. they need different employees that would actually enjoy the job . Because everytime I have gone into this Walmart store there's been something to complain about either an employee hawk eying me like I'm going to steal ..or something not available or something broken and not working. I understand that the job wants employees to be aware of b.o.b. and l.i.s.a. but stereo typing is very annoying..

I get home and my wife picked up milk from this Walmart today. April 3rd, 2023, and the milk she got had an expiration date of March 27th, 2023. How does this even slip through, 7 days expired milk. Not to mention milk is usually good 1 week to over a month depending on the pasteurization. She would have returned it if she hadn’t lost the receipt. Be warned and check product expiration dates before you buy anything.

This Walmart should only receive one star only on here and at the registers every day. Why? This particular Walmart is the biggest joke of any I have ever been to and Ive been to Walmart stores across the nation and this is the only 1 I have seen where the only employees who actually work are those filling shopping orders and the stockers. Everyone else just stands around trying to look officially hovering over some of us as if we would want to rip the store off. and expct us to give them high rating. I find that and those people highly offensive in more than one way. Look I work for my money so until this place has it to where I am not forced to check out my own goods and I'm no longer putting up with judgemental type behavior as if I'm some kind of common criminal they receive the lowest score possible. I spend more money at Walmart in a month the these people standing out front make in the same period. So why don't yall relax a lil or maybe open a register actually do something resembling a job

My experience was nice at this Walmart. Seemed to have everything that I needed. There is not alot of parking for semi Tractor Trailers & Also there is signs posted that there is no parking for any semis over night unless they are Walmart Semi Tractor Trailers. So for a quick stop take the truck route around the building to the garden center side. I'm 53' dry van and got in and out just fine.

Small store but overall clean looks to be a newer store. A bit off the main roadParking lot was ok size a nice us flag with lights is outside this store i did not see a store greater when i was there

It's okay personally don't like how narrow the iles are especially if there packed and the only have 2 costumer service lane's open and all the rest is self checkout absolutely not cool.... The employee's are nice and helpful though kinda makes up for all the other stuff...

Bobtail over there to get supplies left trailer at Lowe’s distribution. There is no room for tractor and trailer parking only bobtail. An associate beamed Ricky came out and thanked a trucker and it made my day. People like Ricky gives hope in the world . The people working in the store are very nice also some of the nicest I’ve met in America .

Hard to find compassion. My son had a seizure and I simply couldn’t go in but wanted to give him sprite for when he woke up. It drains every bit out of him and he won’t eat and I wanted to send a team member or manager in with my card and it took a few members and a manager before someone finally helped me. I was there for my Walmart pickup and thought that they’d help me. Sadly I couldn’t get one little act of kindness..

I constantly find myself appalled at how terrible shopping at Wal-Mart has become. There are so many things I can point out. Firstly, lemme say this; I ABSOLUTELY and infatacally refuse to check myself out at this nasty store. I mean, okay so lemme say this, if the point of "self-checkout" would've been a wonderful option, not necessarily a forced option with on average only 2 checkouts open. Then, I feel that I should be able to assume that with 75 employees running around, then my assumption says why do I nearly every trip see food opened, trash overflowing, absolutely TERRIFYING amounts of super dirty floors and half-stocked shelves, employees who do NOT know where anything is located, and nobody has any knowledge of products sold. Not to mention God help you if are short, elderly, or disabled. There is ZERO assistance from the staff. I don't believe, I shouldn't have to run down a fellow shopper to reach products on the top shelves, because the employees are either ZERO help or not to be found! My opinion is that the store shelves need to be reorganized, OR, build bigger stores! Never have I EVER had to dang near climb up to the products I wish to purchase at Kroger or any other store for that matter. 😕 I have seen elderly shoppers about to fall trying to reach desired products! This is a form of discrimination, and is unacceptable! I shop so rarely there anymore, which is frustrating because I actually love the concept of Wal-mart, but am disgusted by the woeful LACK of follow through!! 2 thumbs down! #GoTeam would NOT recommend!!!

They are remodeling right now but it looks great. The remodel looks to improve the beautification of the store on the inside and the way it operates. Mostly self check out lanes, but staff are there to help. Well, most staff. Had a lady offer zero help standing right beside me for about 10 min. I finally walked down to the other end to a gentleman who kindly helped me. I shop here almost daily so it's important to me to have a great personal experience.
