zero stars this place sucks!! i ordered a 40 piece, chicken nugget for me to share and I only got 23 nuggets. Plus all the other McDonald’s does a 40 for 14-15 dollar and i spent 20$ on them. Will not be eating at North Vernon’s McDonald’s again because when I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for. when is right across the road I’ll go there next time and get a 50 piece nugget for $15.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but every time my family, friends, and I go to this location to eat it's always disgusting, and we barely eat out! The last 4-5 months the few times we've eaten here the fries have been cold and soft. The sandwiches are always over cooked and taste like they've been sitting in the warmer for hours. I used to work at Wendy's and their chili meat (which is hamburgers left in a warmer throughout the day that get overcooked) taste better than the food from this mcdonalds. I can't recall one time since moving to this town this food has ever been as good as the other McDonald's I have visited throughout the country. And the pricing is too high for some trash food. I'm sorry but this place needs to get it together.

I literally got one meal and a 20 piece chicken nugget and it was like $20!!! and I split that with me and my three kids! 11,8,6 years old. I don’t get any drinks. I don’t get them all happy meals and it was that expensive. It’s insane to me!! it’s not just a McDonald’s everywhere!! but I do love your food and the people that were very nice!!

It was recently renovated and looks nice and modern. Features 4 self check outs so lines are non existent. Food is fine.... It's McDonald's so it's very similar to any other McDonald's you'd go to.Service is fine. Please learn to have patience. People are working as hard as they can here.

I was in there a few minutes ago with my wife, we got a sausage mcgriddle, 3 hash browns and the #9 meal, which is the Steak Egg and Cheese begal.My wife got her order correct but they must've been out of steak because they put Bacon on it, I wouldn't be so mad about it, if they would've just asked me about bacon instead of steak, next time ask your customers before you assume that they'll be fine, or get over it...thank you 🙂

Went inside at 10:45 on a Friday Night and chairs were turned upside down on the tables and floor was soaking wet. Despite the lobby being open until Midnight they closed it early to laugh and talk to people hanging out in the lobby. Waited a while to be waited on but they just laughed. Cars lined up at drive-thru as well. Hard pass. Avoid.
