The hours of the pharmacy are not customer friendly. How do they expect people to get their meds when they close weekdays at 6pm and not opened on the weekend. I had an eye infection had to wait fir 2 days for my eye drops when it was an acute rx. I pull up to pick it up only to find it had closed. Always got my rx there but thinking of switching pharmacies!

For a small town location, they have a busy pharmacy and the staff works hard to help out. While I know some people don’t have the courtesy to wait, I don’t mind. Excellent customer service has been provided to me on every visit. Some of the people I have seen the staff have to handle makes me believe they all have been trained well to deal with difficult people.

I would go somewhere else if you can. The staff isn't very helpful or friendly. The drive thru usually takes at least 20 minutes to get to the window even if your behind just one vehicle. They have been out of stock of a very commonly used antibiotic at least 3 times now when I've needed it for my 5 year old son. When calling to find out when they may get it in stock again, the lady was rude and told me that they may or may not get their delivery that day and it may or may not have the medicine needed in the delivery. Extremely vague on any information unless you know exactly what to ask. Save your self time and headache if possible.

Absolute garbage. I have very important meds to help with my anxiety and mood stability that they refuse to fill all the sudden. On top of that I had oral surgery and they acted like they never even got my prescription pain meds. Goodbye CVS. I’m going to Walmart pharmacy.

This CVS used to be wonderful but has gone downhill in the last year. Prescriptions can take anywhere from hours to days to fill. Staff is no longer friendly and welcoming. There's a new pharmacist that kind of acts like you're an inconvenience rather than a customer. I don't trust them with my meds, which I kind of need to...you know...live. I've been here for years, but it's time for me to go somewhere else. Very unfortunate.

Absolutely the worse place I've ever dealt with truly a bunch of incompetence going around in this place and they rarely answer their phone. Tried transferring my business to another pharmacy but CVS has not cooperated and still sends me text for prescriptions that are being filled elsewhere, how can they do that?

Clean men's and women's restrooms available and a relatively clean store with available employees, but be careful when buying food products. I found an unbelievable amount of food products and drinks that were well past their expiration dates.

If I could give the pharmacy a zero, I would. My family was in a hit and run car accident that sent us to the emergency room. We were released with paper prescription and the hospital tried calling the pharmacy as we knew we would catch them 5-10 minutes before closing. We arrived 5 minutes until their 6pm close time and the pharmacist refused to fill our prescriptions even though, even by their clock, it was not officially their closing time. She told us they were done for the day and already closed down their system. We were told to drive 30 minutes out of town to the nearest 24 hour CVS, even after explaining to her that my family was just in an accident, in pain, with two special needs girls, and that running 30 minutes out of town was not viable, she did not care. I understand we were late, but we were there before closing time. Not a good way to run a business.

You can never get anyone in pharmacy to answer phone. Have waited on hold up to 45min. Very unorganized when you go in to pick up meds. Will get text saying there ready but when you get there they can't locate them and you have to wait for them to refill.

Just a pharmacy visit this time, I requested a medication to be canceled permanently, due to the price. Two days later I received a notification that it was filled. I called and explained, again. 2 days later a notification saying that my medication is filled. Kind of annoying on this. Other than that, no issues.

This is the worst pharmacy in town nothing is ever ready when it's supposed to be I waited on a prescription for two days and it was only seven pills first they had to order it then they realized they had some then it took them five more hours to fill it seven pills that's it I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone and this kind of thing happens all the time I'm done with them it took them two days to figure it out is that the kinda place u want handling your meds not me
