Had medication getting refilled here for months now all of a sudden the pharmacist said no refills, my dr Said she cant cancel refills so it had to be someone at cvs? It's not my insurance and the refills didn't expire so someone explain where my medicine went that I never got? My dr. Said it wasn't her? I'm confused is someone taking my meds? And they staff is rude as hell

They may have had poor customer service in the past based off the reviews I see; however, recently I had nothing but a positive experience. The pharmacist was so kind to me on the phone and explained to me how transferring medications works. Thank you for the great service.

I moved from Mt.Vernon to Newburgh and after reading these reviews you have no idea what rude or a slow drive-thru is. I waited 45 minutes in line at the CVS in Newburgh and had to get out of line because I had somewhere else to be and wasn’t able to get my medicine. Needless to say, I had all my prescriptions transferred back to Mt.Vernon where the drive-thru is quick and the staff has always been friendly. I’ll gladly make the 40 minute drive back to Mt. Vernon to this CVS to get my medication any day than deal with the one in Newburgh.

Website clearly states open til 10 pm, if you close at 9, update your website. FYI, store manager is rude, instead if assisting customers, he presents a dissertation on how many hours he has worked, he is by himself in the entire store stating that everyone else is sick, seriously? Reminder, you are not the only place to shop!

Was just in there very poor customer service. The pharmacist on dutie was very rude about a miscommunication with my parents prescriptions didnt even wait on me after waiting 35 minutes for prescriptions they wouldn't fill. He kept telling me he couldn't fill a certain script and it wasn't even the persription I was there to fill, but wouldn't let me explain that to him. After 10 people went ahead of me while I waited for him to come talk to me. He walked away in the middle of talking to me. Then wouldn't ring up some zip lock bags so I had to go wait up front in another line instead. Awful just appalled right now. Outraged!

This store is rude! You would think they would want to verify the information they have on file is accurate but they don't! They get short tempered with you when you tell them its wrong. They need proper training! Makes it hard to go somewhere else unless you want to drive out of town.

The pharmacy Is very rude & lazy.. she would not fill my son's medicine just because it was 10 mins till closing & she was short staffed so they keep hanging up the phone. VERY RUDE
