Find what you need at Ace... to my total disbelief I went in there to get a cell phone charger cord and to my amazement they actually have them in stock several different kinds. It seems like they have a little bit of everything that you might actually need to use for something when you need it add a good price and the location to this one is like right in my neighborhood basically yeah it's a little bit of a drive but it's not bad. It was a good shopping experience good prices and a great product.

Went and needed a lot of help. A guy working there called Alex was a big help and tried to work with me until I found what I was looking for. Very dedicated and nice. Should be promoted if you ask me.

Had trouble getting screws for my car. Came in to the store- got great help from everyone at this store. Everyone was very attentive, caring, and friendly. What a great staff!

I came in and needed paint. The very young girl, I think her name was Jade, was amazing. She gave me and my husband the best customer service and helped us find everything we needed and made our paint perfectly. I wish I could give her a 10 star rating!

I called and asked if they had a drill bit and they said they did.I drove in and couldn't find it. I asked for assistance was told it was in aisle 18, I asked for more help as I couldn't locate it and they wouldn't get off their seats and help. No other custome was in the store and there were two workers there.

I try to buy local in my hometown but just had an experience this morning where they wouldn’t stand behind a defective product which had already been replaced once. Guess I’m going back to the big box stores where they understand customer service.

3 times I have went here to trade in craftsman tools and 3 times I am told that they can't trade them unless the manager is there. Not sure when he is ever there. Tried to get a key made here (twice) a few months ago but nobody knew how to use the key machine so couldnt get it made. 3 trips = still have same broken tools with lifetime warranty. I like to support local businesses but going to have to pass on this one.

I went into the ACE hardware store in Mount Vernon IN today. I asked one of the works to show me where to find the tv wall mounts he couldn't tell me he would not even look it up for me to see if they even had one. The kids there was NOT ANY HELP.
