I love finding gems like this! Just a couple miles off I-74, this little spot would be very easy to miss. I found it by searching for restaurants in the area. I was helped by a very kind (I believe, based on her attire) Amish woman who was friendly, knowledgeable, and smiled, and generally provided amazing customer service.I had a cheeseburger, which was bigger than most fast food burgers, similar to a facing restaurant size actually. I also got fries and a large butterscotch shake. The burger tasted amazing and came out hot and fresh. The fries were also hot and fresh. They came without salt but that's ok because it meant I got to control how salty they were. On the counter, they have salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard, all in single use packets. The shake was awesome too, especially since it was 80+ degrees when I was there.There is seating but it's all outside. The tables were comfy enough to eat there, the umbrellas keeping the sun away. The flies were abundant but didn't get too physically annoying. They mostly just flew and walked around the table. Since they weren't after my food or me, I left them alone too.It was a great overall experience and just what I needed at the time. It's been quite a drive so far. I highly recommend this place for great food, excellent service, and seemingly tame flies that really aren't a big nuisance. Usually they try landing on me or my food, but not these ones... 🍔 🍟 🥤Parking: I parked on the gas station lot because I didn't realize the entrance to Suzie Q's lot was just past it. They do have a much larger lot than the gas station.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid specific menu, so definitely kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: If you have someone to help you over the curb, and you eat at one of the outer tables, you could certainly bring a wheelchair. But it's not a generally wheelchair friendly place.

Stopped here on our drive home from Turkey run for some ice cream. Was presently surprised how good it was, soft serve portions were generous and my shake was delicious... The hand scooped was also really good too.

We stopped at this little joint right off the highway. They have an amazing selection of food and desserts. Their Hot Rod Chicken sandwich is to die for!! Whether your looking for ice cream or a nice hefty meal, this is a perfect place to stop. Outdoor seating and fur friends are welcome 😋 🐈

Loved this stop along the highway! Everything on everyone else's table looked so good, it was hard to decide what to order. I ended up getting a grilled cheese and french fries for $5.30 and it was PERFECT. Great selection of food, lots of shake flavors, and a cute little outdoor seating area. Wish this place was near me, it would definitely be a favorite!

Very reasonable prices. I got the chicken tenderloin sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich, and the jalapeno poppers. The chicken tenderloin sandwich was delicious. It was crispy, hot, and flavorful. The jalapeno poppers were also delicious. Wow. But id have to say that was one of the worst pulled pork sandwiches ive ever had. Maybe that batch of pork was old or something but the taste and texture was really off and I could only do about half the sandwich before I decided to give up on it. Maybe it was an off day, but I probably wont be ordering their pulled pork for awhile. Anways. Other than the pulled pork I enjoyed the chicken tenderloin sandwich and the jalapeno poppers and would reccommend you go and try this place out yourself.

Nice friendly local icecream stand. Variety of sandwiches named after their family and friends. Service is always with a smile. Food is tasty and plenty of outdoor seating.Parking: There is a large gravel lot beside it. Limited paved handicap parking in front.Kid-friendliness: Outdoor seating, picnic tables with umbrellas. Kid friendly food items.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a cement ramp with hand rails. Plenty of room for a wheelchair.

Delicious! We pulled in for a quick bite of lunch before heading to our camp site at Shades state park. Our children loved the kids meals with free ice cream included. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the variety of choices on the menu. The burger was solid and tasty. She enjoyed the grilled chicken sandwich. Many locals were around to set a nice atmosphere and home town feeling.

For a Saturday evening and a small line, everyone was courteous and food was quick to be served. I'm not a fan of the burger bun, too much thick bread, but the burger itself was good. Tenderloin looked good my husband liked it. Oh, the onion rings were very good. My only suggestion is a Lil more seating.

They had a ton of advertisement for their new ice creams nachos, which were killer. Always great food and the owner is always there it seems like. Highly recommend!Parking: There is a huge parking lot right beside the building plus parking on the gas station side aswellWheelchair accessibility: Concrete ramp gets you from the gas station parking to the resteraunts window and there are no curbs if you park by the building.

Good food, friendly staff. Watch for hidden costs, tho. I was charged $4.99 for a $4.25 bacon cheeseburger (charged $1 for bacon). Still haven't figured it out.Husband's $5.25 cheeseburger came up as $6.74. Didn't mention that pepper jack cheese was an extra $.75 which still shouldn't come up to $6.74.Good soft ice cream. No noticeable difference in my medium cone and my husband's large one for the additional twenty cents.Two large waters cost us $2.

Normally I would give this place a 5 star rating but this last time I went with my mom and kids and me and my mom got breaded tenderloins. Only our order was wrong. They gave us grilled tenderloins and they were awful. They wouldn't fix it for us either. I'll give them one more try soon but like I said normally this place is great and if you get the actual BREADED tenderloin those are very good as well.

My family loved the food. We got burgers, bbq pork, breaded tenderloin, and chicken salad. The tenderloin was huge and definitely not frozen, but hand breaded. Great service. I'm glad we stopped to try it!

Stopped here on the way to Turkey Run. One of the best bacon cheeseburgers I’ve had on a long time, everything was fresh, including the meat. Cooked perfectly and just the right amount of toppings. Enjoyed the burger so much we tried the ice cream, they have soft serve and scoopable. We tried the Hawaiian Breeze, which they make on site. It was AMAZING. It’s a light bluish-green color, with bits of coconut and pineapple. Perfectly balanced flavors, not sweet, not too rich, very refreshing. Will definitely be a stop every time we are in the area👍

Food was fine. The dining area was absolutely infested with wasps and it was impossible to enjoy eating for more than a second without one in your face or your food.Update: I got stung by a yellow jacket, had an allergic reaction, and had to go to the ER
