This experience was very poor! All the carts outside and no carts inside. I don’t get how they keep raising prices for food but can’t go make people do their job and get the carts! On top of that only one line open with a huge line and workers just looking at you not caring! Since they make the customer go outside to collect carts, check your own food out, and bag it they should be able to lower prices since they are not using it for paying people to do their jobs! Wish I could give it a 0 star instead of 1!

Went to the new salon in the Valparaiso Walmart for the Henna work they offer before we go on vacation. Me, my sister and my 8 year old got it done and it was a great experience. I had my 6 year old wild boy and my 10 month old baby boy. They Wer understanding and helpful. I totally recommend this service. My little girl wanted hers off asap! So within 2 hours or less she dry wiped hers off and it is still left on her hand. We are on day 4 and she’s gone in the bath everyday and the pool and it’s still goin strong on her and me and my sister!Totally awesome experience and beautiful designs!

This Walmart was very clean & they were loaded with merchandise. Overall the store was one of the best Walmart stores I have seen in a while. I usually don't even leave reviews for Walmart but I had to give this store some recognition. I found the few items I came in for & and looked around a little extra because of how clean & stocked the store was. The produce section was full of good looking veggies & fruits. The baked good section was overly stocked with lots of fresh baked breads & treats. Way to go Walmart! The team here is doing a great job & maintaining the store & that tells me that the management is also on point. Keep up the good work & I appreciate all your hard work to keep the store looking fantastic!

I really don’t care for Walmart in general. I needed a set of tires for my suv and I found Walmart was the least expensive option in the area, partly because of the cost of installation. I made an appointment and prepaid. I arrived at the location about 10 minutes early. I followed the instructions on my email from them and parked in front of the door marked tires. I made my way inside to the service desk. It was very easy to register at the desk. I was informed that a full set of tires could be an hour to an hour and a half. I decided to take a walk. I was surprised that I was receiving text updates on my phone. I returned to the service department after about an hour. Within 10 minutes I received a text stating that my vehicle was ready. I was very happy that no one tried to upsell me. I was given my keys and made my way to my vehicle. The driver seat had been move all the way to the front position, not a big deal but it could have been returned to the original position. The installation seems to have been performed well. I was able to get the vehicle up to Highway speed an my way home and there were no vibrations. I am happy that I saved over a hundred dollars on the exact tires I had priced at several locations. I would recommend this facility.

We recently arrived to the Walmart tire center in Valparaiso, IN. We had a blow out on a road trip and pulled up at 8pm. We did not realize the tire shop closed at 7pm. The gentlemen who were working that night were unbelievably kind and generous with our family. They stopped what they were doing, went above and beyond to help us after hours. Jim, Steve, Benjamin were three of the men who showed us fabulous customer service.

Don’t even bother using the pick up option at this store. All of our refrigerated items were warm and spoiled upon pick up, including salmon that was infested with worms and raw chicken that was room temperature. now I’m waiting on a ten day refund while half of the groceries I bought were bad. Spend a little more and shop at Meier and enjoy a far nicer experience.

I struggle with this location . I get highly irritated because the online shoppers are running up and down the aisles like mad men getting in the way and blocking stuff on the shelves . The produce is hit or miss I have seen rotten tomatoes often. I do like the toy department the grill section and the electronics area . The staff seems friendly in those areas . Great finds on the vinyl record selection too

This is a Walmart Pharmacy review. I had been getting the runaround the last couple times I attempted to schedule and get my COVID vaccine at CVS, so in a pinch the other day after getting the runaround, I called the Walmart pharmacy in Valparaiso Indiana. Matt who answered the phone after I asked to speak with a representative was absolutely outstanding at customer service. He answered all three of my questions quickly and efficiently and was friendly and helpful. Once I arrived he was able to get me and my husband checked in quickly so we could get our vaccine. The young woman who actually administered the vaccines was just as sweet as could be, and gentle too. I can't say enough good things about Matt and the young lady who administered the vaccine in your pharmacy department. Everyone needs more awesome employees like these. Hopefully you will take care of them and they will stay to take care of your customers.

Waste of time. Went in to buy 4 tires. Ready to buy and schedule appointment but was completely turned away by rude and condescending staff. They did not focus on our conversation, busy with other staff members. And when I asked questions they disregarded anything I had to say and turned me away. Never going back, and I’ll buy tires down the road.

I go to this Walmart very often and never had an issue until today. My husband and I had a problem with using 2 different sources of payment. We asked for help by an older woman when we saw that the payments were initially accepted, yet still owed $25. We were just confused and wondered if she could help figure it out with us so we could be on our way. She was rude and NASTY and walked away from us, us assuming she was maybe going to get help. We then saw her continuing to go around helping other customers, leaving us with no resolution. Then after 5 min, came back and asked “you figure it out yet?” I was definitely frustrated and shocked this woman and her tone. I informed her that we didn’t know what to do. And I didn’t want to leave with the possibility that the machine took my husbands first payment, and then to pay more!! She was awful!!!

Called the automotive department around 11:20and had asked about a walk-in oil change. The woman who answered was very friendly and said that they didn't have anything scheduled till 12pm. I was told that if I came in now, I'd be able to get it done before that scheduled time .Not even 10minutes had gone by before I had made it inside. I was then greeted by a way older gentleman that was a little more straight to the point, came off as rude and impatient. I told him I just called and explained, the old b****** just said Well It Wasn't Me.I explained and he said he could schedule me in for a walk-in but it wouldn't be for another 2 hours. I was beyond upset, I didn't show it one bit but I was passed off. I have do much to do and such little time. This was a complete waste of time and energy. The woman should have said the old man wouldn't allow ot or the old man shouldn't have been lacking in his customer service . I explained that 8 didn't have time to come back and that I'd just go to Take 5 and spend more money with them....

I have been using the curbside here for years and they have been just continuing going down hill. Poor service and product picking... Bad enough I've called and been tossed around that I'm not ordering from them anymore! Too many other choices that can do it better.

Walmart is more interested in sales than safety. Can you honestly say this is a service dog? What service does it provide? This is a pet and Walmart allows it under the excuse of HIPPA. Asking to provide proof of a service did status wouldn't be asking HIPPA info and wouldn't offend an actual service dog owner. Walmart CSM was rude and defensive. Photos show the truth. Dog rared up and snarled and barked at shoppers in line. CSM was in eyeline yet did nothing. Why does Walmart allow shoppers to being pets in stores to shop when it is against Health Department codes? Attaching photos from other shopping incidents at Walmart stores.

Walmart has slipped so bad in customer service. Everything that has made them liked by people is being removed. For example CASHIERS. Myself like many others work long hard days and to stop at a grocery store and have to ring up groceries, bag them, risk missing an item and being tackled for it is not my idea of customer service. Ok it's customer service alright....Its the cusromer servicing Walmart and putting more money into their pockets. There is no warmth there. Then you get to look forward to someone asking you for your receipt on the way out like your a common criminal or about to be. My last trip there I waited in a long line for a cashier. It was worth it to me. Self checkout has no personal touch to the shopping experiece at all. Meijers and Target run more cashiers and that is where I have moved my shopping needs too. Sad to see people being put out of work.

It's not as bad as Merrillville. I avoid that store like the plague. But at the same time, this store is often equally filthy. Broken merchandise laying everywhere, always out of what you need, and this store smells so weird when you walk in. This very funny smell hits you in the face as soon as you enter the store. I do not think buying produce that won't last long (frequent problem here) at cheaper prices is saving money. If anything, that is spending more money.

Grocery Delivery from this store. How is it OK to deliver rotting food? Literally so rotten that the produce was dripping. Was out of date. Disgusting and will never EVER use them again.

Awful management. Bought a $500 TV didn’t open it until a week later to find out it was shattered called up and they told me I could return it. Went to the store and the refused. Mind you it was still in the box. They opened the box and saw no power cord and refused to refund me. I called lg to get a cord by the time it was shipped the 30 days were up. I tried to call again to let them know I have a cord now and it’s obviously still broken and they won’t refund me. I’ve called multiple times throughout the months I’ve had it. Next step is to file a claim with my card company so they can sue Walmart for this. Absolutely awful place to shop. I even called to confirm before I brought the tv up that I’d get a refund and I was told yes. Don’t ever ever go to this store. If I would have broken this or anyone else in my house I wouldn’t be going through this trouble. It’s awful how you treat customers now a days. I will never stop in at these stores again and I have a big family and they’ve All heard about this for months and they haven’t been in Walmart since

Last night there was a graphic pornography video playing on one of the display laptops in the electronics department and my 6 year old daughter saw it. Nobody should be exposed to this while out shopping, especially children! I do hope they make changes to ensure people are not able to connect to the internet and play these types of videos right from the display computers and tablets. This was a very traumatic situation for us, and we will never set foot in that store again.

This Walmart has the worst produce ever! Their produce is never really fresh. Absolutely horrible. Some of their vegetables and fruits are near the rotting stage. If you purchase Brussel Spouts, Lettuce, Asparagus, Cucumbers, Celery, Avocados, Lemons etc. It will bearly last a week in your refrigerator. Always mushy looking and wrinkle up. They need to get more involved with freshness in this department. Because they really do SUCK!!! Only things thats good to buy are Onions, Potatoes, Apples. All Items that you have to keep refrigerated don't last any time what so ever! BAD...
