The pharmacy clerk told me I had to tell her what all my medical conditions were in order to pick up a prescription. What kind of lunatics are they hiring there? Total invasion of privacy. Avoid this pharmacy, they are nut cases!

Made an APPOINTMENT for a flu shot. Waited in line for 15 mins, I get told they will bring me paperwork. Sat and waited 30 more minutes with my 7 year old to be told they forgot about getting my paperwork and now the computers are not working and to come back another day.... waste of time. Huge waste of time.

First time visiting this Walgreens. Being a 24 hour Walgreens I only popped in to pick up my prescription after 1am. Staff was friendly, the pharmacist was also friendly, and the store was clean. Overall great first visit

They have one of the most judgemental and stuck up cashiers I've ever met. Always in a bad mood.always unpleasant to interact with. It's like I'm interrupting her personal life. Shes genuinely complacent when it comes to her job.

We rarely visit this location. Rob, the store manager, was our cashier today. He was so engaging, happy, and pleasant. Walgreens is lucky to have him.

Cashier at this location is the rudest person I have ever encountered at a store. I observed her be rude to the 3 guests in line in front of me and then also while she rang me out. Whoever you have working today at 2:30 PM at this Walgreens should not be working here. I will never visit this location or patronize this business again because of this employee!

Awful,awful experience from the pharmacy here. I dropped off a prescription for my daughter for toothpaste. We had just come from the dentists office across the street, and I thought it would be convenient to just get it there. WRONG!!! They were very busy. I was patient and did not complain. However, when I got to the drive up window, the girl running the drive thru (blonde college looking girl) was busy doing 1000 other things. Again, I understood. Spent a good 5 min watching this girl bounce back and forth,yet didn't even get so much as a "hi,I'll be right with you!". Nothing. Ok. She finally gets around to waiting on me,I turned in the script. No charge, come back in 1 1/2 hours. For prescription toothpaste?!? Ummm ok. Came back around 45min later, and explained that I live in another town and would like to get my rx sooner if possible. It wasn't ready,so the girl got it for me. Said cost was $32. But I was told insurance covered it earlier! This girl had the nerve to tell me to try going to CVS and see if they could process it. NO. My daughter gets all of her prescriptions through Walgreens (she's handicapped), and I wasn't about to drive all around town. Asked the girl to return my prescription so I could deal with it later. She tells me no, it's already scanned into the system! I asked again, PLEASE return my script. She did. Next day, I went to a local pharmacy in my town, and the rx was COVERED IN FULL 0 CHARGE. Someone at Walgreens wasn't doing their job,or didn't know how to,apparently. Something that should've 15 min cost over an hour of my time. taken I will never be back to this location again!!!

I've been waiting in the parking lot since 8 pm & it's 845 & they said that they JUST got all of my medication requests? 2 of the 5 came through right away though? Then I'm told it will be ANOTHER HOUR before it's all ready. And the one medication that would actually give me relief, they're out of!**EDIT... Their tech, Abby, was extremely kind to me & made sure to get my medications filled as soon as the system generated them. She tried to get the text alerts to work. She knew they didn't so she actually called me instead.

HORRIBLE!! Came to photo shop on 7/7 at 4:30. Waited for 15 minutes with the store almost empty and employees talking and stocking isles while staring at me. Had to leave to pick up my kids. I came back at 5:00pm. Waited 15 minutes and called the store to get help. They said someone would be there. 10 minutes later still standing here my second time coming here trying to get the same thing accomplished but no one will help.

Had a very pleasant experience. Brian was extremely helpful and he was taking care of an elderly lady before me. He was super attentive to her and very nice to me. As someone who works in retail, it was great to see such kindness. Definitely coming back.

I have always liked coming to this Walgreens, even though one of the others might be a bit closer. Today just solidified that. I just watched a grown man throw a full on screaming temper tantrum about a prescription, something that seemed in no way the pharmacy's fault. The pharmacist, Annette, and the other person up there, Sam, handled everything extremely professionally and didn't let this angry bully ruin anyone else's experience other than his own. Well done employees :)

Rob and Greg (from the pharmacy) are 2 of the best employees. They are the kindest and most understanding - I had a slight reaction to my COVID shot (very little reaction) & they rushed to help. Rob stayed with me and just chatted until I felt good enough to go & Greg brought me water & orange juice. It’s always awkward when something happens to you in public, but these two gentlemen made me feel safe. Thank you!

Within the past year, I have had interactions with two incredibly rude pharmacists at this location. The most recent one was on Feb. 13, 2022. I have had my prescriptions filled here for many years, but after today’s experience, I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff is incredibly rude. Every time I have gone in here, I feel as if I should have gone across the street to CVS instead. From open mouth gum chomping by Julie, the vet technician, to not calling my name when my prescription was ready or the staff ignoring the other seated customers, waiting for their prescriptions, I am completely shocked to see how unprofessional the staff treat their customers!

Went to this location for our Covid vaccines and highly recommend them. Even tho the pharmacy was swamped all the staff and store management stayed upbeat and friendly. Store manager gave us our vaccines and he was superb at administering the shots ---didnt feel a thing!! Way to go to all of the people working there!!

While having this Walgreens open 24 hours is great, what really makes my experience at this particular location a good one is their employee, Owen. Owen always has some hillarious joke ready and is all around just a joy to experience. I feel like if Owen leaves this location it will never be the same. Owen, thanks for being you, dude. You've won my business with your random puns and fantastic one liners.

Boyfriend got his wisdom teeth out, dropped prescription off inside, we were told we could wait or leave and come back. Chose to wait. 30 mins pass and we go to see if it's ready. I was told "I'll tell them you're here, it'll be about 20 mins". So I decided okay, whatever, we'll wait another 20 mins. Another half hour passes and we go up to the window to ask how much longer it'll be because my boyfriend's numbness from his surgery is wearing off at this point. The lady pulled it out of a bin... Medicine had been sitting there. I was told we would be called by last name when prescription was ready. Now my boyfriend has been in pain after surgery when he could have taken the medicine right away to prevent it. The people were friendly, but the pharmacy technicians were not efficient. Very upset and irritated.

Was just there to kid my 16year old cough syrup, dud not know that if she puts it on counter to be rung up they want here Id ti prove she is 18. She wasn't paying for it I was and I'm 46years old. The cashier was super rude when I told my daughter to give to me and we let someone go ahead of us cashier was even more rude and told me to go into the other than which is stupid. The other cashier rolled her eyes at her. Like seriously you could clearly see she wasn't paying for it. I set product down and told rude lady I'll gi somewhere else. Went to CVS my daughter put on counter and didn't have a issue. Yep your rude cashier lost your another customer. Great job Walgreens. Won't be back. If I could do no stars I would of.

This is literally the absolute WORST Walgreens I've ever been to. I don't understand how it takes three hours to fill a prescription... EIGHT minutes to answer a phone call (after being placed on hold).Will definitely be taking my business to a different location.Not to mention rude technicians.Maybe Walgreens should hire extra help if it's so busy that they can't keep up. I have been to a few different locations (Portage, DeMotte) and have never had the issues that happen at this location.

This is usually my go-to Walgreens for after work since it’s open 24/7, as I generally work until 10-11pm and I had planned to stop by this location tonight (06/29) and the lights were off and the door was locked. No sign or any explanation. Kind of frustrating.

Fantastic 24 hour pharmacy and store. Wish my CVS insurance would still allow me to come here instead of the CVS train wreck across the street. Sure they get busy sometimes but they're always polite and orders are ready when they say, an more importantly, correct.

What a horrible pharmacy. I have a chronic pain issue and the pharmacist refused to fill my hydrocodone prescription because it was "against her discretion". There wasn't a diagnosis on the prescription from the doctor so she wasn't comfortable. I had been getting this RX filled for over a year there already. So basically she passed judgement on me. When I called and spoke to the manager Amanda she stood up for her employee and didn't care when I said I'd be taking my business elsewhere. I will NEVER go back. How can Walgreens justify discriminating against people for their illness and the medication they require. When I went over her head she got so mad she told her friend/relative at the WalMart Pharmacy that I go to about what happened to her and they wouldn't fill it either stating "I heard what happened at Walgreens".

Randy the pharmacist was extremely rude to me, I was just asking about buying some needles for my syringes because I was out of my 23 gauge needles. He asked what they were for and I explained for my hormone shots. He than said I needed a prescription even know my sister got the same needles from Walgreens the same day with out one. He then said at the end of the call rhey only sell syringes and needles for legitimate medical reasons! I have a prescription for needles at Myers pharmacy, and get syringes and needles there all the time but I thought I would try Walgreens sense Myers tend to give the wrong size gauges all the time. I'm extremely disappointed with Randy the pharmacist, my reason was very real and the rudeness was very uncalled for.

Just found out that they have positive cases of Covid working in the pharmacy. That’s really great guys. Make everyone trying to stay healthy get sick. 10/10 don’t recommend. I’d give a zero if google let me.

Terrible Pharmacy Customer Service. I waited in the drive-through window for over 10 minutes before anyone even said hello and how can I help you? How rude. I’m sitting two feet away from them watching them walk around and ignore me. Will never come here again. Such slow service.
