Great LOW prices!!!!! Local Company! Any Country Girl and Guy's store plus much more! Bought outside bird food 20lbs was only $5.99, dog food 8 lbs for $4.59... Tires, pumps, horse care products, very cool rain boots, not to mention beautiful cowboy boots! Country style belts! Love this store! Prices low than Menards! They even have vet clinic on weekends!

A disastrous centralized bureaucratic processYou have an awful ineffective and inefficient national distribution system that took me five days to get four bags of dog food, when I could’ve driven to any four of your storage within 25 miles of my phone and gotten it within one hour. Your system is a joke, designed by someone who has no idea how to use it. You have no regard for the real life challenges of farmers. You have become a corporate structure in the sky somewhere located inside of a city.

Normally I have a great experience there but this morning I went in for dog food and dog treats and when I went to pay the lady asked for my birthday, which I thought was odd. So I told her. She then asked me to enter my social security number and asked for my zip code. She didn’t ask me to sign up for a credit card nor did I say I wanted to sign up for one. I can’t think of any other reason for her to ask those questions. I inserted my debit card and I’ve never been asked for that information EVER.

Excellent customer service. I had an emergency and my trailer lights broke while traveling, and GPS had me arriving a few minutes after they closed. I called and asked them if they could possibly pull a set of magnetic lights for me and I’d run in and pay for them a few minutes after they were supposed to close, and they did. This is why I primarily shop at Tractor Supply. The customer service is unlike any other store.

Marcia is always extremely attitudinal with me and my wife. We dont know her personally, but, I'm just done with it. Always nasty and unpleasant.As a side note. If your propane filling station is down or needs repairs. Lock it out and tag it, so that riley doesnt use it. I'll let osha know next time.

I just bought a cordless leaf blower. Dealt with a gentleman named Ben. He was kind, nice, knowledgeable - and could not have been more helpful. Earlier this year, I also bought a tractor. Always nice to stop in Tractor Supply in Valparaiso.... Best prices on bird food in my opinion, especially the suet cakes, which I usually buy there... Overall it's a neat store that sells all kinds of things including jeans, boots, shirts, hats and much more..... Great store and friendly people...!

The man working the floor was nice and helpful. The cashier didnt say thank you and when I said thank you, she said nothing. Then I said, Have a good day, she still didnt say anything. So i said, thank I will have a good day too. She still stood there and just turned around and left the register. She was not friendly at all. The next time I go in there I will not go to her register.

Sold me some Ridgeline boots that began falling apart the first week, won't take a return nor exchange. $200 wasted on this store as well as hours of time trying to resolve the matter. TSC was my go to for boots and Dewalt, but this ordeal ended that relationship

Simple as this.The people here are professionalAlways greeted and never have an issue here. Considering half a mile down the street is ameri gas. That's what they do fill propane that's it.. well they can't sell anything there the old lady behind the counter does not want to work.There bad, I'll keep supporting my local tractor supply... It's not about a sale there u know your getting qualified people that know how to do there job...Great job ladies and gentlemenValpo indiana location rocks.

Eclectic inventory, but the sizes are limited. I was surprise they had what we were looking for, but they had limited sizes. We would need to order the correct size, and it wasn't even an unusual size (30×30 and medium). Crazy, right?! Baby chicks and ducks are a must-see for hope of spring in NW Indiana

Went there to buy a pair of Carhartt insulated overalls. Weather is below freezing and will be for the next couple of weeks, so I wasn't too happy when I couldn't find them and the employee told me they were taken down and put away to make room for spring clothing. Ended up going to Blue Collar supply instead since they understand that people buy cold weather clothing when it's cold out.

With a record setting cold snap coming in overnight, my portable battery jump pack that I've had forever died. It way out lasted my expectations. Time of the essence and of course Wal-marts shelves were wiped out by people like me thinking ahead but got there before me. In a panic and remembered old TSC next door and I thought to myself, surely they carry something similar. Thinking IF they had one, it wouldn't be what I REALLY wanted and would probably pick it up anyway because of the time factor and it would be more expensive. Low and behold they had 1 each of two Models made by the same manufacturer as the one that outlasted my expectations (Schumacher) and was almost the same price and had all of the features that I wanted plus a couple of extras. This is a unique store that I have grown to love because the last couple of non-ordinary items I've been on the hunt for, TSC has had them. Thank You TSC!
