Beautiful Grocery store. Very fresh produce, huge wine selection, and a very nice floral department. It’s a bit pricier at this store but when you enter you can see why. There are produce and selections of goods you can not find at other grocery stores.

Shop here all the time. You usually do not have pork cutlets. The man in the meat department will always make them. He is so nice. Yesterday a lady was there. Told me to buy tenderized pork chops. not even close and would not make them! Poor customer service. Maybe she needs to relocate .

I needed a fresh fruit basket for a gift, and Mitch from produce was outstanding in that he took the time to create a lovely basket for me. I greatly appreciate his kindness and willingness to help me. A huge thank you, Mitch!!! You are a highly valued asset to the store.

Many store employees are helpful! One in produce, for example, Susie Snowflake, went above and beyond today! I was looking for cilantro. She directed me to the exact spot!!! In today’s world,service is still king. Great job Susie

The sweets here are so good and they always keep me coming back for more! I can always find what I’m looking for and I can always depend on the cashiers to put a smile on my face. Specifically this one nice girl named Lexi who always asks me how my day was going.

Typically avoid this location due to them not having the items I prefer, however being closest to this store I chose here today and was presently surprised with what a great experience we had, literally the last ones in the store we were treated like royalty! The gentleman closing up produce dept as we arrived was ecstatic to greet us and help us find anything and everything was genuinely interested in our trip to the store We were there to get some greens for our bearded dragon He went over the top to include himself an our search offering to show us anything and everything giving you his own personal input We then found ourselves and the other areas of the store where he also was quick to know where every item we needed was we didn't feel rushed at all despite the fact that we were there to the last minute of closing the staff at checkout was equally as happy we didn't feel pressured to leave or like an inconvenience due to being so late instead everyone was positive upbeat helpful greeted us and treat us with a smile on their face from start to finish I can't say enough about how pleasant this trip was. The staff was beyond wonderful Thank you guys We will be back!!!!!!!

Hands down, my favorite grocery store. There's always new (to me) ingredients and often fruits and veggies I've never heard of. The sushi bar is the best, and the floral / plant section can't be beat. It's Kroger on steroids, and it smells much nicer, too. If I'm near, I always make a special trip to at least check out the areas mentioned ❤️

Product is great. The flowers always look beautiful. Grabbing something ready made is no problem. But, worst customer service around. It’s never been good. Today it was awful.I asked her is she could do something same day, telling her I understood if she couldn’t. This was at 9am. She said she couldn’t do anything until 5:30, totally fine. She didn’t need the annoyed tone when she said it. I told her 5:30 was fine. She ROLLED HER EYES AT ME, grabbed her order pad with displeasure all over face, and then proceeded to tell me how much I was inconveniencing her and “you guys are killing me today”. I was alone. Not sure who “you guys” are, customers in general?? I’m so sorry for trying to give you my business and my money. It won’t happen again.Needless to say, I opted not to bother her. The competition down the road was fantastic and friendly. They thank you for sending them all my repeat business.

We picked up the ham dinner for catering. The green bean casserole had a issue the Krispy onion on top is complete mush. I recommend keeping those separate. The ham had no directions on cooking. Just not happy with it.I like the store. It is clean good produce! Well stocked. Nice employees.

Thank you to the two kind lady’s in the floral department for saving my prom bouquet disaster today, after I picked up my bouquet from a florists that I had to leave an honest review on their website. Happy to say that it all worked out. Definitely will buy all of my flowers from Stracks from now on.

I shop here weekly. Love that I can always find what I’m looking for. Self checkout goes really fast also. I just have had e few bad experiences at the deli. Waited 15-20 minutes to be acknowledged. Then told excuse me as she answered the phone. I had to ask someone else to help me!! Every time I’m there, they ignore you and take there dear sweet time to help you. Dread going to the deli!!

The self check out lines are terrible compared to everywhere else. They continuously tell you item not scanned, then it scans and it freaks out telling you remove I scanned merchandise although it shows scanned. Cashiers aren’t much better, not sure who’s currently working checkout line 9 but so much for customer service. Conveniently her name tag has no name so I’m sure she’s a top tier employee. All to pay more than you would for merchandise from anywhere else. I’ll skip the convenience aspect next time and go elsewhere.

This place is okay to go into to grab a couple things but they are a little more expensive than other grocery stores around here and there self checkout kind of sucks they're self checkout does not accept cash in a screws up a lot but it's quicker than waiting in line when you only have two or three items

I'm always pleased when I shop at Stracks. The fruits and veggies are fresh and the meats are great. The workers are extremely helpful. I appreciate the large selection of prepared and specialty foods.
