Had a great experience working with Schillings for our remodeling. We purchased new hardwood flooring, Medallion kitchen cabinets, Cambria quartz countertops, new faucet, and hardware all through Schillings. We worked with Brittany Johnson who did an amazing job helping us plan all of the details, answering questions, and resolving any issues we came across.Deliveries were on time and professional. Schillings also had a 0% interest promo which was super helpful for financing a large project.It’s worth noting that Schillings doesn’t do any installs themselves, but they do provide some recommended contractors. We did all the work ourselves, but it is nice to have some options.Overall, great experience. Really happy to have them local to Valpo. We will definitely return for future projects.

We have used Schillings before but this was our first time using the Valparaiso location. We know them to offer a one-stop-shopping experience from flooring to cabinets to tile and more, and we were pleasantly surprised to see how much they have on display in their smaller (but very conveniently located) showroom in Valparaiso. We interviewed multiple companies for this project as it was a complete renovation of our main floor, but with particular focus being on the kitchen. Their ability to computerize the whole project and show us a graphical depiction of the space we were designing was very helpful to us and really helped us to see what we were doing before we had to sign off on the final plans. Beyond that, Jenni Knight was also a huge help to us when it came to design choices. Everything from selecting complementary colors (flooring, cabinets, countertops, etc.) to cabinet styles to hardware options to crown moulding options benefitted from Jenni's input and experience in this process and we could not be more pleased with the finished product. If you're considering anything between a light remodel and a full renovation, we would strongly recommend Schillings for your project.

I remodeled my kitchen and primary bathroom using Schilling's cabinets, back splash tiles, etc. Great prices, top of the line quality but the best part was working with Brittany. Brittany designed my kitchen and bathroom so beautifully. I feel like I live in a brand new home. Thanks Schillings! Brittany definitely deserves a raise and bonus for her customer service and talent!

I ordered two Anderson window locks. I spoke with Adam over the phone. I went in to pre-pay and order the locks. It was great!!! Hassle free. The locks were ordered. They even arranged to have them delivered to their store that was closer and more for me to pick them up. The store was huge, different sections, well organized. Adam was helpful, friendly and made me feel that I would certainly shop there again, and recommend this home center to new customers. There was plenty of free parking out front, and handicapped accessible entry.

We recently upgraded our kitchen with quartz countertops, sink, faucet and backsplash tile. Shopped around with the big box stores, ultimately got a better deal, with a better selection of samples, and fantastic service with Brittany. It took only two weeks to get everything in stock and installed. Installation crew was also very professional.

My experience at the Schillings (Valparaiso) showroom with Brittany as my designer was EXCELLENT!! Although I didn’t have an appointment, Britany was personable, asked questions, and paid attention to small details concerning my project.
