They're all so very friendly. The price falls in line with most others in the area. I've boarded my sweet pup twice with them and I don't plan on going elsewhere. I love that they post photos of your pup on Facebook so you can check in on them. They even celebrated my pup's birthday when I couldn't. They send your pet home with a report card to know how they did. Great place, really!!

We love Ruff. We found our groomer Raquel at another facility with our first dog Audrey.when she made the job change to Ruff, we followed. We would say to Audrey that we’re going to see Raquel and she would get so excited! Unfortunately Audrey passed on 2-2-24. We rescued Emmie and the photos are from her first grooming with Raquel and Ruff. She came home excited and strutting her stuff. I can’t speak more highly of both. Ruff takes doggies seriously. They remade over the playyard, the boarding facilities are top notch and we will be looking into the training portion soon. Keep up the GREAT work!!!!!!

I recently have been bringing my puppy to daycare here and I love this place so much! You can tell they care so much about their dogs and treat them like their own. They can accommodate any type of dog and personality and make them feel right at home. The facility is very nice and spacious with plenty of rooms and play areas both inside and outside. My puppy Peach’s tail starts wagging when we pull up now because she loves going here. For daycare they give you a report card detailing how they did each time. I highly recommend Ruff Luxury for any pet parents in need of boarding/grooming/daycare.

I love taking my boy here, it always seems to be a great experience for him. I just really wanted to open up his social interactions with other people and dogs so he could be the greatest boy he could ever be and they helped him achieve exactly that. I have no complaints, staff are great and very welcoming.

Wow! We were unhappy with our last few grooming sessions at another place so decided to give Ruff Luxury Inn a try. I think the before (1st) and after (2nd & 3rd) pics speak for themselves—RLI did a WONDERFUL job! Our pup came back looking gorgeous and in great spirits. And the price was better. We can’t thank you enough!!

We left our 2 labradoodles for 3 days. It was about $200 total. Everybody was very nice and we had no issues at all! We will definitely be bringing them back again!

Like all of you to say we love our dogs is an understatement. We toured a few boarding facilities that all smelled like dog pee and the staffs didn't seem to care.Ruff Luxury Inn was different. We were warmly greeted and give a tour of their immaculate facility. Our dogs love it there!We also took our two pups to obedience classes.

I did not use their pet services. The wait was months out. It is a nice and clean looking facility. Offers full service pet care. Nice selection of pet toys and treats. Staff appears to be friendly and helpful.

My pups and I went here for training but will be going back for boarding and grooming. They love all their puppy clients and care about them so much. It really shows. Eddie and I had a blast in training and he is a much better well behaved dog now. Thank you guys!

I called to schedule an appointment (I was desperate and in need of help) my normal groomer refused to groom my dog because she is expecting. She NEEDS groomed for her puppies!! I thought maybe they could help and/or At least understand my plight…I was told “you (as a breeder) should have your ducks in a row and have this all scheduled before now”. Like she was DEAF and didn’t just hear me tell her my normal groomer canceled when I took her for her grooming appointment because she is pregnant! I had no idea to even anticipate or expect that kind of response from a groomer as this is my dogs first pregnancy. She made me feel humiliated and it was completely unnecessary. If you didn’t have any appointments available, fine, just say so. Don’t add on all the insulting condescending remarks. You just lost a great tipper!

Great place to board your fur babie. They take very good care of ours. Our Zoey did 3 days of daycare each week and stayed when we traveled.Our Zoey has crossed the Rainbow bridge now, but I want you to know how wonderful the staff are here. 1 yr we went on vacation & Zoey stayed @ Ruff like she always does when we travel without her. She didn't eat for 3 dayswhich caused consern at Ruff. They called us & had a few ideas on how to get her to eat. One of the staff members " Stacy" sat down in Zoey's room & began to spoon feed her a different kind of dog food. Zoey ate it up.That is an example of how devoted they are here. My thanks to everyone at Ruff & highly suggest you board or daycare here. You won't be disappointed ❤️

All 3 of my dogs love the Burns Harbor, IN location! The staff was very accommodating to scheduling 3 dogs at a time and the lady did a wonderful job! Highly recommend!

This place is so cute. I went there for a tour last weekend. The staff were nice and professional. The place was clean and they had a very great process of how they care for all of the dogs. I haven’t booked with them yet but I have no doubt they’ll take of my fur baby. They get booked quite quickly so plan ahead.

Unless you keep booking 6 to 8 weeks you are not a fit for this establishment. They want to keep your money coming in. They tell you they are all booked up, which is not true. I have health issues and have been there before for grooming my fur babies, but I haven't been there for a while and they tell me I am not a fit for them. They also told me they had appointments in 8 weeks in for 8 weeks out ,which was fine.

We've used thier boarding services for a couple short stays for our dog. The staff did an extensive tour of the facilities prior to the first stay and our little pooch has left in good spirits on both stays. The staff takes great care in allowing dogs to meet each other in a safe environment. This was also a concern for us as our pet does not always make new doggy friends so easily.

This is an awesome place. Raquel is so awesome. She allowed my dog to become familiar with the place so she would relax. I left feeling my dog was in good hands. And I was right. When I came to pick up my dog, she came out happy with her tail wagging! She was so soft. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to my sister for telling me about it.

Okay, you're always a bit nervous sending your dog to boarders, right? I could board at the vet, but that's small and not a lot of play time, if any. So after talking to vets, and groomers, Ruff Luxury was always on top. We tried them once a little over a yr ago and were happy. Our dog was happy and the 'report card' was good! Yay! We have since had the opportunity to use them again, almost back to back. Our dog is happy to go, unable to control the excitement really. Everyone is kind and really appear to love working with the dogs. They have great, safe outdoor areas, and they keep them all (in and outside) very clean! We have never had a flea problem. We will keep using them and keep referring others to them!

I took my pup to the new ruff located in burn Harbor in. And when I picked her up I notice a cut on here ear and later notice a cut on the side of her eye. Also the groomer did not do a good job. Only looked like she groomed her face. Will not be returning.

Love the staff at Ruff Luxury! Their kennel staff goes the extra mile and their groomers are knowledgeable, efficient and treat your pets as if they are their own. They work as a team and make drop off and pick up so easy. Your pups will be so spoiled. I can't say enough good about them!

They are very friendly and professional. They were even able to accommodate my situation of a six day stay if I could pick up by 10:00am to ensure the room was cleaned for the next dog after a six day stay. It's definitely not your average kennel. Check out the pictures for yourself.

Took my dog for the first time ever for their full service bath. Coco is a nervous dog but sweet. They did a fabulous job with her. Highly recommend! We will be going back for sure!

Amazing place. This is the creme de la creme of dog places in NWI. It is so beautifully decorated inside, the doggie boutique store is adorable. The staff is amazing. Shannon in grooming is literally a dog whisperer. She is the only human my dog likes outside of our home. Every single dog I've ever seen walk in there is jumping and whining in happiness to be there. I drive over 30 min to go there. They are worth it. They're worth the price. Just try them, you'll be so glad you did.

Our dog Enzo loves Ruff Luxury Inn! All the staff are so great and welcoming and really make a stressful situation into a positive experience. The staff seem to really love our dog and he gets some great one on one time. I highly recommend!
