I will start by saying that the country club, and 4 stars dogs are so nicely ran and have the highest cleanliness for the dogs I have ever seen. With that being said, this is the worst dog place I have ever seen.. I don’t even know where to begin. The kennels are so dirty here from lack of employees caring, the outside areas are never scooped as there is so much poop outside, due to laziness. The dogs are left alone in the kennel all night, never to be checked on. When in fact the owner lives in the house next door, so I’m not sure why she doesn’t come and let dogs out and check on them. When employees open up in the morning they come into tons and tons of messes because the dogs can’t hold themselves. They have also left dogs outside by mistake and they were outside all night. They have come into work and seen dead dogs because they’ve been left alone and something medically happened. Dogs are still kept here boarding when they know that have kennel cough instead of sending them home. Please please please do not board your dogs here. I have provided some photos that show the dirtiness first hand of employees/owner failing to make a clean environment for the pets.

I really can’t say enough good things about this place. We board our dog here and get him groomed here as well. Our dog loves going here. He’s so happy and tired which is very hard to do when he comes back. The staff is amazing so nice. We are first time dog owners they take the time to explain things to us. The facility is amazing dogs have their own little yard attached to their kennels to go out as they please. He smells like heaven after they groom him. And today when he came back he got a little Christmas bag of treats and a toy! We love you guys thanks for always taking care of our pup. Highly recommended.

So thankful we found this place! We have kids in travel sports so we spend a lot of weekends out of town. The boys cannot wait to get in there and they come home exhausted, happy and fed. They even embrace the chaos that our GSP brings with him. Super affordable even with 3 big dogs!

Overall they took great care of our pup. However some negatives compared to other boarding places we have been.Staff didn’t come off as very friendly. Just felt like they were there to do a job and not really care about the pups there.They removed her collar upon entering when checking in. Not really sure why as it wasn’t explained.When picking her up she was given a bath which was nice but again the staff just basically gave me the total and that was it.Only change I can see here is the staff to be nicer and friendlier.

My dog Henry is 6 years old and has been to Reeves numerous times throughout his life. I simply won’t consider taking him anywhere else. They take stellar care of him in their beautiful location with lots of exercise, fresh air, and interaction. Jean and her team are the best! Not to mention they are priced so reasonably! If you’re looking for a top rate daycare or boarding facility for your 4-legged family member, you just found it!

It's where we have taken our golden-doodle for years. I'm sure he's a handful. Never had a thing to complain about. It's nice to know that you just "have a place." Your pet is a member of your family, and we feel our fur babies are safe!

We have taken our dogs here for 9 years now. They have indoor/outdoor runs and my dogs stay together. I looked at some other boarding places and I was unimpressed! I love that they have access to outside at any time. Great and reliable service!

Our 2 Rotties and Papillion stayed 2 weeks while the family went on vacation. Got them back and they were healthy and very happy. Definitely will be boarding with Royal Acres for all future trips that don't allow the dogs!

This place so wonderful. We asked for our dog to be groomed and she did a great job. Our fur babies were boarded for a week and they came home smelling so great and looking good. We had looked all around for a boarding facility after the one we went to closed due to retirement. This place was recommended and am very happy. Will be boarding here again.

Dropped our 3 dogs off while we went on a weekend getaway after a great recommendation from a close friend. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable. Our dogs seemed to love it, and we're definitely going to be boarding here again should the need arise. A++++++

Oh my goodness awesome. The owner is very calm, warm, and welcoming. All of the workers mirror her demeanor. The price point is awesome and my dog, Sage, always had a wonderful time there. She was thoroughly exhausted when I picked her up. There was only one experience where my dog returned home a little under the weather and a little stinky. I think it was a rainy weekend and she was outdoors playing with the other dogs. Other than that, great GREAT experiences.

My dogs have been staying at Reeves Royal Acres pet camp when I am out of town for 4 years now. My dogs are happy to go and I am happy they enjoy being there. It is a great peace of mind to have my dogs staying with people that love and care for them like I would when I am out of town. All members of their staff are helpful and friendly. We've been bringing our dogs to Reeves since it officially opened. Our pooches are never hesitant to go in and actually lead us in instead of the other way around. The staff has always been super with us and, more importantly, with our fur babies. We boarded our shepherd mix originally and she was treated like a queen and now both of our babies are rescues who were abused and they are treated with love and care, plus they don't smell like a kennel when we pick them up. We have peace of mind when we say goodbye. Would and have recommended Reeves to anyone who needs a caring, clean place to leave their babies while their gone. Btw, we kennel them about 4-5 times a year when we visit our kids out east for about 10-15 days. Great place.

I had high hopes when I dropped my beloved 1 year old Bernese Mtn dog off here but unfortunately things did not go well. I called multiple times to see how she was doing and was told everything was fine. When I picked up my girl she gagged up spit in their lobby which turned out to be kennel cough. I get things happen but I should have been notified so I could start the meds sooner. The folks that work there seem great but very disappointed that I was not told about this sooner by management. Hoping she recovers soon as I dropped off a very happy dog and now have a depressed sick dog.

Best dog camp ever hands down. We have been taking our dogs here for 5 years. My dogs come home tired and happy. I wish I had the time to take them more often. Jean and her staff are completely professional, accomodating and a absolute pleasure to deal with. Any negative reviews this establishment has received are guaranteed to be a misunderstanding.

I have 3 dogs all who have gone to daycare at Royal acres since they were puppies. I have also boarded my dogs sometimes for as long as a week. The staff is kind, caring and highly skilled. I went through 3 couches before finding this hidden jewel. Best daycare and boarding around!

Jean and the staff are great. My boxer Jack loves it here, he can't wait to get inside when we drop him off. That gives me peace when we're gone on vacation. The price point is fair and accommodations are very nice.

I heard good reviews from two different people for this kennel so I figured I would give it a try. I first called to get some information and was taken aback by the unfriendliness I received over the phone. It was as if I was bothering them by calling to get some questions answered. I still decided to board my dogs there because of the recommendations that I had received. When I dropped my dogs off, I was again greeted by a rude staff member, but figured that the staff member was just having a bad day. I planned to leave my dogs for two weeks while we were gone on vacation, although I received a call a little over a week in, saying that my dogs needed to be picked up because they had contracted kennel cough. Mind you, my dogs were completely healthy prior to them being kenneled and were up to date on all shots and vaccinations. I asked what the incubation period was for kennel cough being that this was the first time I had ever had to deal with this and I learned that it was 5-7 days...my dogs had been with them for the past 9 days. I was basically told that I needed to come and retrieve my dogs even though I was half way across the country. After we were finally able to contact and coordinate a family member to retrieve our dogs (that were sick and needed to be taken to a vet because of contracting an illness from Royal Acres), there was no offer for any assistance or discount or even an apology for all of the inconvenience. Instead, they were more concerned about getting the dogs out of there. Although I understand how contagious kennel cough is, I expected a little more understanding being that they contracted it from their facility in the first place. When I originally questioned if this was common, the reply was "no" although I was told that they weren't sure how the dogs had contracted it being that it had "been about two weeks since they had any issues with kennel cough in their facility". Had I known they had any issue with kennel cough just days prior to me dropping my dogs off, I would have found another boarding facility. I was also told that my dogs were the only ones showing symptoms (another reason why the staff was confused about how my dogs contracted it in the first place), however when my mother-in-law picked them up she heard other dogs coughing and questioned the staff member about protocol for such an instance and was told that they were in the process of contacting all of the other owners who had dogs that were showing symptoms, to come pick up their dogs. So unless you want rude service, excuses, and sick dogs I would not recommend this kennel for anything.

Our Great Dane stayed there and they said that he snipped at someone. When my husband told my daughter and I that we both asked what did they did to him. They said that someone tried to get him up by pulling on his collar. It has taken him 3 days to get back to normal. He has been boarded before unfortunately that place is not open any longer. Will NEVER go back to this place again!!!!!
