Stopped here because I needed gas. Was disappointed with the price of gas. It was $3.99 while all throughout my road trip through Wisconsin and Minnesota the price was cheaper. Got enough to get me back to Marion where gas was $3.57. The restroom was nice and clean though. And the cashier greeted me when I walked through the door.

Parking was tight, but it is a small pilot. Staff was very friendly. Shower was clean and water was hot.

This is a decent pilot to stop at!! Staff is always friendly and the store is always clean!!! This is a small pilot but it gets the job done!! There is parking for about 20 trucks and 4 fuel lanes!! This pilot also has a CAT scale. Its got a subway inside for a noce quick bite to eat! It's nice to stop here before you get to the toll road. Not to many places to stop around the Valparaiso area for professional drivers!!!

We went in and asked if the store had any bandages. The very kind lady in the front immediately went into the back office of the store and gave me a handful, free of charge, and asked if that was enough. These small acts of kindness to strangers make the world a better place. Thank you!

HAS A SUBWAYThis is the main reason that we stop herePROS:►It is right off of US 30►Has a Subway►Staff is super friendly►Staff will go out of their way to point out deals like "buy one get one free"►Staff knows how to scan digital Pilot Rewards on phonesCONS:►Sometimes the coffee machine is broken►A lot of times the espresso machine is broken►Subway closes early like at 10PM►The light to go East bound on US 30 takes forever and the lane to turn left is not clearly marked so you don't know if you are far enough up to trip the light or if you are even in the left turn laneUPDATE 2022-09-25The above is all still true but they are not keeping the coffee bar stocked with condiments. This the 3rd time in as many trips where various condiments were missing and my coffee was very weak. Additionally the Subway clerk was gone for quite a while the 2 times we tried to order. I really liked this place, but I'm at the point where we might have to roll in to the stations near I90 AND 49

I stopped here to take a shower, showers clean good water pressure that's a check ✔️ Than I got coffee with a gallon of water helped by a cashier named Jose wow such a great dude professional was a good guy than I went to subway young lady named Bella helped me Another great experience I just marked this down as a favorite loved my experience here thank you to Jose & Bella

Charge me 2 dollars for printing 1 page ,other pilots 54 cts a page or sometimes for free ,store manager says it is what it is he put it on the system as a fax i did'nt fax??? ,im not gonna stop at this location even for bathroom.

I find most Pilot truck stops to be clean and efficient places to fuel and purchase necessities. The staff here are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are typically reasonable and the selection is good. The restrooms are clean and well stocked. This Pilot is also ready to get into and out of.

Stopped for fuel and snacks.Both were fine.It IS a Pilot...but much smaller than the ones on the big highways.Always has the cheapest gas around which is why we always stop!

My husband was there and he said Steven went above and beyond to help him. My husband was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the store. My husband offered Steven a tip and Steven refused the tip,he told my husband that it was his job to make sure that the customers are happy when they leave the store.

Shower is very small not clean mirror was,dirty and there was hair all over sink and toilet.Store overall needs some attention. Wasn't happy spoke to manager he didnt offer any solution. Unfortunately after traveling I needed a shower. So I sucked it up. But will never return.

WOW I LOVE the people who work here. I live right next to this gas station and the customer service is on point. I come in for cigarettes and gas and everytime I come in they have my pack ready for me... it’s a small thing but the fact that they remember me and what I get is a great feeling!

Small stop . Be careful when you opening the showers. Because the door the men's restroom opens outwards and there is only tiny space between showers and restrooms. Believe me almost every other customer who try to open shower #1 or 2 will be slammed by the men's door. IT HAPPEN TO ME (excruciating pain) and the guy who hit me never stop. He just said (Sorry) and continued his walk. I almost needed to head hospital. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE.

Love my truck stops. However this one is very small, the scale is in a horrible place. I waited in a fuel line for a half hour to get through to the scale, and then almost got my hood ripped off by Bobby big rigger cutting through the car entrance.

Clean that means everything to me and the bathrooms are clean as well your not afraid to touch stuff lol. The store has a good selection of stuff so give them a try if you get in the area..

Very pleased with thee service I received today.I was wanting a breakfast sandwich but it was lunch time so I asked an employee by the name of Shawna if they still had any.She found the sandwich I was asking for and so kindly took her time and heated it up for me and gave me napkins to go with it..Alao the store was very clean..I will be returning

This is a pretty small pilot,,we got there around 5pm and still were able to park easily ,they have a subway inside and the staff is nice ,showers are small but clean. Easily visible from the road

Is as most pilots are. Quick grab and go drinks and snacks . Polite and friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and facilities for the drivers as well a parking. My only complaints are that it's just trying to get a snack and drink is tedious as there are so many people just standing around open mouthed, I feel like I'm running a maze and that people are carrying their dogs around inside., where food is in the open. And not one employee says anything in any of the pilots. I'm a dog lover but I don't want its fur in my food. And what about people who are allergic to them. Come on pilot do better for your drivers who spend hundreds of dollars on fuel, food, and using your facilities.

The worst Pilot shower I had. Not just because of its so tiny and no place to put stuff. (I had to put the on the floor.) Also, the water is almost dripping. Very poor. Plus hard to control temperature. Very disappointed.

I like pilot they're consistent and what they offer and usually reasonably clean. And you Hurley the gas is a good price. The only thing that's disappointing is the rewards card just seems to have been abandoned

They need to buy some more land so a truck driver can get parked in there for the night. Their bathroom is also very tiny and awkward besides for that it isn't too bad.
