The employees here in the aquatics department are rude to customers, callous towards the creatures they’re tasked with caring for, the tanks are dirty, and all enclosures are inappropriately overstocked causing many of the creatures to be bullied, injured, and some even killed. It’s shocking in a devastating way how bad this place is compared to all the other pet stores in the area.
