I took my golden retriever to Laura for a bath and full haircut. She did an amazing job and he looks great! PetSmart was also very affordable. He was there for over four hours and it was only $74 (plus tip), which is significantly cheaper than what I have paid elsewhere. I will definitely be using Laura as his regular groomer from now on!!

Had my Golden retriever “groomed there. Never again! Terrible job all around. Never touched the nethers(said my pup was biting at her). Underside barely touched. Back end uneven and not cleaned up. Nails still clip clop on floor. $74 for this! He just looked ragged. The person who “groomed” my dog should not be a groomer if she can’t handle a docile golden retriever. That coupled with her attitude!! The girl who checked me in was as sweet as can be!! The groomer needs to stay away from animals.

Our favorite groomer from Merrillville is over here so this is automatically a 5/5. Esmarelda is an excellent groomer! Our very loud corgi comes in and gets groomed by her. She always does fabulous work trimming him plus she tolerates his obnoxious barking. His fluff butt always looks like a million bucks after a visit!

Great store and Great employmees. Victoria did an amazing job training my crazy dog!! I definitely recommend seeing Victoria if your furry friend needs any type of training done.

If I could give them a negative star I would they did an absolute horrible job on my dog her hair is way cut uneven the top of her head has a big patch of long hair that was missed I'm very unsatisfied they also told me my dog was in heat and I got her home and she was cut so that's where the blood came from..... I will not be going back there again

I have been here twice now and each time I have witnessed the manager, younger man with glasses be absolutely rude to not only customers, but his employees. He thought it would be great timing to reprimand his employees right at the registers when customers are checking out. I am not sure if this is his first job with some "power " but he needs to relax. The tough guy act isn't working and you are driving customers away. Noticed how I put power in quotes? Relax buddy, the tough guy act doesn't work for you.

This pet store is a life saver. They are fully stocked where most pet stores have wet cat food but many varieties are gobbled up and missing. PetSmart never has that problem. This store is perfectly stocked. I find everything I need for my cat. I no longer have to go to other stores to find what my cat eats and prefers. That is why PetSmart is my lifesaver!

I have found this place very frustrating! It's been constant run-around just trying to get my dogs nails trimmed. Constant misinformation from staff, and walk-in services are not walk-in services. Told to call ahead so someone stays, then told sorry they are closing early so cannot help me after 5 p.m. I'm done trying to go there.

The grooming sucked, they had my 4 month old puppy for over two hours for a bath and a nail trim. They called me and said they got the bath done but couldn’t get the nails done because of how my pup was acting. With “professional” groomers you would think this is a routine job for them but evidently not.

We came here to get fish for our raccoons, and the 2 men we talked to were very rude! I am not so happy with that experience. We were so excited to get a petsmart in Valpo but would rather go somewhere else.
