Great place to buy our dog his items he loves. He loves walking around too. We buy toys for him and treats. Today was came to get another flea collar it really works well. YES THATS DROLL BUBBLES HE DOES WHEN HE WANTS A SNACK!

My Chocolate Lab is the center of my universe. If my wife said "its me or the dog", I'd say "bye, love ya!!" Pet supplies is great, they have everything We need to stay happy, healthy and super spoiled. The staff is always friendly and eager to help out. They will even carry stuff to your car if you need them to. I can bring my boy in and he picks out which ball he wants to destroy for the night. I highly recommend this pet store and go there at least once a week.Was Just here yesterday, great shop and people ☆☆☆☆☆!! They made us a very nice ID tag and the process was easy and fun

One star is being generous. If you want a good, quality pet store, shop online at Chewy… Save yourself a piece of mind and some time, and leave the employees there alone. They’re clearly clueless about their job. The only good employee is the tall guy that works there. Management is a joke as well. The only way they guarantee customer satisfaction is to copy and paste “ *insert name here*, we regret you didn't have a positive experience with us. Please contact us so we can address your concerns and make it right.” Scroll through the replies and honestly let me know if you see something else… It really shows that they don’t care. Can’t wait to receive my reply.

Always nice visit because I love my doggies and Pet Supply Plus has so many cool things that my doggies would love to have.I always feel a sense of neighborhood when I visit Pet Supply Plus. What I mean is the two locations I have visited (Valparaiso and Portage) the employees greeted me, ask to assist me and don't seem to mind just sparking up a conversation with me. And if I bring my dog I am treated like a superhero.My only negative comment, and this is a stretch because its the only price exception I can find is the cost of my speciality dog food which I can buy nearly $20 less at the Westville Feed Store.

Tried to use my rewards with a in-store coupon just like it says CAN be combined with and the manager refused even though she agreed that's what it said. Going against company and reward policy that I agreed to when I signed up. She also said this was the personal owners policy. Not going to shop here, can't keep your word that is written on the coupons.

This place is great!! They area helpful and friendly. My mom needed something for her dog and they walked her around and got her the things she needed. Then helped her make a tag for him. Great staff!

Very disappointed in regards to the "AutoShip" option. I was very satisfied until recently. I was scheduled to receive an AutoShip delivery yesterday, I even received an email reminder if it's scheduling. This delivery has not yet occurred. No reason given, no update..... NOTHING!What should I do?

Nice people, very helpful. Good selection of pet needs,food etc. Went for the self serve dog wash. It's great. They supply shampoo, towels and a blow dryer at the wash station. Just clean up after yourself, don't want to ruin a nice thing

This location always has what I need. It is the only store where I can find mydogs.brand of dry food, Fromm. I can usually find some good, healthy treats on sale as well. The staff is friendly and courteous.
